Immediately after the Blessed One spoke this entrance to the dhāraṇī of the aspect of omniscience, this three-thousand great thousandfold world shook in six ways: it shook, it shook greatly, it shook everywhere greatly; it trembled, it trembled greatly, it trembled everywhere greatly; it quaked, it quaked greatly, it quaked everywhere greatly; it flashed, it flashed greatly, it flashed everywhere greatly; it became high and very low, and also everywhere very low. Because of that, such lights also appeared that pervaded with great light the realms of the ten directions, which are more numerous than the sands of the Ganges. All those assembled also saw the Buddha's lotus field, and the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Awakened Buddha, the Holy Lotus, surrounded by a host of Bodhisattvas. As soon as the Blessed One spoke of this entrance to the dharani of the aspect of omniscience, seventy-two times the sands of the Ganges of Bodhisattvas Mahasattvas obtained this dharani. Those Bodhisattvas who obtained the dharani also saw the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, dwelling beyond the realms of the ten directions. They also saw all the qualities and arrangements of the Buddha-fields, and marveling at them, they made offerings to the Buddha with the power of samadhi and the transformation of Bodhisattvas, and remained there. The Blessed One said to them: 'Sons of good family, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva who meditates on this entrance to the dharani of the aspect of omniscience will obtain eighty-four thousand entrances to dharani. He will also obtain seventy-two thousand entrances to dharani. He will also obtain sixty thousand entrances to samadhi. The Bodhisattva Mahasattva who obtains this entrance to dharani will also obtain great love. He will also obtain great compassion. Behold, these immeasurable and boundless heroes, having gathered here from immeasurable and boundless Buddha-fields in order to listen to this entrance into the dharani of the aspect of all-knowingness! Chapter Two. In this Saha world, the gods, nagas, yakshas, asuras, humans, and non-humans of the desire realm and the form realm, whoever listens to this entrance into the dharani of the aspect of all-knowingness, as soon as they obtain this entrance into the dharani of the aspect of all-knowingness, they will not turn back from unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. If someone writes it down, they will also see the Buddha, hear the Dharma, attend to and honor the Sangha, and will not be separated from unsurpassed complete nirvana. If a bodhisattva recites this entrance into the dharani of the aspect of all-knowingness, they will completely exhaust all initial karmas, and in the next life, they will also attain the first bhumi. If a bodhisattva mahasattva meditates on this entrance into the dharani of the aspect of all-knowingness, even if that bodhisattva has committed and accumulated the five heinous crimes, those karmas will be completely exhausted, and therefore in the next life, they will also attain the first bhumi. If someone does not have the karmas of the five heinous crimes, then in this very life, they will completely exhaust all other karmas, and in the next life, they will also attain the first bhumi. If someone does not meditate or recite, but listens and binds the Dharma speaker with silk, then the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, residing in other world realms, as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, will also bestow the word "Well done!", and those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, will prophesy their unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, and that bodhisattva, having been sent there, will soon be enthroned as a regent, and will attain unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment in just one lifetime.
