ཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དཀོར་པ་དང་མངན་དེ་དག་གིས་ནོངས་པར་འགྱུར་གྱི། འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོས་ནི་མ་ནོངས་སོ། །བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ངས་ཆོས་ཀྱི་བང་མཛོད་ཆེན་པོ་འདི་རབ་ཏུ་བསགས་ནས་བསྐལ་པ་གྲངས་མེད་པ་བྱེ་བར་བསྒྲུབས་པའི་ཆོས་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་མཛོད་འདི་མངོན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་ནས་ཡངས་ཤིང་རྒྱ་ཆེ་བར་བྱས་ཏེ་ལྷ་དང་མི་རྣམས་ལ་རྣམ་པར་ཕྱེ་ཞིང་རབ་ཏུ་བསྟན་ནོ། །གང་ངས་བསྟན་པའི་ཆོས་དེ་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཡང་རྣམ་པར་ཕྱེ་སྟེ་སྦྱིན་གྱིས་བྱིས་པ་སོ་སོའི་སྐྱེ་བོ་དང་། དགེ་སྦྱོང་དང་བྲམ་ཟེ་དང་། ཁྱིམ་བདག་དད་པ་དོན་ཡོད་པ། ཆོས་འདོད་པ་རྣམས་ཉན་དུ་ཆུག་ཤིག །ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་གལ་ཏེ་ངའི་ཆོས་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་མཛོད་འདི་རྣམ་པར་ཕྱེ་ཞིང་ཡང་དག་པར་རབ་ཏུ་བསྟན་ཏེ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ལག་ཏུ་གཏད་པ་དེ་བྲམ་ཟེ་དང་ཁྱིམ་བདག་དད་པ་རྣམས་ལ་མ་བསྟན། བྱིས་པ་སོ་སོའི་སྐྱེ་བོ་ཐོས་པ་དང་མི་ལྡན་པ་དོན་དུ་གཉེར་ཅིང་འདུན་པ་དང་དད་པ་དང་ལྡན་ཞིང་དང་བ་རྣམས་ལ་མི་སྟོན་ན། དེ་ལྟ་ན་ནི་ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ལ་ཉེས་པ་བྱས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཞེ་ན། ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་ང་ནི་རྒྱལ་པོ་སྟེ་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ། ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བ། ཆོས་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་མཛོད་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་མང་པོ་དང་ལྡན་པ། ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་བང་མཛོད་མང་པོ་དང་ལྡན་པ། བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་ཕྱོགས་མང་པོའི་བདག་པོ། བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་ཡན་ལག་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་སྣ་བདུན་དང་ལྡན་པ། སྟོབས་བཅུ་དང་མི་འཇིགས་པ་བཞིའི་དབང་ཐོབ་པ་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་དབང་སྒྱུར་བའོ། །འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། ཆོས་ཀྱི་ཕུང་པོ་བརྒྱད་ཁྲི་བཞི་སྟོང་གི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་བང་མཛོད་ཇི་སྲིད་འཛིན་གྱི་བར་དུ་བྲམ་ཟེ་དང་ཁྱིམ་བདག་དད་པ་རྣམས་དང་། བྱིས་པ་སོ་སོའི་སྐྱེ་བོ་དད་པས་དོན་དུ་གཉེར་བ་དང་། འདུན་པ་དང་། ཆོས་འདོད་པ་དང་། ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྣོད་དུ་གྱུར་པ་རྣམས་ལ་མ་རྟོག་པར་བྱིན་ཅིག །སྐྱེས་བུ་ཐ་མ་པར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཀུན་དགའ་ བོ་ཁྱོད་གལ་ཏེ་བསྐལ་པ་གྲངས་མེད་པ་བྱེ་བར་བསྒྲུབས་པ་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་འདི་དང་། བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་ཆོས་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་མཛོད་འདི་འཁོར་བཞི་རྣམས་ལ་ཡང་དག་པར་རབ་ཏུ་སྟོན་ན། དེ་ལྟ་ན་ནི་ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་ཁྱོད་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ལ་ཉེས་པ་བྱེད་པར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཅི་སྟེ་ཡང་དག་པར་རབ་ཏུ་མི་སྟོན་ན་ཉེས་པ་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་དགེ་སློང་དགྲ་བ

世尊因贪污和受贿会犯错，但转轮王不会犯错。佛陀开示说：阿难，正如我，作为法王，积累了这巨大的法藏，经过无数劫的努力，证悟成佛，使这佛法宝藏广大无边，为天人和世人分别开示。我所开示的法，也为你分别开示，布施给凡夫俗子、沙门、婆罗门、有信仰的居士和求法者，让他们听闻。阿难，如果我将这佛法宝藏分别开示，并如实地交到你手中，而你却不向婆罗门和有信仰的居士宣讲，也不向那些不具备闻法条件，但却精进、有愿望、有信仰和乐于接受的凡夫俗子宣讲，那么，阿难，你就冒犯了如来。为什么呢？阿难，我乃是国王，是无上的法王，是转法轮者，拥有广大的佛法宝藏，拥有众多的功德宝藏，是众多菩提道分的拥有者，拥有七宝菩提分，获得十力和四无畏的自在，能主宰一切法。例如，八万四千法蕴的法藏，直到寿命终结，都要毫不吝啬地布施给婆罗门和有信仰的居士，以及那些以信心精进的凡夫俗子，有愿望者，求法者，和堪为法器者。不要成为一个平庸之辈。阿难，如果你能将这经过无数劫努力获得的无上圆满菩提，以及这无上的佛法宝藏，如实地向四众弟子开示，那么，阿难，你就不会冒犯如来。如果不如实开示，就会冒犯如来。阿难，比丘是敌人

The Bhagavan would err through corruption and bribery, but not the Chakravartin king. The Blessed One said: Ananda, just as I, the Dharma King, have accumulated this great treasury of Dharma, and after striving for countless aeons, have attained complete enlightenment, making this treasury of the Dharma Jewel vast and extensive, and have distinctly revealed and taught it to gods and humans. The Dharma that I have taught, I have also distinctly revealed to you, and bestowed it upon ordinary people, ascetics, Brahmins, faithful householders, and those who desire the Dharma, so that they may hear it. Ananda, if I have distinctly revealed this treasury of the Dharma Jewel and truthfully taught it, and entrusted it to your hands, but you do not teach it to Brahmins and faithful householders, nor do you teach it to those ordinary people who do not possess the conditions for hearing the Dharma, but who are diligent, have aspirations, have faith, and are willing to accept it, then, Ananda, you will have offended the Tathagata. Why is that? Ananda, I am the king, the supreme Dharma King, the Wheel-Turning Dharma King, possessing a vast treasury of the Dharma Jewel, possessing numerous treasuries of merit, the owner of many aspects of enlightenment, possessing the seven precious limbs of enlightenment, having obtained the power of the ten strengths and the four fearlessnesses, and controlling all Dharmas. For example, the treasury of the eighty-four thousand aggregates of Dharma, until the end of life, should be generously bestowed upon Brahmins and faithful householders, as well as those ordinary people who diligently strive with faith, those who have aspirations, those who seek the Dharma, and those who are fit vessels for the Dharma. Do not become an ordinary person. Ananda, if you can truthfully teach this supreme and perfect enlightenment, which has been attained through countless aeons of effort, and this supreme treasury of the Dharma Jewel, to the four assemblies, then, Ananda, you will not offend the Tathagata. If you do not truthfully teach it, you will offend the Tathagata. Ananda, a Bhikshu is an enemy

如果一位断尽烦恼的阿罗汉，获得了无为之法，却不为他人宣讲，不正确、不完全地开示，那他就不是在侍奉导师，他就不是在完全领受我的神圣之法。这是为什么呢？阿难陀，因为这里有些聪慧之人，能够理解通过比喻所说的意义，所以我要为你展示一个比喻。阿难陀，比如，一位富有的商贾或家主，拥有巨大的财富，拥有巨大的享受，拥有众多的仓库，拥有众多的财物、谷物、物品和用具，拥有众多的宝石、珍珠、琉璃、海螺、玛瑙、珊瑚和白银。这时，一些反对者或敌人向那个仓库放火，那些与他不友善的反对者变成了敌人，想要伤害他，想要让他不快乐，不想要成功和快乐的其他人，也看到仓库燃烧的火焰，却不去灭火，而是懈怠地待在那里。而那些想要帮助他、想要他快乐、想要成功和快乐的朋友们，也看到巨大的火焰吞噬了众多的财物和谷物，却懈怠地待在那里。那位商贾或家主的亲朋好友、近亲和姻亲，那些想要利益、想要成功和快乐的人们，看到火焰，却不去灭火，而是懈怠地待在那里，这样是正确的吗？回答：世尊，不是这样的。善逝，不是这样的。佛陀开示说：阿难陀，那些想要利益、想要帮助、想要快乐、想要成功和快乐的商贾或家主，他们看到仓库燃烧的火焰，却懈怠于扑灭那些仓库的火焰，那么火焰会蔓延开来，烧毁所有的仓库吗？回答：世尊，确实是这样。善逝，确实是这样。佛陀开示说：阿难陀，同样地，我经过无数亿劫，通过积累善根所成就的无上珍宝之法藏，当它毁坏和消失时，那些不信仰、戒律败坏、行为邪恶、喜欢争论、放弃精进于寂静之处、懒惰懈怠、闻法甚少的比丘就会出现。

If an Arhat who has exhausted defilements, having attained the unconditioned Dharma, does not preach it to others, does not correctly and completely reveal it, then he is not serving the teacher, he is not fully receiving my sacred Dharma. Why is that? Ananda, because there are some wise people here who can understand the meaning spoken through metaphors, so I will show you a metaphor. Ananda, for example, a wealthy merchant or householder, possessing great wealth, possessing great enjoyment, possessing many warehouses, possessing many riches, grains, goods, and utensils, possessing many jewels, pearls, lapis lazuli, conches, agates, corals, and silver. At this time, some opponents or enemies set fire to that warehouse, those opponents who are unfriendly to him become enemies, wanting to harm him, wanting him to be unhappy, others who do not want success and happiness, also see the fire burning the warehouse, but do not extinguish the fire, but remain there negligently. And those friends who want to help him, want him to be happy, want success and happiness, also see the great fire consuming the many riches and grains, but remain there negligently. The friends, relatives, close relatives, and in-laws of that merchant or householder, those who want benefit, want success and happiness, seeing the fire, do not extinguish the fire, but remain there negligently, is that correct? Answer: World Honored One, it is not so. Sugata, it is not so. The Buddha taught: Ananda, those merchants or householders who want benefit, want help, want happiness, want success and happiness, they see the fire burning the warehouse, but are negligent in extinguishing the fire of those warehouses, then will the fire spread and burn all the warehouses? Answer: World Honored One, it is indeed so. Sugata, it is indeed so. The Buddha taught: Ananda, similarly, after countless eons, when this unsurpassed Dharma treasure, which I have accomplished by accumulating roots of virtue, is destroyed and disappears, those monks who do not have faith, whose discipline is corrupted, whose behavior is evil, who like to argue, who abandon diligence in secluded places, who are lazy and negligent, and who have little learning will appear.
