The lands are all surrounded, The gods also sweep the front, He who shows the sacred Dharma with righteousness, Is the fearless, dense ornament. The best practice for yogis, Is the virtuous practice of yoga, Those who know their own awareness individually, The samadhi and bliss. Without ignorance of the true limit, Having experienced it afterwards, Arising from the bliss of yoga, One looks at the other. This virtuous way of yoga practice, By whom has it become deeply seen? Various suitable, Those who sit on the best of seats. All find great wonder. Thinking, meditation, contemplation, and The needs of meditation, The fearless sons of the Victorious Ones, All contemplate and dwell. Those who place their view equally on the dense ornament and the king, Those who wear crowns on their heads, With thirty-two excellent marks, All those whose limbs are drawn, Have come from billions of realms, And are completely free from all movement. All are beautifully dressed in fine clothes. The practice of yoga is powerful, Look at the essence of the vajra. In discrimination and analysis, Devotion to the Dharma is truly pure. Having seen it, from then on, with all of them, Having looked in the four directions, Having released a smile first, He speaks in a gentle and sweet voice. The sons of the Victorious Ones who are equally placed, The realm of yoga for yogis, Whoever becomes intoxicated with thought, Listen to them from me. What is thought, by what, and how? What are the needs of meditation and contemplation? Separate from desire and sins, With discrimination and analysis, Joy and bliss are also born from solitude, That is when the first dhyana arises. In such a gradual manner, Four, eight, and also ten, Constantly dwelling and speaking for oneself, The meditators meditate. Those of the Hearer Vehicle, And those of the Solitary Realizer Vehicle as well, All constantly meditate. The nature of the Dharmas and the lands, And the realization of their own characteristics, The aggregates, sources, and groups, All of these are without self, Without action and without movement. Arising from the union of the three, Like a magical wheel and a corpse, Completely abandoned by all actions.

Outsiders practice meditation, possessing the view of emptiness. Those attached to the characteristics of phenomena, are futile and not the true essence. The wise, understanding that the five aggregates are without self, meditate in this way. The Tathagata's meditation is supreme, celestial objects and merits are diligently cultivated. Yogis and sons of the Buddha, constantly enter into samadhi and meditate. All of these are only mind, without an object or subject. The five aggregates are empty and without realms, all phenomena are without characteristics. The analysis of particles is also like this, they cannot be found in that way. What is measured by discrimination, such as earth, water, and other things. If one does not know the nature of those things, one also discriminates about their essence. Colors, beauty and ugliness, and other appearances, like rainbows and Indra's net. Like various clouds, like the body of the Buddha. Everything is filled with all sentient beings, called the great place of birth. All elements can also be analyzed, the yogi has colored consciousness. One always sees form in the body, on what object does one focus to enter samadhi. One arises from samadhi on that object, on what object does one arise with discrimination. That is its object, there is no yoga or practitioner. Such various discriminations, are the yoga of the yogi. All phenomena and the ground, the able yogi dwells in bliss. Phenomena and the nature of phenomena, are also constantly and diligently awakened. The various differences of samadhi, those with samadhi can explain well. If one can distinguish the nature of phenomena, the yogi's mind is scattered. Those with weak wisdom are easily born, attachment to phenomena and self arises. Without faith and doctrine, if someone speaks of phenomena. By their nature of discrimination, they harm themselves and harm others. There is no object or subject, it appears due to their combination. Sweet things can remove bile, phlegm, hot acids, and salty tastes. Indigestion, heat, etc., salty tastes and other properties can subdue. If bile and phlegm are confused, various plagues are born from this. In the bodies of sentient beings, the gathering is born from wind. In order to destroy all plagues, the Able One did this collection, ka ra.
