Just as appearances such as form arise. The dependent cause is that at the time of cessation, the continuity of activity is cut off, and it arises as a non-discriminating entity. These great wisdoms do not arise gradually or simultaneously from the characteristics of the individual discriminations of childish beings. Why is that? If it arises simultaneously, then there is no distinction between the agent and the object, so it will not become the nature of a cause. If it arises gradually, then because it has not obtained the nature of self, it will not arise by arising gradually, just as there is no name of father without a son being born. Great wisdom does not allow for separation by arising gradually, because it is discrimination. Because the object to be produced is produced by causes, objects, unequal immediate conditions, and dominant conditions, etc., great wisdom does not arise by arising gradually, because it is the nature of being attached to the nature of complete imputation. It does not arise gradually or simultaneously, because it is the body and enjoyment that appear in one's own mind. Because of the nature of self and generality, and the existence or non-existence of external objects, great wisdom does not arise gradually or simultaneously, otherwise, because one does not understand that the appearance of one's own mind is merely discrimination, the sign does not arise. Therefore, the views of cause and condition, and the object of action, and the nature of combination, gradual and simultaneous, should be completely abandoned. Then, in order for the Blessed One to show that meaning again, these verses were spoken. All dharmas do not arise, and the cessation of causes and conditions does not exist. In those arising and ceasing, discrimination arises as cause and condition. From cessation there is rebirth, and the related causes and conditions are not prevented, because the childish are extremely ignorant, in order to completely abandon discrimination as a condition. The dependent arising dharmas of existence and non-existence, those births do not exist. Habits enter through ignorance, from which the three realms appear. There is no birth from true conditions, and cessation will not become existence, if all conditioned things are thoroughly examined, they are like flowers in the sky. The object to be grasped and the grasper, wealth.

Completely abandon the appearance of images. It is neither produced nor born. Causes and conditions also do not exist. Since everything is without appearance, all of these are speech. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Mahamati again asked the Blessed One: "Blessed One, please explain the Dharma category called 'Essence of the Nature of Speech Discrimination.' Blessed One, I and other Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, through thoroughly understanding this Dharma category called 'Essence of the Nature of Speech Discrimination,' will be able to comprehend the meaning of speech and the two types of speech. Thus, we will quickly attain the unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, become Buddhas, and purify all sentient beings completely through the means of the two types of speech." The Blessed One replied: "Mahamati, therefore, listen very well and keep it in mind, and I will explain it to you." Mahamati asked the Blessed One: "Very well, Blessed One." Having heard the Blessed One's teaching, the Blessed One said: "Mahamati, the nature of speech discrimination has four aspects, namely: the speech of nature, the speech of dreams, the speech of attachment to discrimination of unfavorable situations, and the speech of discrimination from beginningless time. Among them, the speech of nature arises from attachment to the nature of the form of one's own discrimination. The speech of dreams arises from recalling previously experienced objects and from the non-existence of objects upon awakening. The speech of attachment to discrimination of unfavorable situations arises from recalling actions previously done by enemies. The speech of discrimination from beginningless time arises from attachment to the elaboration of discrimination from beginningless time and from the habitual seeds of one's own unfavorable situations. These are called the four natures of speech discrimination." Then, again, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Mahamati, for the same purpose, again requested the Blessed One: "Blessed One, please
