The world does not arise from actions. The destruction of things is said to be fourfold by the unwise. Because of the arising of two kinds of discrimination, things are neither existent nor nonexistent. Those who are liberated from these four extremes, completely abandon the two views. Having seen, the arising of two kinds of discrimination does not become the arising of manifestation. Because the minds of unborn things fully arise, even for born things, one does not investigate because they are similar to them. How are self and others, constantly existent and nonexistent, not mixed? The reasoning that reverses the two views, the protector spoke to me. Not mixed with non-Buddhist speakers, and abandoning self-Buddhas and hearers, for the sake of not destroying the sons of the Buddhas, the Victorious One's practice of manifest realization is good. Although liberation has causes and no causes, it is characterized by non-arising. Others deceive them with different names, the wise should always abandon. Like clouds and heaps of clouds resembling rainbows, like mirages, tangled hair, and illusions. All things arise from one's own discrimination, non-Buddhists discriminate by their own causes. Non-arising and suchness, the true limit and emptiness, these are names for form, one does not discriminate non-things. Like hands and actions in the world, like the destruction of the power of a hundred lords, likewise, the nature of all things should not be investigated. Emptiness is not different from form, non-arising is also the same, because it is not different, one does not investigate, it easily turns into the fault of views. Because of grasping the characteristics of things, complete imputation is discrimination. Because of grasping pervasive discrimination, there are long, short, round, and so on. Mind is universal discrimination, intellect is pervasive discrimination, the consciousness of intellect is discrimination, abandoning characteristics and the basis of characteristics. Whatever non-Buddhist non-arising, and whatever observation of my way, those discriminations are no different, it easily turns into the fault of views. Intention and non-arising, and the meaning of non-arising, who knows this reasoning, they know my way. Necessity, views, intention, and non-arising are without a place, those who fully know the two meanings, I have said to be non-arising. Are there unborn things? Or are there not?

The Great Sage said: Speaking of no cause and inequality, Non-existence and all dharmas will be confused. Speaking of no cause and no arising, Inequality is the view of non-Buddhists. Liberated from existence and non-existence, I have spoken of it as only mind. From the cause of views arising, Arising and non-arising should be abandoned. Speaking of no cause, there is no arising, Arising becomes the place of cause. Spontaneously accomplished has no action, If there is action, views will be mixed. With means and aspirations and so on, The view itself was spoken to me. Since all dharmas are non-existent, How can a mandala arise? Since it is free from grasping and being grasped, There is no entering and no returning. From things, other things are seen, Mind also arises from that. The non-arising of all dharmas, How was that spoken to me? If one does not know only mind, For that reason, it is explained. All that the Great Sage has said, Contradicts the former and the latter. Liberated from non-Buddhist views, Having abandoned inequality and no cause, The entering and the returning, The supreme speaker spoke to me. Liberated from existence and non-existence, The cause and effect are indestructible, The connection of the stages of the earth, The lotus eyes spoke to me. The world falls into two extremes, Because it is disturbed by views, Because of arising and non-arising and so on, One does not realize the cause of peace. I have no mandala at all, I do not explain the nature of dharmas, If there are two, it becomes a fault, The two have been purified by the Buddhas. Emptiness, momentary things, Without self-nature and without arising, Know that it is covered by wrong views, Not by the Thus-Gone Ones. In what way, Does the object become manifest, And the entering of discrimination and, Returning, please explain to me. Because it has color and splendor, The form gathered by elaborations, Having seen it, even in external objects, Discrimination enters greatly. In order to fully know that, And to see the meaning as it is, The mind that is in accordance with the noble lineage, Does not manifestly enter. Apart from the elements, Things do not arise, The mind that is always arising similarly, Meditate on the unborn.
