When one sees without cause, Then, towards self and what belongs to self, Dualistic thoughts will not arise. Without entering, it does not increase, Nor is it the cause of consciousness. Having abandoned cause and effect, Cessation does not arise either. Why do the worlds Say that all is mind, the nature of self? Having completely abandoned Name and object, which are connected with cause, One's own mind appears in various ways, And is analyzed as if it were seen. In order to know the appearance of the mind, And in order to grasp other objects of the mind, When one does not see with intelligence, It becomes a view of non-existence, Because it has become grasping as mind. How can its existence arise? Discrimination is neither real nor unreal, Therefore, the existent does not arise, Because of completely knowing the appearance of the mind, Discrimination does not arise either. Non-arising of discrimination Is the most excellent non-abiding. Turning back the four directions, If things have a cause, Then other distinctions of names are made, But that is not established. Because causes and conditions gather, And because the cause is prevented, Those will be measured by meaning, Or they will arise from a cause. If the conditions are impermanent, The fault of permanence will be turned back. Because children are impermanent, There is no arising and no destruction. While whatever is being destroyed, What has become the cause is not seen. How can the unseen Possibly arise from the impermanent? Tame sentient beings with gathering, Subdue them with morality, Destroy views with wisdom, Greatly increase with liberation. All these are the common ways of the world, Whatever the heretics say is false. With the view that cause and effect exist, One's own established tenets are also non-existent. Like me, the only self-established tenet, Cause and effect are completely abandoned. Separated from the common ways of the world, It should be taught to the assembly of disciples. It is only mind, there is no appearance, Having abandoned permanence and Extremes of annihilation, In the objects of grasper and grasped, The mind appears as two aspects. As long as the mind arises, That long it is the common ways of the world, If the world sees its own mind, Then discriminations will not arise. Gathering, fruit, meaning accomplished, Exhaustion.

Those who have not seen the fruit. If one fully knows gathering and dissipation, Then conceptualization will not enter. Permanent and impermanent, done and, Undone, and neither different nor different, All such things, are the nature of worldly play. Gods and demigods and humans, Animals, hungry ghosts, the realm of Yama, Wherever sentient beings are born, It is said to be the six realms of existence. By the deeds of superior, middling, and inferior, They will be born in those realms. If all virtues are guarded, Especially, one can also attain liberation. You, before the assembly of monks, Moment by moment, and again moment by moment, Explain life, birth, and death, I request you to explain the meaning to me. Just as from form another form arises, So too, the mind gathers and decays. Therefore, before the disciples, It is said that moment by moment arises. Discrimination arises in form and form, Arising and ceasing are also like that. Conceptualization is arising, There is nothing other than conceptualization. What I have said moment by moment, This is said to be dependent origination. Abandoning all attachment to form, There is no birth and no destruction. Conditions and those born from conditions, Ignorance, suchness, and so on, Two dharmas can lead to entry, Two people are like two minds. Conditions and those born from conditions, If the dharmas have no difference, Then permanence and so on become the result, And the conditions also become the cause. Because the cause and effect are good, Your words and those of the Buddhas, Become no different from those of the tirthikas, Therefore, the Great Hero is not superior. In a body of one fathom's length, The origin of the world, the world, and, The path leading to cessation
