There is no other shore. The world has both another shore and no other shore. There is liberation. There is no liberation. Everything is momentary. Everything is not momentary. Space and, unexamined cessation and, nirvana are, O Gautama, are made. Not made. There is an intermediate state. There is no intermediate state. Great Wisdom, I said these words to him. O Brahmin, if that is so, those are also worldly disputants. O Brahmin, this worldly dispute is yours, not mine. O Brahmin, I, from beginningless time, show that the three existences arise from the causes of habituation to proliferation and discrimination, and from the causes of bad places. O Brahmin, because one does not understand that one's own mind is merely an appearance, discrimination arises. It is not because one does not perceive external objects. For example, like the meeting of the self, faculties, and objects of the non-Buddhists, it is not mine. O Brahmin, I do not say that there is a cause, nor do I say that there is no cause. Otherwise, discrimination itself is considered as the object of grasping and the object of being grasped. It is shown to be dependently arising. Others with lineages like you who have fallen into clinging to self do not understand. Great Wisdom, nirvana and, space and cessation, if they cannot even be counted as three, what need is there to say that they are made? Furthermore, Great Wisdom, the Brahmin worldly disputant said these words to me. O Gautama, do these three existences arise from the causes of not understanding and, craving and, karma? Or, is that without cause? O Brahmin, both of these are worldly disputants. O Gautama, all things fall into their own characteristics and general characteristics. O Brahmin, that is also a worldly disputant. O Brahmin, to the extent that one is moved from the mind and, manifestly attached to and discriminating external objects, to that extent one is a worldly disputant. Again, Great Wisdom, the Brahmin worldly disputant said these words to me. O Gautama, my fame is shown by closely establishing all the words and, letters and, causes and, various examples of the non-Buddhists. O Gautama, worldly dispute

Is there anything that is not like that? Hey, Brahmin, what is neither your establishment, nor non-establishment? What is not shown by various words and letters? What is not without meaning? But has meaning? What is the display of non-establishment, is that not worldly illusion? Hey, Brahmin, all the heretics who are attached to the proliferation of conceptualization, thinking that external objects are not real, and what your mind cannot conceive, is there anything that is not worldly illusion? For example, not engaging in the conceptualization of existence and non-existence, merely understanding that it is just the appearance of one's own mind, therefore not engaging in conceptualization, since there is no grasping of external objects, conceptualization abides in its own place. Therefore, this which is not worldly illusion is mine, not yours. Abiding in its own place means not engaging, not generating conceptualization is called not engaging. Hey, Brahmin, in that case, what is not worldly illusion, in short, hey, Brahmin, is where there is no movement of consciousness. Going and. Death and. Birth and. Desire and. Attachment to craving and. Manifestation and. The place of views and. Pride and. Attachment to various characteristics and. Gathering and. The connection of desire and. Attachment to cause, those are, hey, Brahmin, your worldly illusion, not mine. The worldly illusionist of the Brahmin of great wisdom came, asked me that, and I answered him that way, and he left without saying anything. Then again, the dragon king of the black side came in the form of a Brahmin, and said to the Blessed One: Hey, Gautama, however, the next world itself does not exist. Then, child, where did you come here from? Gautama, I came here from the white continent. That Brahmin is the next world. Then that child was subdued without confidence and disappeared. Without asking me, he thinks of establishing his own rules separately and says, the son of Shakya is outside my rules, he speaks of no afflictions entering, no characteristics, no cause, and in his own conceptualization.
