If impermanence has entered into all things, then, therefore, it will fall into the three times. Among them, the form that has passed will perish together with it. The future is also unborn because form does not arise. Even now, form and nature are not different, form is the difference in the place of the four great elements. The nature of the four great elements arising from the four great elements is indestructible. Because the view that is different from one heretic is abandoned, the nature of the four great elements arising from the four great elements is indestructible. Because all the four great elements of all heretics are indestructible, all of the three realms are the four great elements and arising from the four great elements, therefore they are established as birth, abiding, and destruction. For what the heretics consider to be impermanence, what other different impermanence is there from the four great elements and arising from the four great elements? Because the nature of the four great elements is indestructible, there is neither entering nor returning. Among them, the so-called impermanence of returning from fierce creation means that the four great elements do not create other four great elements. Because of their own incompatible nature, they do not create differences. Those who do not have its differences, and do not create, because they have two aspects, will turn into the thought of impermanence for non-creation. Among them, the so-called impermanence of shape transformation is like this: the four great elements and what arises from the four great elements will not change until complete destruction. The so-called great wisdom of complete destruction means thoroughly distinguishing and completely understanding down to the atoms. Destruction is because seeing the shape of the four great elements and what arises from the four great elements become other, so the length cannot be determined, because the four great elements are destroyed, it is not the four great elements for the atoms. Because seeing the shape transform, one will fall into the saying of the Samkhyas. Among them, the so-called impermanence of shape itself is like this: for whomever form itself is impermanent, then for him shape itself is impermanent, but it is not the four great elements. If the four great elements themselves are impermanent, then the actions of the world will not exist. If the actions of the world do not exist, then all things are just words, and

My own nature, in order to see rebirth, will fall into the worldly nihilistic view. The impermanence of change therein refers to seeing form change into other forms, but it does not refer to the four great elements of earth, water, fire, and wind. It is like seeing the shape of gold and ornaments change, but gold does not change from the essence of gold into other substances, but rather the shape of the ornament is destroyed. Those who fall into the state of change, etc., the heretics contemplate the view of impermanence with those states. The four great elements of earth, water, fire, and wind, even if burned by fire, will not burn each other because they are their own nature. Great wisdom, because one's own nature has disappeared, the four great elements of earth, water, fire, and wind, and the substances produced from the four great elements, will be destroyed. Great wisdom, mine is neither permanent nor impermanent. Why is that? Because it does not acknowledge external objects, and shows the three realms as only mind, and does not show various natures. The difference in the location of the four great elements of earth, water, fire, and wind has neither entry nor return. The four great elements of earth, water, fire, and wind, and the substances produced from the four great elements, do not enter into dualistic conceptualization, because there is no nature of the grasped and the grasper, and they fully understand the entry of dualistic conceptualization, and are free from attachment to external objects and non-objects, and because they realize that it is only their own mind, so conceptual thought enters through the manifestation of conceptualization, and it does not enter without manifestation. Because it is free from mind and conceptual thought, and existence and non-existence, and because it realizes that it is only the appearance of one's own mind, all the worldly and transmundane, and the supreme transmundane dharmas are neither permanent nor impermanent. Because one has not realized one's own conceptual thought, with the thought of falling into the two extremes of evil views, all the previously established persons of heretical speech think that everything is impermanent. Great wisdom, the nature of all dharmas arising from conceptual thought in all heretics and worldly, and transmundane and supreme transmundane words

The third, which is not understood by ordinary people like children. To this, it should be said: The alteration of diligent creation, the transformation of the form's appearance, the impermanence of form and things, the non-Buddhists are intoxicated and delusional. Because the elements abide by their own nature, things do not perish. Because of being immersed in various views, non-Buddhists think of impermanence. For non-Buddhists, there is neither destruction nor arising in anything. If the nature of the elements is permanent, why would one think of impermanence? All of these are only mind. On the objects of the grasped and the grasper, the mind intervenes in two ways, namely the existence and non-existence of self and what belongs to self. Up to the realm of Brahma and others, I have said it is only mind. If one does not realize only mind, Brahma and others will not be established. The third chapter on impermanence from the Lankavatara Sutra ends. Third, the chapter on impermanence.
