O, Ma, have you seen the great thousandfold world tremble in six ways? He reported, "Blessed One, I have seen it. Sugata, I have seen it." He thought to himself, "I should ask the Tathagata about this matter." As he was thinking this, the Blessed One said, "Medicine King, ask whatever you wish, and I will satisfy your mind with the answers and prophecies to your questions. I will explain, I will elaborate. Medicine King, I will explain everything that has happened in the past, will happen in the future, and is happening now." He reported, "Blessed One, please explain in order to dispel doubt." Blessed One, I saw the Tathagata surrounded by eighty-four thousand sons of gods, eighty-four thousand kotis of Bodhisattvas, twelve thousand kotis of Naga kings, eighteen thousand kotis of spirits, and twenty-five thousand kotis of pretas and flesh-eaters. The Blessed One said, "Medicine King, these beings have gathered here in this assembly before me to listen to the Dharma, without a doubt. Medicine King, these beings will destroy samsara today. Because they desire to benefit all sentient beings, they will thoroughly attain the ten bhumis today. Having dwelt on the ten bhumis, they will eventually attain the realm of Nirvana. In order to be liberated from aging and death, having done good deeds, obtaining happiness, subduing the bonds of afflictions, they will attain the teachings of the Buddha." He reported, "Blessed One, why have sentient beings come from so many different places in various ways? They circumambulate the Blessed One and abide here." The Blessed One said, "Medicine King, listen! How can ignorant sentient beings be liberated? Many young sentient beings will attain various forms today. In order to attain the ten bhumis, they will thoroughly understand all the Dharmas. They will also attain the ten bhumis, they will do the work of the Buddha, they will turn the wheel of Dharma, they will rain down the rain of Dharma. དང་ཡི་དགས་དང་། །ལྷ་མིན་ཤིན་ཏུ་མི་བཟད་པས། །ས་བཅུ་ལ་ནི་རབ་གནས་ཏེ། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྒྲ་ཡང་སྒྲོགས་པར་འགྱུར། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྔ་ཡང་རྡུང་བར་འགྱུར། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་དུང་ཡང་རབ་ཏུ་འབུད། །སེམས་ཅན་གཞོན་ནུ་འདི་དག་ཀྱང་། །བརྩོན་འགྲུས་མཐུ་དང་ལྡན་པར་འགྱུར། །དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པས་ཐོབ་པ་བཞིན། །དེ་དག་དེང་ནི་ཆོས་ཐོབ་འགྱུར། །དེ་ནས་སེམས་ཅན་གཞོན་ནུ་ལྔ་སྟོང་ཙམ་སྟན་ལས་ལངས་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ག་ལ་བ་དེ་ལོགས་སུ་ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་བ་བཏུད་དེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །གང་ཕྱིར་མཐའ་ནི་མ་འཚལ་བ། །འཁོར་བ་ན་ནི་འཆི་བ་སྟེ། །ལུས་ནི་ཁུར་ལྕི་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས། །འཇིགས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་མི་བཟད་པ། །ལམ་ནི་རྣམ་པར་མ་འཚལ་ཏེ། །ལམ་ཉིད་ཀྱང་ནི་མི་གདའ་བས། །མགོན་པོ་བདག་ཅག་ལྡོངས་གྱུར་ན། །བདག་ཅག་རྣམས་ནི་བསྡུ་བར་གསོལ། ། དཔའ་ལ་བདག་ཅག་གསོལ་བ་འཚལ། །འདྲེན་པས་ཆོས་ནི་བཤད་དུ་གསོལ། །བདག་ཅག་ཤེས་རབ་ཆུང་ངུར་སྐྱེས། །བདེ་བ་མངོན་པར་མ་འཚལ་ཏོ། །བདག་ཅག་ལ་ནི་ཆོས་བཤད་གསོལ། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་མི་བཟད་གྲོལ་བར་མཛོད། །གང་དང་གང་དུ་སྐྱེས་པར་ཡང་། །བདག་ཅག་སངས་རྒྱས་མཐོང་གྱུར་ཅིག །དེ་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་སྨན་གྱི་སྡེ་སེམས་ཅན་གཞོན་ནུ་རྣམས་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་སོང་སྟེ་ཕྱིན་ནས། འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །ཁྱེད་ཅག་རྣམས་ནི་ཟས་ཟོ་ཤིག །རྨད་དུ་བྱུང་བའི་རོ་ཡང་འཐུང་། །འཇིགས་པ་མེད་པར་གྱུར་ནས་སུ། །ཕྱིས་གདོད་འཇིགས་མེད་ཆོས་ཉོན་ཅིག །སྨྲས་པ། བཙུན་པ་གནས་བརྟན་ཁྱོད་སུ་ཞིག །བདག་ཅག་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཁྱོད་མི་ཤེས། །ཁྱོད་ནི་རབ་ཏུ་མཛེས་པར་མཐོང་། །གཟུགས་ནི་ཞི་ཞིང་གྲགས་པ་ཆེ། །ཡི་དགས་འཇིག་རྟེན་འཇིགས་ཆེན་དང་། །སེམས་དམྱལ་དུད་འགྲོ་རྣམས་ལས་ཐར། །ཇི་ལྟར་འགྲོ་བ་མཛེས་པ་བཞིན། །ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་སྡིག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞི། །ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ལག་ན་སྣོད་ཡོད་པ། །རིན་ཆེན་སྣ་བདུན་ལྡན་པ་དང་། །ལུས་ལ་རིན་ཆེན་སྲད་བུ་དང་། །གཟི་བརྗིད་ཕུང་པོས་བརྒྱན་པ་མཐོང་། །ཞི་བ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཚིག་སྨྲས་པ། །བདག་ཅག་ལན་འདེབས་མི་ནུས་སོ། །བདག་ཅག་ལ་ནི་ཟས་རྣམས་དང་། །ཞིམ་པོའི་སྐོམ་ཡང་མི་དགོས་ཏེ། །ཟས་ལས་བཤང་བ་འབྱུང་བར་འགྱུར། །དེ་བཞིན་སྐོམ་ཡང་གཅིན་དུ་འགྱུར། །ཁུ་བ་རྣམས་ལས་ཁྲག་ཏུ་འགྱུར། །དེ་བཞིན་ཁྲག་ལས་ཤར་འགྱུར་བས། །ཟས་དང་སྐོམ་རབ་སྦྱར་བ་ཡང་། །བདག་ཅག་རྣམས་ལ་དགོས་མ་ཡིན། །དར་དང་སྣམ་བུ་སྦྱར་བ་དང་། །ཕྲ་མོའི་གོས་ཀྱང་དགོས་པ་མེད།

以及饿鬼众，非天极其不悦意，于十地中善安住，亦将宣说正法之音，亦将敲击正法之鼓，亦将吹响正法之螺。这些年轻的众生们，亦将具有精进之力。如来所证得的那样，他们如今亦将证得正法。此后约五千名年轻众生从座位上站起，向世尊所在的方向合掌致敬，向世尊如此禀告：因为没有寻得边际，轮回中就是死亡，身体是沉重的负担，世尊，是极其不悦意的大恐怖。没有寻得道路，道路本身也不存在，怙主，我们已经盲目，祈请您救护我们。 祈请您，勇士，我们祈求您。祈请引导者宣说正法。我们生来智慧浅薄，没有现见安乐。祈请您为我们宣说正法，从不悦意的痛苦中解脱。无论生于何处，愿我们都能见到佛陀。此后，菩萨摩诃萨药王部走向那些年轻的众生，到达后，如此说道：你们都吃些食物吧，也饮用奇妙的滋味。在变得无畏之后，之后首先听闻无畏之法。他们说道：尊者，您是哪位住持？我们都不认识您。我们看到您极其美丽，身形寂静且名声远扬。从饿鬼世界的大恐怖，以及地狱畜生道中解脱。如行走般美丽，您的所有罪业都已平息。您手中拿着的器皿，具有七宝，身上佩戴着珍贵的线，看到您被光辉的聚集所庄严。寂静的您说了这些话，我们无法回答。我们不需要食物，也不需要美味的饮料，因为食物会变成粪便，同样饮料也会变成小便，汁液会变成血液，同样血液会变成脓液，所以食物和饮料的混合物，我们都不需要。丝绸和羊毛的混合物，以及精细的衣服也不需要。

And also the pretas, the Asuras are extremely displeasing. In the ten bhumis, they are well-established. They will also proclaim the sound of the Dharma, they will also beat the drum of the Dharma, they will also blow the conch of the Dharma. These young sentient beings will also possess the power of diligence. Just as the Tathagata has attained, they will now also attain the Dharma. Then, about five thousand young sentient beings rose from their seats and, with palms joined, bowed to where the Bhagavan was, and spoke thus to the Bhagavan: Because the end has not been found, in samsara there is death. The body is a heavy burden, Bhagavan, it is a great and displeasing terror. The path has not been found, and the path itself does not exist. Protector, we have become blind, please gather us. We beseech you, hero, we beseech you. We beseech the guide to teach the Dharma. We are born with little wisdom, we have not directly seen happiness. Please teach us the Dharma, liberate us from displeasing suffering. Wherever we are born, may we see the Buddha. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the Medicine King, went to where those young sentient beings were, and having arrived, spoke thus: All of you, eat some food, and also drink wonderful flavors. Having become fearless, then first listen to the fearless Dharma. They said: Venerable sthavira, who are you? We do not know you. We see that you are extremely beautiful, your form is peaceful and your fame is great. Liberated from the great terror of the preta world, and from the hells and animal realms. Like walking beautifully, all your sins have been pacified. The vessel you hold in your hand, possessing the seven jewels, and wearing precious threads on your body, we see you adorned with a mass of splendor. Peaceful one, you have spoken these words, we are unable to answer. We do not need food, nor do we need delicious drinks, because food will turn into excrement, and likewise drinks will turn into urine, juices will turn into blood, and likewise blood will turn into pus, so the mixture of food and drink, we do not need. The mixture of silk and wool, and fine clothes are also not needed.
