The realm of the Victorious One is a pure realm, Praising the Buddha's teachings, For the sake of holding all beings, The Teacher also employed means. The realm of Nirvana, too, Appears everywhere on earth, Always pacifying the world, Purifying the places of Buddha's giving. Liberating young beings, Also liberating the elderly, Completely liberating all beings From the three realms, gradually. Closing the gate of hell for beings, Liberating animals and pretas, Pacifying this world, Making the other world happy. Then, the Bhagavan smiled and said: It is good to see the good, It is good to see the Buddhas, The field of virtuous qualities is also good, It is good to see the assembly of the Sangha. Teaching the union is also good, It is good to completely destroy sins. Then, Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the army of medicine, bowed down with folded palms to where the Bhagavan was, and said to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, what is the cause of your smiling? The eighty-four thousand nagas in the great ocean also stirred. Thirty million demons also descended to this Jambudvipa. Twenty-five million yakshas, rakshasas, and demons also descended from around the Willow Grove Palace, and gathered before the Blessed One, a great assembly gathered together. Then, the Blessed One taught the Dharma to those young beings, and from the realms of the ten directions, hundreds of thousands of billions of Bodhisattva Mahasattvas descended by their respective miraculous powers. The fourth volume ends. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Medicine King, with palms joined in reverence, approached the Blessed One and said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, there are many Bodhisattvas gathered and present! There are many Sugatas! Blessed One, there are also many gods and nagas gathered and present! Countless millions of demons also descended and gathered from around the Willow Grove Palace! Then, the Blessed One said to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Medicine King: Noble son, come! Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Medicine King descended from above by the power of miraculous powers, and with palms joined in reverence, approached the Blessed One and said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, what is called a Dharma aggregate, Dharma aggregate? Blessed One, in what way is it called a Dharma aggregate? The Blessed One said: Noble son, what is called a Dharma aggregate is seeking pure conduct, and after seeking pure conduct, abandoning all sins. Noble son, after young beings abandon impure conduct, they will not be devoured by ghosts and spirits, they will obtain excellent dharani, and they will also be endowed with all dharmas.

看到那些乌鸦了吗？（他们）禀告说：世尊，用什么方法能聚集众多有情并听闻正法之蕴？然后，世尊对菩提萨埵摩诃萨埵药王（说）：药王，有些有情在出生时不会感到痛苦，年老时不会感到痛苦，疾病本身就是痛苦，悲伤是痛苦，哀号是痛苦，与所爱分离是痛苦，与不爱相遇是痛苦，不听闻这些痛苦的有情也很多。死亡是一切痛苦的根源，因为它夺走了身体和生命。药王，这就是所谓的一切痛苦。然后，那些年轻的有情听到这个教法后，向世尊所在的方向合掌，对世尊这样禀告说：世尊，我们也会死亡吗？世尊回答说：你们和一切有情都会死亡。他们禀告说：世尊，如何被死亡的时间所压迫？世尊回答说：善男子们，死亡的时候，在最后的识上，有称为“令识灭尽”的风，有称为“令识错乱”的风，有称为“令识扰乱”的风。善男子们，这三种风在死亡的时候，会使最后的识昏迷、错乱、产生扰乱。他们禀告说：世尊，死亡的时候，当识灭尽时，摧毁身体的三种风是什么？世尊回答说：朋友们，称为“利器”的风，称为“催促”的风，称为“吞噬”的风，会摧毁身体。他们禀告说：世尊，所谓的身体是什么样的？世尊回答说：朋友们，也可以称为“遍燃”，也可以称为“愤怒”，也可以称为“鼻涕”，也可以称为“嗳气”，也可以称为“坟墓”，也可以称为“恶劣的智慧”，也可以称为“沉重的负担”，也可以称为“被出生所折磨”，也可以称为“被出生所扰乱”，也可以称为“生命完全被燃烧”。

Do you see those crows? They reported: World Honored One, by what means can many sentient beings be gathered and hear the collection of the true Dharma? Then, the World Honored One spoke to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Medicine King: Medicine King, there are some sentient beings who do not hear suffering at birth, do not hear suffering in old age, disease itself is suffering, sorrow is suffering, wailing is suffering, separation from loved ones is suffering, encountering the unloved is suffering, and there are also many sentient beings who do not hear these sufferings. Death is the root of all suffering, because it takes away body and life. Medicine King, this is called all suffering. Then, those young sentient beings, having heard this teaching, folded their palms towards where the World Honored One was, and reported to the World Honored One in this way: World Honored One, will we also die? The World Honored One replied: You and all sentient beings will die. They reported: World Honored One, how will we be oppressed by the time of death? The World Honored One replied: Good sons, at the time of death, on the last consciousness, there is a wind called "causing the consciousness to be extinguished," there is a wind called "causing the consciousness to be confused," and there is a wind called "causing the consciousness to be disturbed." Good sons, these three winds, at the time of death, will cause the last consciousness to be dazed, confused, and generate disturbance. They reported: World Honored One, at the time of death, when consciousness is extinguished, what are the three winds that destroy the body? The World Honored One replied: Friends, the wind called "sharp weapon," the wind called "urge," and the wind called "devour," will destroy the body. They reported: World Honored One, what is the so-called body like? The World Honored One replied: Friends, it can also be called "completely burning," it can also be called "anger," it can also be called "snot," it can also be called "belching," it can also be called "graveyard," it can also be called "evil wisdom," it can also be called "heavy burden," it can also be called "tormented by birth," it can also be called "disturbed by birth," it can also be called "life completely burned."
