ཅིག་རིའི་བྱ་སྐྱིབས་ན་འདུག་པར་གྱུར་ཏེ། དེས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆོས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཚོལ་འདོད་པ་ལ་སྨྲས་པ། གཞོན་ནུ་ཚུར་ཤོག་དང་། ཁོ་བོས་ཁྱོད་ལ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་མཚན་དང་ལྡན་པའི་གཏམ་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་ཆོས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཚོལ་འདོད་པས། རིའི་བྱ་སྐྱིབས་ན་འདུག་པའི་མི་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་སོང་སྟེ་ཕྱིན་ནས་སྨྲས་པ། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་མཚན་དང་ལྡན་པའི་གཏམ་རབ་ཏུ་སྟོན་ཅིག །དེས་སྨྲས་པ། གཞོན་ནུ་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་དེ་ནི་རིན་མེད་པར་ཁོ་བོ་ཡང་དག་པར་རབ་ཏུ་མི་སྟོན་ཏོ། །ཤ་ར་དྭ་ཏིའི་བུ་དེའི་ཚེ་རྒྱལ་པོའི་གཞོན་ནུ་དེས། གོས་རིན་ཐང་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་ཉི་ཤུ་རི་བ་ལུས་ལ་གྱོན་པར་གྱུར་ཅིང་། ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་རིན་ཐང་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་བཞི་བཅུ་རི་བ་ཡང་ལུས་ལ་བཏགས་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་འདོད་པས་ཟིལ་གྱིས་ནོན་པའི་མི་བརྐམ་ཆགས་པ་དེ་འདི་སྙམ་དུ་སེམས་ཏེ། གལ་ཏེ་བདག་ལ་རྒྱལ་པོའི་གཞོན་ནུ་དེས་གོས་དེ་དང་། ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དེ་བྱིན་པར་གྱུར་ན། དེ་ལྟ་ན་བདག་གིས་དེ་ལ་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་དེ། ཡང་དག་པར་རབ་ཏུ་བསྟན་པར་བྱའོ། །སྙམ་མོ། །དེ་ནས་ཆོས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཚོལ་འདོད་པའི་མིས་མི་དེ་ལ་སྨྲས་པ། ཀྱེ་མི་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཅི་དགོས། དེ་སྨྲོས་ཤིག་དང་། ཁོ་བོས་ཁྱོད་ལ་སྦྱིན་པར་བྱའོ། །ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་ཁོ་བོ་ལ་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་ལྡན་པའི་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་དེ་ཡང་དག་པར་རབ་ཏུ་སྟོན་ཅིག ། དེ་ནས་མི་དེས་སྨྲས་པ། གཞོན་ནུ་གལ་ཏེ། ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཇི་ལྟར་བགོས་པའི་གོས་དང་ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དེ་བྱིན་ཞིང་བྱིན་ནས་ཀྱང་བྱ་སྐྱིབས་འདི་ནས་བདག་ཉིད་བོར་ན། དེ་ལྟ་ན་ཁོ་བོས་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་དེ་ཡང་དག་པར་རབ་ཏུ་བསྟན་པར་བྱའོ། །ཤ་ར་དྭ་ཏིའི་བུ། དེ་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་ཆོས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཚོལ་འདོད་པས། མི་དེ་ལ་སྨྲས་པ། ཀྱེ་མི་ཁྱོད་ལ་དོན་དུ་འགྱུར་ན། བདག་གིས་རིའི་བྱ་སྐྱིབས་འདི་ནས་བདག་ཉིད་དོར་བར་བྱའོ། །དེས་སྨྲས་པ། གཞོན་ནུ་བདག་ལ་དོན་དུ་གང་ཡང་མི་འགྱུར་མོད་ཀྱི། འོན་ཀྱང་གང་གི་ཚེ། ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཁོ་བོ་ལ་གོས་དེ་དང་། ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དེ་བྱིན་པར་གྱུར་ལ། དེའི་ཚེ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་དེ་ཐོས་ནས་འགྱོད་པར་གྱུར་ཏེ། དབང་གི་ཡང་འཕྲོག་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆོས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཚོལ་འདོད་པས། མི་དེ་ལ་སྨྲས་པ། ཀྱེ་མི་ཁྱོད་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་དེ་ཁོ་བོ་ལ་སྟོན་ཅིག་དང་། ཁོ་བོས་ཁྱོད་ལ་བྱིན་ནས་འགྱོད་པར་མི་བྱའོ། །མི་དེས་སྨྲས་པ། གཞོན་ནུ་ཁྱོད་དམ་བཅས་པ་ལ་མི་གནས་པ་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཚེ། ཁྱོད་འགྱོད་པར་བྱེད་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་ཆོས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཚོལ་འདོད་པས། མི་དེ་ལ་སྨྲས་པ། ཀྱེ་མི་དེའི་ཕྱིར། གལ་ཏེ་ཁྱོད་དེ་ལྟར་སེམས་ན་དེ་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་བྱས། སངས་རྒྱས་དང་ལྡན་པའི་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་དེ་ཁོ་བོ་ལ་སྟོན་ཅིག་དང་། ཁོ་བོས་ཁྱོད་ལ་གོས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དེ་དང་། ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དེ་སྦྱིན་པར་བྱའོ། །ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་དེ་ཐོས་ནས་ཀྱང་། རིའི་བྱ་སྐྱིབས་འདི་ནས་བདག་ཉིད་དོར་བར་བྱའོ། །ཤ་ར་དྭ་ཏིའི་བུ་མི་དེས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དེ་ལ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་མཚན་དང་ལྡན་པའི་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་དེ་བསྟན་ཏོ། །ཤ་ར་དྭ་ཏིའི་བུ་ཐོས་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་ཡང་གཞོན་ནུ་ཆོས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཚོལ་འདོད་པས། མི་དེ་ལ་གོས་དེ་དང་ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དེ་བྱིན་ཏེ། བདེན་པ་དང་བདེན་པའི་ཚིག་གང་གིས་འགྱོད་པ་མེད་ཅིང་། གདུང་ བ་མེད་པར་གོས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དེ་དང་། ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དེ་བྱིན་པའི་བདེན་པ་དང་། བདེན་པའི་ཚིག་དེས་མ་སྣད་པ་ཉིད་དང་། མ་སྨས་པ་ཉིད་དུ་ས་ལ་འདུག་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་བདེན་པའི་བྱིན་གྱིས་རླབས་ཀྱང་བྱས་སོ། །དེས་བདེན་པའི་བྱིན་གྱི་རླབས་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་དེ་བྱས་ནས། བྱ་སྐྱིབས་དེ་ནས་བདག་ཉིད་བོར་རོ། །དེས་ལུས་དེ་བོར་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་དེ་ནས་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཚེ། རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་བཞིས་ཡོངས་སུ་བཟུང་སྟེ། བདེ་བར་མྱུར་བ་ཁོ་ནར་ས་ལ་བཞག་གོ །དེ་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆོས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཚོལ་འདོད་པས་མི་དེ་ལ་སྨྲས་པ། ཀྱེ་མི་དེ་ཙམ་དུ་ལེགས་པར་སྨྲས་པའི་ཚིག་དེ་དང་། དེ་ཙམ་དུ་དོན་བཟང་པོ་དང་། ཚིག་འབྲུ་བཟང་པོ་ནི་ངོ་མཚར་ཏོ། །ཤ་ར་དྭ་ཏིའི་བུ་དེ་ནས་མི་དེ་མྱུར་བ་མྱུར་བར་བྱ་སྐྱིབས་དེ་ནས་བབས་ནས། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆོས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཚོལ་འདོད་པ། དེ་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་སོང་ནས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །རྒྱལ་པོའི་གཞོན་ནུ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཇི་ཙམ་དུ་གྱ་ཚོམ་དུ་བྱས་པ་ནི་ངོ་མཚར་ཏོ། །རྒྱལ་པོའི་གཞོན་ནུ་ཁྱོད་ཆོས་ཇི་ལྟ་བུ་ཞིག་འདོད། དེས་སྨྲས་པ། ཀྱེ་མི་ཁོ་བོས་ནི་སེམས་ཅན་མ་རྒལ་བ་རྣམས་བསྒྲལ་བར་བྱ་ཞིང་། མ་གྲོལ་བ་རྣམས་གྲོལ་བར་བྱ། ཡོངས་སུ་མྱ་ངན་ལས་མ་འདས་པ་རྣམས་ཡོངས་སུ་མྱ་ངན་ལས་བཟླ་བར་བྱའོ། །ཤ་ར་དྭ་ཏིའི་བུ་མི་དེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཚིག་དེ་ལ། མངོན་པར་ཡིད་ཆེས་ནས་དེ་དགའ་སྟེ། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཚོལ་འདོད་པ་ལ་སྨྲས་པ། གཞོན

因此，我将把那件珍贵的衣服和那颗珍贵的宝石还给你。为什么呢？因为年轻人，那件衣服和那颗珍贵的宝石与你相配。他说：哎呀，给了又拿回去，那不是我的作风。那人说：国王的年轻人，因此在那时，你将成为我的救护者。舍利弗之子，在那时那刻，菩萨想要完全寻求佛法，如果怀疑或犹豫那是另一个人，你不应该那样看。为什么呢？舍利弗之子，在那时那刻，我就是名叫国王的年轻人，想要完全寻求佛法。舍利弗之子，在那时那刻，如果认为出现的那个人是另一个人，你不应该那样看。为什么呢？舍利弗之子，在那时那刻，那人从我这里获得了信仰，并且这样说：你将成为救护者。说这些话的人就是薄伽梨。舍利弗之子，比丘薄伽梨现在仍然，当我与比丘僧团一起从空中行走时，他正在山的鸟巢中行走，我也说薄伽梨过来，他就生起了禅定的解脱，从鸟巢中舍弃了自己，在空中坐着，显现了六种神通。舍利弗之子，那个福德的聚积跟随了多久，他向我正确地展示了一个四句偈，凭借那个善根和业的成熟，他从我这里获得了信仰，并且因为对我虔诚而如此迅速地解脱了，看看我亲自救护了他。舍利弗之子，看看那人以愿望先行的心，明显地积聚了那个善根，并且为了实现那样的果实而出现。那些生起禅定解脱并且确定地考察，从而衡量佛陀的智慧，以及菩萨摩诃萨们感到高兴。

Therefore, I shall give back to you that precious garment and that precious jewel. Why? Because, young man, that garment and that precious jewel are fitting for you. He said: Alas, to give and then take back is not my way. That man said: Young prince, therefore at that time, you shall become my protector. Sharadvatiputra, at that time, if a Bodhisattva wishing to fully seek the Dharma is doubted or questioned as being someone else, you should not look at it that way. Why? Sharadvatiputra, at that time, I was the young prince named wishing to fully seek the Dharma. Sharadvatiputra, at that time, if you think that the person who appeared is someone else, you should not look at it that way. Why? Sharadvatiputra, at that time, that person gained faith from me and said this: You shall become a protector. The person who spoke these words was Bhakkali. Sharadvatiputra, the monk Bhakkali is still now, when I departed from the path of walking in the sky together with the Sangha of monks, he was walking in the bird's nest of the mountain, and I also said, Bhakkali, come here, and he generated the liberation of Samadhi, abandoning himself from that bird's nest, and while sitting in the sky, manifested the six superknowledges. Sharadvatiputra, for as long as that accumulation of merit followed, and he correctly showed me a four-line verse, by that root of virtue and the ripening of karma, he gained faith from me, and because of his devotion to me, he was liberated so quickly, look at how I myself protected him. Sharadvatiputra, look at how that person, with a mind of preceding desire, manifestly accumulated that root of virtue, and appeared in order to accomplish such a fruit. Those who generate the liberation of Samadhi and definitely examine, thereby fathom the wisdom of the Buddha, and the Bodhisattvas, the great beings, are pleased.
