世尊没有疾病吗？有力量吗？没有衰老吗？他回答说：世尊，正是这样。像这样，如来于无量国土中显现殊胜之王等，世尊如来精进显现殊胜之王的佛刹，同样，如来断除疑惑，以及星宿善王的佛刹，以及日作者，以及光作者，以及须弥山光，以及光之轮，以及极清净之光，以及食物之伞，以及香之伞，以及珍宝之伞，以及旃檀之房屋，以及喜悦之吉祥，以及须弥山堆，以及珍宝之光，以及娑罗树王之王，以及梵天之吉祥，以及极清净之眼，以及无有恐怖，以及名为毛发竖立的无有怖畏，以及珍宝铠甲无量，以及无上之光芒，以及如来网状光之顶髻，以及如来因之王的佛刹，以及诸佛世尊等无量无数之佛刹中，菩萨摩诃萨无量无数，前往娑婆世界，以及王舍城光明之园迦兰陀迦住处，以及世尊处，到达后，顶礼世尊之足，于一旁安坐。那时，于东南方，越过无量无数之世界，有世界名为莲花之花出现之吉祥，于彼处，如来一切佛身普示吉祥名为住，生活且安乐，亦说法，世尊彼者为菩萨王位继承者离忧，授记无上正等觉。之后，菩萨离忧见彼大光明，亦闻宣说之音声。闻已，前往世尊如来一切佛身普示吉祥处，顶礼世尊之足

Is the Blessed One free from illness? Does he have strength? Is he free from decay? He replied: Blessed One, it is so. Thus, the Tathagata appears as the supreme king in immeasurable lands, such as the Buddha-field of the Blessed One, the Tathagata, the king who manifests supreme diligence. Similarly, the Tathagata who completely destroys doubt, and the king of the auspicious stars, and the sun-maker, and the light-maker, and Mount Meru light, and the circle of light, and the completely pure light, and the umbrella of food, and the umbrella of incense, and the umbrella of jewels, and the house of sandalwood, and the glory of joy, and the heap of Mount Meru, and the light of jewels, and the king of the Sala tree, and the glory of Brahma, and the completely pure eye, and the one without fear, and the one free from the fear called "hair-raising," and the immeasurable jewel armor, and the unsurpassed rays of light, and the Tathagata's net-like crown of light, and the Buddha-field of the Tathagata, the king of causes, and from the Buddha-fields of countless, immeasurable Buddhas, Blessed Ones, and so on, countless, immeasurable Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas went to the Sahā world, and to the Bamboo Grove, the Garden of Radiant Light in Rajagriha, and to where the Blessed One was. Having arrived, they prostrated at the feet of the Blessed One and sat down on one side. At that time, in the southeast direction, beyond countless, immeasurable world-systems, there was a world-system called "The Glory of the Lotus Flower's Appearance." There, the Tathagata, the Glory that Universally Shows the Body of All Buddhas, resided, lived, and taught the Dharma. The Blessed One predicted that the Bodhisattva Regent, Free from Sorrow, would attain unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment. Then, the Bodhisattva Free from Sorrow saw that great light and also heard the sound of the proclamation. Having heard it, he went to where the Blessed One, the Tathagata, the Glory that Universally Shows the Body of All Buddhas, was, and prostrated at the feet of the Blessed One.

There resides the Tathagata named Shakyamuni, who lives, abides, and teaches the Dharma. For example, to those Bodhisattva Mahasattvas who have donned inconceivable and unparalleled armor, he perfectly teaches the Dharma category called 'Bodhisattva Pitaka'." He supplicated: "Blessed One, in order to behold, pay homage to, and serve the Blessed One Shakyamuni, I shall go to the Saha world system." The Blessed One said: "Son of good family, if you know that the time is right, then go. In my name, ask him: 'Is there little discomfort? Is there little anxiety? Is movement easy? Does he abide in strength and ease?' Also, inquire about his health." Then, the Bodhisattva Free from Sorrow prostrated to the Blessed One and departed.
