你所说的那个珍宝的功德，并不是存在的。你是在说谎，说别的，你的那些话不可信。说完之后，那个人就把那个珍宝从不干净的地方拿起来了。然后，那个珍宝一拿出来，那些贫穷的人们就互相之间非常剧烈地争吵起来。在那之后，就像被许多损害所围绕一样。世尊，我们这些具有微小善根的人们，诞生于贫穷的娑婆世界。世尊，就像那个具有智慧本性的人认出被赐予在不干净的泥土容器中的珍宝一样，世尊，我们也会在娑婆世界看到。世尊，就像那个能够成办一切安乐的珍宝被很好地锻炼和清净一样，世尊，我们也会看到如来和菩萨。

The qualities of the jewel you speak of do not exist. You are lying, saying something else, your words are not believable. After saying this, that person took the jewel from the unclean place. Then, as soon as that jewel was taken out, those poor people started arguing fiercely with each other. After that, just like being surrounded by many harms. Bhagavan, we, who possess small roots of virtue, were born into the poor Saha world. Bhagavan, just as that person with the nature of wisdom recognizes the jewel given in the unclean mud container, Bhagavan, we will also see in the Saha world. Bhagavan, just as that jewel that accomplishes all happiness is well trained and purified, Bhagavan, we will also see the Tathagatas and Bodhisattvas.

听闻那珍宝的功德后，心中想要完全寻觅；又见到它在不净的容器中，便说那容器不适合。世尊，我们也是如此，听闻如来、应供、正等觉和菩萨摩诃萨们不可思议的盔甲的功德赞叹后，为了瞻仰而来到这里。世尊，我们来到这个世界，看到这个世界被无数的损害所困扰，众生所拥有的善根又很小。世尊，譬如在泥土中放置的珍宝，它的光芒不会消失一样。世尊，十方诸佛和菩萨摩诃萨们不可思议的盔甲的光芒也不会消失。但因为这里的众生的想法和意乐很小，所以世尊加持光芒只有一寻左右。世尊，譬如那人宣扬珍宝的功德时，那些贫穷本性的人不会真正相信一样。世尊，那些众生对于如来的极其广大的光芒，或者伟大的愿望，或者伟大的变化，或者佛陀的功德都不相信，更何况是菩萨摩诃萨们呢？世尊，譬如那人从不净的容器中取出珍宝，当他取出后，那些众生立即被各种损害所包围一样。世尊，如来完全涅槃后，菩萨摩诃萨们也前往其他世界，像这样执持经部，正确地执持菩萨的人们会互相激烈争吵，佛法的声音也不会出现，只会发出非佛法的声音，就是这样说的。

Having heard the virtues of that precious jewel, one intends to seek it completely; and having seen it in an impure vessel, one says that the vessel is not suitable. O Blessed One, we are also like that, having heard the praise of the virtues of the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened One, and the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas who are adorned with inconceivable armor, we have come here to behold them. O Blessed One, having come to this world, we see that this world is afflicted by hundreds of harms, and that beings possess only small roots of virtue. O Blessed One, just as the light of a precious jewel placed in mud does not disappear, so too, O Blessed One, the light of the Tathagatas and Bodhisattva Mahasattvas who are adorned with inconceivable armor in the ten directions does not disappear. But because the thoughts and aspirations of the beings here are small, the Blessed One blesses the light to be only about a fathom. O Blessed One, just as when that person proclaims the virtues of the precious jewel, those who are by nature poor do not truly believe, so too, O Blessed One, those beings do not believe in the extremely vast light of the Tathagata, or in great aspirations, or in great transformations, or in the virtues of the Buddha, let alone the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas. O Blessed One, just as when that person takes the precious jewel from the impure vessel, as soon as he takes it, those beings are immediately surrounded by various harms, so too, O Blessed One, after the Tathagata has completely passed into Nirvana, and the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas have also gone to other worlds, those who hold the Sutras in this way, those who correctly hold the Bodhisattva, will fiercely quarrel with each other, and the sound of the Dharma will not arise, but only the sound of non-Dharma will arise, so it is said.

如是禀告。那是什么缘故呢？像这样，这些有情安住在非法之中，以非法为生，真实地受取而安住。互相之间争斗、驳斥、揭短和谩骂，行于其中。那些有情互相之间从善法中退失，遭受痛苦。那些有情不会致力于佛法等和善事等。世尊，种姓之子或种姓之女，寻求利益，完全寻求利益，想要圆满证得佛陀的菩提，以及声闻乘的行者，尚且不应生于此世间，何况是菩萨乘的行者呢？那是什么缘故呢？世尊，譬如众生生于大焦热地狱、复活地狱、黑绳地狱、热地狱、极热地狱以及其他大焦热地狱中，连一刹那、一瞬间、一须臾也见不到安乐。同样，世尊，世尊，如来珍宝庄严一体的那个世界，珍宝伞盖一体中，那些菩萨们，他们认为此娑婆世界如同众生生于焦热地狱一般，菩萨摩诃萨生于此地，也完全没有见到任何安乐。佛的刹土是唯一的、殊胜的安乐，在那个世界里，众生们是自性安乐的。世尊，我说生于此地的众生很难真实相信那些，世尊，然而为了断除对佛法的疑惑，以及为了听闻佛法的印契之门，我等为此而来，请从世尊处听闻。那是什么缘故呢？世尊，因为那些安乐和痛苦都是无常的。世尊，从如来应供正等觉处，没有安乐和痛苦

Thus he pleaded. What is the reason for that? Like this, those sentient beings will abide in what is not Dharma, and having taken what is not Dharma as their livelihood, they will abide in it. They will engage in fighting, refuting, exposing faults, and cursing each other. Those beings will fall away from virtuous Dharma and suffer. Those beings will not be diligent in Dharma and virtuous deeds. World Honored One, a son or daughter of good family, seeking benefit, fully seeking benefit, wishing to perfectly accomplish the enlightenment of the Buddha, and even those of the Hearer Vehicle should not be born in this world. What need is there to mention those of the Bodhisattva Vehicle? What is the reason for that? World Honored One, for example, sentient beings born in the great hells of Avici, Reviving, Black Line, Hot, Very Hot, and other great hells, do not perceive happiness even for a moment, an instant, or a short time. Similarly, World Honored One, in the world of the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened One, the single jewel arrangement, in the single jewel umbrella of that world, those Bodhisattvas who are there, they consider this world of Saha to be like sentient beings born in Avici hell. Even those Bodhisattvas, great beings, born here, do not see any happiness at all. The Buddha's pure land is the only supreme happiness, and in that world, those sentient beings are naturally happy. World Honored One, I say that it will be difficult for those born in this world to truly believe those things. World Honored One, however, in order to dispel doubts about the Dharma and to hear the door of the Dharma seal, we have come here for that purpose, and we should hear from the World Honored One. What is the reason for that? World Honored One, because all those happiness and suffering are impermanent. World Honored One, from the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, there is no happiness and suffering.
