They will say, "We should praise the Tathagata," and they will universally act with the worldly right view and manifest fabrications, and with the combination of all contaminated aggregates. They will also say, "The Tathagata's wisdom is unimpeded." They will say, "We should praise," but in reality, they will be speaking words of non-praise. Good Guardian, for example, if someone hears the words, "Gold is yellow, and gold appears yellow," and they hear the name of gold, and they see the color of Jambudvipa river gold, and they hear its value, and then they say, "Hey, you are lying, that which you speak of does not have the yellow color of gold," and they refute and scold in this way. Similarly, Good Guardian, those foolish blind people hear the name of the Tathagata and the name of the Dharma, and they also hear that the name of the Dharma is right view, and they also hear that the name of the Tathagata has the perfection of name, the perfection of lineage, the perfection of conduct, the perfection of retinue, and the perfection of ritual and behavior. However, they have not heard the nature of the Tathagata's wisdom, by which the Tathagata is called "Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Awakened One"; nor have they heard the nature of the Dharma, by which the Tathagata speaks of all Dharmas, the wisdom of the Tathagata's nature. When they hear the nature of the Tathagata's wisdom, those foolish people will say, "That is not so." They will say this. Good Guardian, for example, if someone hears the name of the great ocean, but has not heard the qualities of the great ocean. When he hears that the great ocean is eighty-four thousand yojanas in depth, and its breadth is immeasurable yojanas, and it is filled with various jewels, and it has one taste, and it neither overflows nor diminishes, he hears the proclamation of the qualities of the great ocean.

Hearing the proclamation of these virtues, even if great rivers flow, they will not be filled, and countless treasures will emerge from it, and its vastness is immeasurable. What will they say in disbelief? Just as someone says that the merits of the great ocean are so great that it cannot exist. The foolish people of Good Protection, even if they hear the name of the Tathagata, hear the sound of the Buddha, but they have not heard the merits of the Tathagata, nor have they heard the merits of understanding the Dharma. When they hear the wisdom of knowing everything, hear the treasures of the Dharma filled with immeasurable Dharma, hear the freedom from desire, hear the immeasurable merits of achieving great liberation, hear that the Buddha's eyes are unobstructed, hear that the unpolluted Dharma neither increases nor decreases, hear that it is unfathomable, hear that it is unwavering, hear the wisdom seal of all Dharmas, just as the great ocean does not coexist with corpses, so the Tathagata does not coexist with sentient beings who are obscured by all thick views. Just as the great ocean has only a salty taste, the Dharma spoken by the Tathagata that makes liberation the only taste, they hear it, hear these words, but do not understand, do not believe, do not believe, but say, "It is not so." The foolish people of Good Protection will say, "What do we know? What have we learned?" Look at how they don't even look at it that way. For the time being, they don't even know their own behavior, don't know what they have done, don't know their behavior, don't know karma, don't know the consequences, don't know what karma caused them to be born here, don't know that their karma was born here, don't know where they are going, don't know their form, don't know their behavior, don't know whether they are doing things consciously or unconsciously, they will talk about themselves like this. If those foolish people have these perceptions of the Dharma
