Moreover, the sons of the gods who are heedless are also urged by the sound of the Dharma. That sound of the Dharma also pacifies all the harms, conflicts, and near afflictions of the sons of the gods of the Thirty-three. Manjushri, similarly, the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Awakened Buddha, is also invisible, unseen, non-existent, unarisen, inconceivable, unthought, without characteristics, non-material, without sound, without substance, non-dual, and has completely transcended the path of the eye. Manjushri, however, beings, due to the ripening of past karma, according to their thoughts and beliefs, all know that the sound of the Dharma arises. That sound of the Dharma also enters in order to pacify all the harms, conflicts, and near afflictions of all beings. The sound of the Dharma, in language, is counted in the world as the teachings of the Tathagata. Manjushri, although the Tathagata does not exist, nevertheless, the world designates the Tathagata by the sound of the Dharma, only because of the ripening of the past roots of virtue of beings, all beings know that the sound arises from the Tathagata. That sound also arises in order to truly generate all the happiness of all beings, and to urge the heedless. Manjushri, those beings, having heard that sound, also think that this is the body of the Tathagata, and thus also discriminate the Tathagata. In order to make the first Bodhisattvas and all ordinary people truly generate the roots of virtue focused on the Tathagata, they also hear the teachings of the Tathagata. Manjushri, however, it should be known that the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Awakened Buddha is unborn and unceasing. Manjushri, for example, when the end of summer comes and the first summer month arrives, due to the ripening of the past karma of beings, the collection of seeds abiding on the earth

And, in order to make all the collections of crops, grass, trees, resins, plants, and forests grow everywhere, such winds arise in the space of the sky above, which gather rain and, having gathered it, cause it to fall on the great earth. It satisfies the entire great earth, and at that time all the people of Jambudvipa feel great joy and ease of mind, and therefore it is called a cloud in the world. Manjushri, when a great collection of rain does not fall from the sky above, all the people of Jambudvipa will say, "No clouds are gathering here." Manjushri, when a great collection of rain falls from the sky above, all the people of Jambudvipa will say, "Alas, the great cloud causes a stream of rain to fall, and the great earth is completely satisfied." They will also say that. Manjushri, there is neither cloud nor the imputation of cloud there. Manjushri, when the great collection of rain is moved by the wind due to the ripening of the previous actions of sentient beings, it will also fall from the sky above. Manjushri, when that great collection of rain is scattered by the wind, it will also congeal in the sky above. Manjushri, thus, due to the ripening of the previous actions of sentient beings, when that great collection of rain gathers in the sky above, and the winds stir, the continuous stream of rain is constantly maintained or caused to fall, this is called a cloud, but Manjushri, there is neither cloud nor the imputation of cloud there. Manjushri, that cloud is unborn, unceasing, does not enter the realm of mind, and is free from coming and going. Manjushri, similarly, Bodhisattva Mahasattvas who have accumulated collections of virtuous roots in the past, and sentient beings, Shravakas, and Pratyekabuddhas desiring knowledge, others desiring knowledge, and sentient beings generating virtuous roots, those who are the cause of the correct manifestation of Nirvana, the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Awakened Buddha.
