The Noble Mahāyāna Sūtra called 'The Adornment of the Light of Wisdom Entering the Realm of All Buddhas'. In Sanskrit: Ārya Sarva Buddha Viṣaya Avatāra Jñāna Āloka Alaṃkāra Nāma Mahāyāna Sūtra. Volume One. Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Thus have I heard. At one time, the Blessed One was in Rājagṛha, on the peak of Vulture Mountain, under the four trees, in the exquisite pavilion of the essence of the Dharmadhātu. Namely, with a great Saṅgha of twenty-five thousand monks, including the eight great Śrāvakas and the Venerable Kauṇḍinya, all of whom were Arhats, exhausters of defilements, without afflictions, having become masters, their minds utterly liberated, their wisdom utterly liberated, tamed elephants, having done what was to be done, having accomplished what was to be accomplished, having cast off their burdens, having attained their own benefit, having completely exhausted all ties to existence, their minds utterly liberated by perfect knowledge, having reached the far shore of the power of all sentient beings, all of them. And namely, with seventy-two koṭi Bodhisattva-mahāsattvas, including Mañjuśrīkumārabhūta, Ratnaśrī, Buddhaśrī, Bhaiṣajyarāja, and Bhaiṣajyasamudgata, sent forth from countless hundreds of thousands of koṭis of Tathāgatas from other world realms, all of whom were skilled in thoroughly turning the wheel of Dharma from which there is no turning back, all of whom were skilled in requesting the extensive teachings of the Ratnakūṭa Sūtra, all of whom had attained the tenth bhūmi, the cloud of Dharma, all of whom were like Mount Meru in wisdom, all of whom possessed minds cultivated in emptiness, signlessness, wishlessness, birthlessness, arisinglessness, and objectlessness, all of whom had attained the great light of profound Dharma, all of whom were the conduct of the Tathāgatas.

The one endowed with the path, also abides together with all those who are fully trained in direct knowledge, dwelling in the very nature of the essence of all certain occurrences. At that time, the Bhagavan thought to himself: 'In order to generate speed, strength, and great power in the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, I shall speak the Dharma, and I shall also gather the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas of great splendor from the worlds as numerous as the sands of the Ganges. I shall also show the great omen of explaining the categories of the Dharma of the great Dharma teaching. I shall also cause the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas to come and completely ask me about the great Dharma teaching.' Thus he thought. Then, at that time, the Bhagavan illuminated the ten directions of the world, the three thousand great thousand worlds, the countless and inconceivable worlds, as many as the atoms of the fine dust, with clouds of great light. At that time, from each of the ten directions, Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, as many as the atoms of the fine dust of ten times the inexpressible number of hundreds of thousands of billions of Buddha fields, came together. Among them, each Bodhisattva also came and gathered with inconceivable emanations of Bodhisattvas, and also made inconceivable offerings in accordance with the Dharma to the Bhagavan. In front of the Bhagavan, they each sat on lotus seats arising from the power of their own vows, gazing at the Bhagavan without blinking their eyes. At that time, in the center of the palace of the essence of the sphere of Dharma, there was a great jewel lion throne with a lotus heart, with a width of countless billions of yojanas.

Adorned with a rosary that transcends categories, covered everywhere by a net of precious jewel lords, decorated with various kinds of precious jewels, there appeared something possessing umbrellas, victory banners, and hoisted flags. From the vicinity of the lion throne, which possessed the essence of great precious jewels, countless rays of light, ten billion trillion quadrillion, arose. Those rays of light pervaded other realms of the ten directions with great appearances. Moreover, at that time, from each of the ten directions, gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, Indra, Brahma, world protectors, and Buddhafields, as many as the dust motes of ten billion trillion inexpressible realms, also arrived. Some of them resided in layered precious jewel palaces, arriving with countless and inconceivable billions of trillions of goddesses, emitting songs and the sounds of musical instruments. Some were made of flowers, some were made of sandalwood snake heart, some were made of pearls, some were made of vajra, some were made of precious jewels that appeared like vajra, some were made of Jambudvipa river gold, some were made of precious jewels that perfectly gathered all lights, some were made of precious jewel lords, some were made of precious jewel wish-fulfilling jewels, some were made of precious jewels held by Indra, and some resided in layered palaces made of a thousand kinds of precious jewel ornaments, like the pure foundation of the ocean, from which the great precious jewels emitted light appearances everywhere, arriving with countless and inconceivable billions of trillions of goddesses, emitting songs and the sounds of musical instruments. Having arrived, they also made offerings to the Bhagavan that were inconceivable, incomparable, immeasurable, innumerable, and even far beyond.
