་དབྱིངས་གཞལ་མེད་འདུས་མ་བྱས། །ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ནི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཟད་ཅིང་འགོག །དེ་ནི་ཉེར་བཟུང་འཇིག་རྟེན་གོས་མེད་ཡིན། །རྒྱལ་བ་རྒྱལ་བའི་དབང་པོ་རབ་ཏུ་བསྒོམ། །དེ་ཡིས་ལེགས་པའི་ལས་དེ་བྱས་པས་ན། །གོས་པ་མེད་ཅིང་འཇིགས་མེད་རྣམ་སྤྱོད་ལ། །བདག་དང་གཞན་ ལ་གནོད་པ་མེད་གནས་ཏེ། །བདག་ཉིད་བླ་མེད་བྱང་ཆུབ་མངོན་འཚང་རྒྱ། །དེ་ནི་རྣམ་སྨིན་དེ་ལས་རྗེས་འཐུན་པ། །ཤིན་ཏུ་དཀའ་བས་བྱང་ཆུབ་འཚང་རྒྱར་འགྱུར། །དེ་ཡི་སྐྱེ་བོ་སྲོག་ཆགས་ལྷ་དང་ཀླུ། །མི་དང་སྲིན་པོ་དག་གིས་མི་མཐོང་ངོ་། །ཀླུ་མགྲིན་སྔོན་པོ་སྟོབས་པོ་ཆེ་དེ་ནི། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་མཁྱེན་གསུང་གིས་དགའ་གྱུར་ནས། །སོར་མོ་བཅུ་ཡི་ཐལ་སྦྱར་མགོ་བཏུད་དེ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་སྒྲོན་མཛད་འདྲེན་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བྱེད། །མི་མཆོག་ལ་ནི་འདི་ལྟར་བདག་སྐྱབས་མཆི། །ཡབ་ཀྱི་རྗེས་སུ་སྲས་ཀྱང་མཆི་བགྱི་ཞིང་། །མཐར་བགྱིད་བཅོམ་ལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་འཚང་རྒྱར་བགྱི། །སེམས་ཅན་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཆོས་ཀྱིས་གནོད་གྱུར་དགྲོལ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་མཁས་པས་བྱང་ཆུབ་དེ་ལུང་བསྟན། །ཁྱོད་ནི་མ་འོངས་དུས་སུ་འཚང་རྒྱ་སྟེ། །ཀུན་ཏུ་སྤྱན་ཞེས་ཕྱོགས་སུ་རྣམ་གྲགས་ཤིང་། །འགྲོ་བའི་སྲིད་ལས་སེམས་ཅན་གྲོལ་བར་བྱེད། །དེ་ནས་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་འཇིགས་སྒྲོགས་ཀྱིས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པའི་དབྱངས་ཀྱིས་ཞུ་བ་ཞུས་པ། མི་འདུལ་ཁ་ལོ་སྒྱུར་བ་ཡིད་ལས་འདས། །སྟོན་པ་སུག་ལས་ཅི་བགྱིས་བདག་ཞུའོ། །རྒྱལ་བ་དེ་ནི་སྣམ་ཕྱོགས་གཟིགས་པ་ན། །དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཙམ་གྱིས་ནི་མདུན་དུ་འགྱུར། །ཆོས་ལ་ངེས་པའི་རྒྱལ་བས་དེ་ལུང་བསྟན། །ཀུན་མཁྱེན་མཁྱེན་པས་བསམ་པ་ཐུགས་ཆུད་ནས། །བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་ཐུགས་ནི་བསྐྱེད་མཛད་དེ། །དེ་བཞིན་མི་མཆོག་གིས་ནི་འདི་ལུང་བསྟན། །བདེ་བ་འབྱུང་བ་དག་གི་ལས་བྱས་ཤིང་། །དེ་དག་སྔན་ཆད་ཡང་དང་ཡང་དྲན་པས། །དེ་ཡི་རྣམ་སྨིན་ལས་ནི་འདི་ལྟར་ཤེས། །དེ་ཡི་གཟིགས་པ་རས་ནི་འགྱུར་བ་ཡིན། །རྒྱལ་བས་ལེགས་གསུངས་ཚིག་ནི་ཐོས་ནས་སུ། །ཀླུ་རྒྱལ་དེ་ནི་མཆོག་ཏུ་དགའ་གྱུར་ནས། །འཕགས་པའི་ཟང་ཟིང་མེད་པའི་དགའ་བསྐྱེད་དེ། །ང་རྒྱལ་བཅོམ་ནས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བྱེད། །དེ་ནས་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་གཟི་ཅན་གྱིས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པའི་དབྱངས་ཀྱིས་ཞུ་བ་ཞུས་པ། ལམ་སྟོར་བ་ལ་ལམ་ནི་རབ་སྟོན་ཅིང་། །འཇིག་རྟེན་དོན་མཛད་འདྲེན་ལ་ཞུ་བགྱི་བ། །སྔོན་ཚེ་རྟག་ཏུ་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཅི་མཛད་ན། །ཇི་ ལྟར་དགོངས་པ་བཞིན་དུ་ཞི་གནས་མ

法界无量未造作，一切之苦皆尽止息，彼乃近取世间无染污。胜者胜王极善修，彼以善业如是作，无染且无惧之行境，自他 无害而住立，自身无上菩提现证得。彼乃异熟彼之随顺者，极其艰难故成证菩提。彼之生者众生天与龙，人与罗刹皆不能见。龙喉青蓝具大力，由佛一切智语而欢喜，十指合掌低头礼，世间明灯导师作礼敬。人中胜者如是吾皈依，父之足迹子亦当随行，终尽调伏而成证菩提，以法解脱有情痛苦所害。世间智者彼菩提作授记，汝于未来时将成证，名号普眼周遍而扬名，从有情之有解脱众生。其后龙王怖音以偈颂之音调向薄伽梵请问：不调难调转变意，导师所作何事吾请问。胜者彼向南方观视时，仅以坛城即于前方现。于法决定之胜者彼作授记，一切智智以智慧领会心意后，生起无上之心，如是人中胜者作此授记。已作生起安乐之事，彼等往昔屡屡忆念故，由彼之异熟业如是知，彼之观视乃是转变也。胜者善说之语听闻后，彼龙王乃极欢喜，生起无杂染之圣喜，摧伏我慢后向佛作礼敬。其后龙王具光以偈颂之音调向薄伽梵请问：于迷途者善示道路，世间利乐导师吾请问，往昔恒常作何事业耶，如 何如意而寂静住
English
The immeasurable realm of phenomena is uncreated, all suffering is exhausted and ceases, it is the untainted world that is closely held. The Victorious One, the King of Victors, meditates excellently. Because he has done that good deed, in the practice of being without defilement and without fear, abiding without harming self and others, he will manifest and realize unsurpassed enlightenment himself. That is the ripening that follows from that, it is very difficult to become enlightened. Those beings, living beings, gods and nagas, humans and demons, cannot see him. The blue-throated dragon with great power, rejoiced by the words of the all-knowing Buddha, with ten fingers joined in reverence, bowed his head and paid homage to the guide who makes the world a lamp. To the supreme human, I offer this refuge. The son will also follow in the footsteps of the father, and will ultimately achieve enlightenment by subduing. He will liberate sentient beings who are harmed by suffering through the Dharma. The wise men of the world prophesied that enlightenment. You will become enlightened in the future, and your name will be known everywhere as "All-Seeing Eye", and you will liberate sentient beings from the existence of beings. Then the dragon king Fearful Sound asked the Blessed One in verses: Untamed, difficult to tame, transforming the mind, what has the teacher done? I ask. When the Victorious One looked to the south, only a mandala appeared in front of him. The Victorious One, who is determined in the Dharma, prophesied that, the All-Knowing One, with his wisdom, understood the intention of his heart, and generated the unsurpassed mind. Thus, the supreme human prophesied this. Having done the work of generating happiness, remembering those things again and again in the past, from the ripening of that karma, it is known that his vision is transformation. After hearing the words of the Victorious One's good speech, that dragon king was exceedingly delighted, generating the joy of the noble ones without impurity, destroying pride and paying homage to the Buddha. Then the dragon king Possessing Light asked the Blessed One in verses: Show the path to those who have lost their way, I ask the guide who benefits the world, what deeds did you always do in the past, how to abide in peace as you wish.

ཛད། །世间怙主胜者曾作此授记，有情龙族调伏时机已至，为利一切有情众生故，调御摧伏魔力者曾作授记。过去时中行持所行之时，不如理作意及非亲友之，过失亦不思，恒常修习寂止。我曾于彼长时修习。如是于诸胜者之佛塔，陈设供养珍宝鬘。以此行持善妙业，烦恼心及过失亦不生。我于千百万劫中，以害他之过失亦未曾作。我乃以彼业之异熟力，如所思般修习寂止。闻此大仙授记后，具光龙族心生欢喜，以无可衡量之安乐心生欢喜后，于导师前安住，以偈颂赞叹：众生之俱生烦恼寂灭者，彼等心寂灭，您作教法。能仁无烦恼而行于世间，如月光般心寂灭，我顶礼。其后龙王遍照以偈颂之音，向薄伽梵请问：昔时您作何等事业，能仁您之身不染尘。无与伦比之胜者，请为我宣说此等，闻已我等行持善业。遍照寻善之龙族，向世间怙主作请问后，灭除一切烦恼，具足八支，以悦耳动听之音声作授记：我于往昔寻求菩提时，过失亦不如理，我未曾思，过失亦极重罪，我未曾生起，无上慈爱屡屡行。我以此行持善业故，无上菩提寂灭已触及，人中殊胜者，胜者能仁之身，及于衣衫亦不染尘。闻此胜者之事业善积后，遍照龙族心生欢喜，合掌十指，以头顶礼胜者之足。善哉胜者，牟尼先行，您作广大无边之义利，于有情众生心生欢喜与悲

ཛད། The World Protector, the Victorious One, prophesied this: The time has come to tame the sentient nagas, And for the benefit of all beings, The Guide, who subdues the power of demons, prophesied. When practicing what was practiced in the past, I always cultivated tranquility, without thinking of faults or non-relatives as being proper. I have trained in that for a long time. Likewise, at the stupas of the Victorious Ones, I spread and offered precious garlands. By doing that virtuous deed, Afflictive emotions and faults do not arise. For thousands of millions of eons, I have not harmed others with faults. I, through the ripening of that action, Cultivate tranquility as I wish. Having heard this prophecy from the great sage, The radiant nagas became delighted, Their minds rejoiced with immeasurable bliss, And sitting before the Teacher, they praised him with verses: You pacify the co-emergent afflictions of beings, And you teach the Dharma that pacifies their minds. O Sage, you live in the world without afflictions, Your mind is as peaceful as moonlight, I prostrate to you. Then the Naga King Vairochana requested the Bhagavan with verses: What deeds did you perform in the past, O Sage, that dust does not cling to your body? O Unsurpassed Subduer, please tell me these things, So that having heard them, I may practice virtuous deeds. Vairochana, the naga who seeks virtue, Having asked the World Protector, The one who eliminates all afflictions, possessing eight qualities, prophesied with a pleasant and melodious voice: When I sought enlightenment in the past, I did not think of faults as being proper, I did not generate intensely negative thoughts, I repeatedly practiced unsurpassed love. Because I did that virtuous deed, I have touched the peace of unsurpassed enlightenment, O Supreme among humans, The body of the Victorious Sage, And even his robes, are not stained by dust. Having heard of the Victorious One's deeds and accumulation of merit, The naga Vairochana rejoiced in his heart, Joining his ten fingers in a gesture of reverence, he bowed his head to the feet of the Victorious One. Well done, Victorious One, Muni who went before, You have done vast and limitless good, Rejoicing and being saddened by the assembly of existence.
