Having requested with a segmented tone: Protector, to the eye of the world that has become blind, I request the great sage, the eye-giving physician! Who speaks of the two-footed lord who goes to the peaceful place, the good path of liberation for the world? The Lord of the World, the two-footed lord, who has the power of the ten powers, who shows the path of liberation, has prophesied this. Who can pacify the path of suffering that has been going on for a long time, and clearly go to the cessation of suffering, nirvana? Teacher, after the Dragon King heard the path of peace, he developed supreme compassion for those who suffer. The Dragon King strongly generated the desire for enlightenment, may I become the protector of the world with the power of the ten powers! The Dragon King, who has the qualities of the ten powers, was prophesied, the lion among men, I will become the enemy of the heretics, and countless sentient beings will wander in samsara, and will be guided and liberated by the words of the Sugata. After the Dragon King heard the supreme words of the Teacher, with a joyful heart, he joined the tips of his ten fingers, and with reverence, praised the King of Men, the Protector of the World, the Great Sage, with unmistakable words: Supreme protector, you have an immeasurable and profound mind and an unparalleled peak of wisdom. You practice the virtue of benefiting beings and practice virtue for a long time, and you understand the minds of beings with infinite wisdom, therefore, King of Men, you are widely known in the world. Then, the Dragon King with the golden throat requested the Bhagavan with a segmented tone: Having the power of the ten powers, powerful, endowed with power, your mind is good, you can manifest light, you have light and no sins. Because you have excellent wisdom, you know beings very well. Victorious One, please speak the words of virtue and utter purity. Supreme among men, stainless one, how should your sons practice? May you understand those wise ones who are not confused or shaken, Victorious One, stainless one, you fully know the countless hundreds of thousands. May you understand with the wise eyes of the Buddha's sons who benefit beings. The wise gods and men who have immeasurable wisdom, regard you as a guru, and the Victorious Ones surround you in countless hundreds of thousands. Wise one, when the time is right, you think of benefiting countless beings. Possessing the ten powers, please speak of the request of the dragon beings. May you be free from distraction and remember with a pure mind.

请观察。我的殊胜之子依止佛法，能灭除衰老和死亡。 获得并被诸佛供养，无尘无垢。 对于众生的无量痛苦，完全通晓。 具足十力智慧，龙王因此 听到能灭除衰老和死亡，非常欢喜。 利益众生的心，发菩提心，是诸佛之最。 引导者具足智慧，利益众生，显明赞颂。 断除众多众生的黑暗、昏花、翳障。 平息此世间的痛苦和黑暗， 从各方面消除昏花和翳障，是甘露之道。 具足极其清净的慧眼， 在十方显示善法。 龙王前往如黄金白银般的住所， 心中深深领会无量功德。 显示智慧，具足如千道光芒般的慧眼。 不迷惑，不愚痴，不轻蔑，威严盛大，是智者的威严。 具足十力大光明，以众生之语赞颂。 殊胜之王，自性具足安乐，从成佛证得菩提之后， 救度漂泊的众生，从无常的衰老和死亡的痛苦中。 解除无量痛苦，使之解脱。 带来安乐、寂静、寂灭，消除广大无尘。 进入寂静之道，我将成佛。 百位佛陀所领会的魔力， 将使其无力，并将不智者置于其中。 之后，龙王青颈以偈颂向薄伽梵请问： 殊胜导师，我将请问如何调伏难调伏者。 引导者，您的儿子如何行持？ 才能无过失，寂静无尘， 无有烦恼，成为殊胜菩提的佛陀？ 引导者为了众生的利益说了什么？ 勇士，听到您所生的儿子之后， 无有过失，利益自己和他人。 对于成佛和菩提，消除疑惑。 青颈龙如此请问， 对于一切世间都无有贪执之心。 对于一切法都无有恐惧，获得自在， 对于导师的教言善于安住，并作授记。 我的儿子不贪执三界， 行持利益众生的行为。 对于欲界和色界， 以及无色界，都不会特意受生。 趋入寂灭。

A mind to benefit beings, generating Bodhicitta, is the best of the Buddhas. The guide possesses wisdom, benefits beings, and is manifestly praised. Cutting off the darkness, blurred vision, and cataracts of many beings. Pacifying the suffering and darkness of this world, Eliminating blurred vision and cataracts from all aspects, it is the path of nectar. Possessing extremely pure eyes of wisdom, Showing virtue in the ten directions. The Dragon King goes to a residence like gold and silver, Deeply understanding immeasurable qualities in his heart. Showing wisdom, possessing eyes like a thousand rays of light. Not confused, not foolish, not contemptuous, majestic and great, it is the majesty of the wise. Possessing the ten powers of great light, he is praised with the words of beings. The supreme king, whose nature is endowed with bliss, from becoming a Buddha and attaining enlightenment, Saves wandering beings from the suffering of impermanent aging and death. Relieving immeasurable suffering, liberating them. Bringing happiness, peace, and tranquility, eliminating vastness without dust. Entering the path of peace, I will become a Buddha. The power of Mara understood by a hundred Buddhas, Will be rendered powerless, and the unwise will be placed within it. Then, the Dragon King Qingjing asked the Bhagavan in verse: Supreme teacher, I will ask how to subdue the unsubdued. Guide, how should your son practice? To be without fault, peaceful and without dust, Without afflictions, and become a Buddha of supreme Bodhi? What did the guide say for the benefit of beings? Hero, after hearing of the son born from you, Without fault, benefiting oneself and others. For becoming a Buddha and Bodhi, eliminating doubts. Thus asked the Dragon Qingjing, With a mind without attachment to all the worlds. Without fear for all dharmas, gaining mastery, Being skilled in abiding in the teacher's teachings, and making predictions. My son does not cling to the three realms, Practicing actions that benefit beings. For the desire realm and the form realm, And the formless realm, he will not intentionally be born. He enters into Nirvana.
