Abiding, the lord of the nagas asked the guide. The lord of the nagas, understanding his intention, abandoned all defilements and made this prophecy: With increased intention, possessing the meaning of the Dharma, abiding well in the realm of emptiness, liberated from existence, unwavering in the teachings, generating the desire for immeasurable bodhi. That naga with the golden crest and great magical powers, hearing the words of the Buddha, had no doubt. For the sake of bodhi, he generated an unwavering mind, praising the other shore that liberates all fears. Crossing the ocean of existence, dwelling on dry land, without doubt, attaining the stability of immovability, like the stable cycle of existence, like Mount Sumeru dwelling in the abode of the gods. Thus, I take refuge in the immovable one, may I become like the immovable Mount Sumeru. At that time, moving and unmoving, not dwelling, may I become like the immovable Mount Sumeru. The one who was not despised, understanding his intention, prophesied with a pleasing voice: In eighty thousand kalpas, having practiced diligently, in the future, you will become a Buddha. You will become victorious through the path of bliss. Your name will be "Good Sight," exceedingly beautiful. You will liberate hundreds of thousands of millions of beings, and you will establish the path of coolness, bliss, and peace. After the naga heard the words of the Victorious One, immeasurable joy arose in his heart. Eliminating all defilements, not despising, he prostrated to the guide of beings. Then, the naga king Utpalamiga asked the Bhagavan in the voice of verses: O Best of men, tamer, with boundless splendor, your mind is exceedingly peaceful, near peace, you have gone to the other shore, dwelling in peace, your qualities are exceedingly peaceful, liberated, peaceful, wise, the Sugata speaks. How should your son practice bodhi? Rejoicing in peace, relying on peace, how does one become skilled in peace? All-seeing one, quickly extinguish my doubts. After the naga asked the Victorious One, the Victorious One prophesied to Utpalamiga: With what virtuous deeds can one excellently practice pleasing peace? Therefore, the skillful bodhisattva, when practicing, does not let his mind wander. Having practiced peace for millions of kalpas, supreme bodhi.

Ah, may I become the supreme Buddha. May that mind be utterly pacified, and having realized enlightenment, may I guide beings to peace. May my mind be utterly tranquil, unmoving, and may I pacify the afflictions of sentient beings, making them unshakeable. When the lotus-eyed dragon heard the words well-spoken by the Victorious One, all afflictions stirred, and his mind became peaceful, giving rise to the supreme mind of enlightenment. Relying on that peaceful abiding mind, generating the mind of enlightenment, I praise that Victorious One. Having generated it in you, and realized peaceful abiding, may my mind be utterly tranquil, and may I become a Buddha. Then, the Dragon King Delightful Joyfully requested the Blessed One with verses: "The Sugata has realized peaceful abiding. I ask the Victorious One, the supreme being. How does the excellent person, born from you, who abides in enlightenment, practice superior insight?" Delightful Joyfully asked the tamer of the untamed. Having seen the past lives of that dragon, and understood the accumulation of virtuous deeds, the tamer of the untamed spoke thus: "To seek the supreme wisdom of enlightenment, with an unyielding mind, towards wealth and grain, without stinginess, whether possessions are many or few, one should give away one's wife and oneself. Having done that virtuous deed, and relying on extremely difficult giving, I attain supreme wisdom and become a victorious Buddha. This is the result of practicing superior insight." Then, the Dragon King Near Delight requested the Blessed One with verses: "I ask the guide of all beings, how does the son of the Blessed One practice, so that he practices peaceful abiding and superior insight equally, and attains pure and peaceful enlightenment?" When the dragon asked the guide, who knows how to correctly adopt peaceful abiding and superior insight, having attained the unobstructed guide, he abides in the teachings of the Sugata. When a Bodhisattva practices, by equally relying on the power of both, he equally purifies countless billions of realms for the benefit of beings. He will attain Buddhahood in countless eons, and will also establish pure realms. Praising his qualities for countless eons, countless Buddhas will not exhaust it. At that time,
