Householder, the Tathagata perfectly knows the Tathagata's fearlessness in this way. For example, just as in the dream of a magical person, whatever knowledge there is of fearlessness through mastering all knowledge is merely a name. Similarly, whatever knowledge the Tathagata has of fearlessness is merely a name, and thus it is perfectly known. Householder, the Tathagata perfectly knows the arising of the knowledge of fearlessness in this way. For example, just as in the dream of a magical person, whatever knowledge there is of fully questioning the Dharma is merely a name. Similarly, whatever knowledge the Tathagata has of the arising of the knowledge of fearlessness is merely a name, and thus it is perfectly known. Householder, the Tathagata perfectly knows the cessation of the knowledge of fearlessness in this way. For example, just as in the dream of a magical person, whatever knowledge there is of the utter destruction of the ways in which the Dharma is grasped is merely a name. Similarly, whatever knowledge the Tathagata has of the cessation of the knowledge of fearlessness is merely a name, and thus it is perfectly known. Householder, the Tathagata perfectly knows the path that leads to the cessation of the knowledge of fearlessness in this way. For example, just as in the dream of a magical person, whatever recollection there is of the Dharma of cessation is merely a name. Similarly, whatever knowledge the Tathagata has of the path that leads to the cessation of the knowledge of fearlessness is merely a name, and thus it is perfectly known. Householder, the Tathagata perfectly knows the knowledge of individual perfect awareness in this way. For example, just as in a dream, whatever sound there is that distinguishes the meaning of the echo's resonance from a cliff is merely a name. Similarly, whatever knowledge the Tathagata has of individual perfect awareness is merely a name.
