He fully knows the karma of speech as it is. Among them, what is from knowledge to wisdom is called knowing the karma of speech, and the Tathagata fully knows it as it is. If the Tathagata's knowledge of the karma of speech is asked again, starting from answering in kalpas, connect it in the same way, up to the enjoyer. Origination, cessation, and the path are also as taught. Householder, how does the Tathagata fully know the karma of mind, as it is? Householder, here, the Tathagata fully knows the three good karmas of mind, namely, non-greed, non-harm, and right view. He fully knows the three unwholesome karmas of mind, namely, greed, harm, and wrong view. He fully knows the three unindicated karmas of mind as they are, namely, truly enjoying, not truly enjoying, arising from conduct, and being transformed by time. Among them, what is from knowledge to wisdom is called knowing the karma of mind, and the Tathagata fully knows it as it is. If the Tathagata's knowledge of the karma of mind is asked again, starting from answering in kalpas, it will change up to the enjoyer. Origination, cessation, and the path are also as taught. Householder, how does the Tathagata fully know the knowledge that precedes, as it is? Householder, here, the Tathagata, having made the knowledge of the ten powers of the Tathagata precede, creates the karma of body, creates the karma of speech, and creates the karma of mind. Householder, furthermore, the Tathagata, if he knows exhaustion, or if he knows non-arising, or if he knows samsara, or if he knows nirvana, having made knowledge precede, up to the creation of the karma of mind. Among them, what is from knowledge to wisdom is called the knowledge that precedes, and the Tathagata fully knows it as it is. If the Tathagata's knowledge that precedes is asked again, starting from answering in kalpas, connect it in the same way.

O. It transforms even in between enjoyments. Origination, cessation, and the path are just as taught. Householder, how does the Thus-Gone One fully know the knowledge of following accordingly and truly? Householder, in this case, the Thus-Gone One knows that all bodily actions follow the ten powers of the Thus-Gone One. There is no bodily action that the ten powers of the Thus-Gone One do not fully know, do not arise, do not abide, or do not cease. Similarly, actions of speech and mind should also be done. Among them, whatever is knowledge, seeing, and up to wisdom, this is called knowledge of following accordingly. Householder, furthermore, with the wisdom that the Thus-Gone One focuses on, he makes various distinctions. With a heart full of love, he focuses on sentient beings, and without harming them, he observes the world. Understanding that all beings have entered the wrong path, and that all sentient beings are threatened by harm, old age, sickness, and death, he observes with all-knowing wisdom. Except for the complete abandonment of aggregates, he does not see even a little bit of harmlessness elsewhere. That wisdom of his follows everything. Harm is all the tormenting mind, and he fully knows harmlessness in order to abandon harm. Thus, the Thus-Gone One fully knows the knowledge of following accordingly and truly. When the Thus-Gone One is asked about the knowledge of following accordingly, from answering in kalpas, and so on, it is applied similarly, transforming even in between enjoyments. Origination, cessation, and the path are just as taught. Householder, how does the Thus-Gone One fully know the knowledge of non-decline accordingly and truly? Householder, in this case, the Thus-Gone One does not decline at all from the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha. Householder, furthermore, the knowledge that the Thus-Gone One has realized does not decline at all. For example, the knowledge of abandoning desire, the knowledge of abandoning hatred, and the knowledge of abandoning ignorance, from these knowledges also there is no decline at all. The knowledge that has been realized is mindfulness.

From knowing, similarly combine and know the path, know mindfulness, know calm abiding, know insight, know wisdom, know liberation, know cessation, know non-arising, know complete knowledge, know abandonment, know cultivation, know manifestation, know the aspects of magical powers, know the divine eye, know the divine ear, know the minds of others, know past lives, know the exhaustion of defilements, know the cause, know the result, know entering, know returning, know the aggregates, know the elements, know the sense bases, know dependent origination, know the faculties, know the powers, know the truths, know samsara, know nirvana, know time, know non-time, know wisdom, know manifestation, know patience, know distance, know nearness, know arising, know non-arising, know cultivation, know non-cultivation, know cessation, know all afflictions, know conventional truth, and know ultimate truth. Thus, the Buddha's wisdom is boundless and will not completely decline. Among these, knowing and seeing, up to being skilled, are called wisdom that does not completely decline, which the Tathagata fully understands as it is. When the Tathagata is asked about this wisdom that does not completely decline, the answer will transform from eons to enjoyment. Arising, cessation, and the path are also as taught. Householder, how does the Tathagata, with all-knowingness, fully understand wisdom as it is? Householder, here, the Tathagata, without hearing from others, personally realizes and perfectly awakens to all dharmas. Therefore, the Tathagata is skilled in truly understanding, because he is skilled in the listeners of the Dharma, he is skilled in time and non-time. He is skilled in the thoughts of beings, therefore he is skilled in not exceeding time. He is skilled in complete maturation, therefore he is skilled in the vessel. As a speaker of the Dharma, he is skilled in the methods of the listeners of the Dharma, and the Dharma itself.
