་ཆུ་བུར་རྡོལ་གྱི་ཚེའི་ཚད་ཉི་ཤུ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ནི་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་སོ་ཏམས་ཏམས་ཀྱི་ཚེའི་ཚད་གཅིག་ཡིན་ནོ། །སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་སོ་ཏམས་ཏམས་ཀྱི་ཚེའི་ཚད་ཉི་ཤུ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ནི་ཀྱི་ཧུད་ཟེར་གྱི་ཚེའི་ཚད་གཅིག་གོ། །ཀྱི་ཧུད་ཟེར་གྱི་ཉི་ཤུ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ནི་ཨ་ཆུ་ཟེར་གྱི་གཅིག་གོ། །ཨ་ར་ཌེའི་ཉི་ཤུ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ནི་མེ་ཏོག་དྲི་ཞིམ་ལྟར་གས་པའི་གཅིག་གོ། །མེ་ཏོག་དྲི་ཞིམ་ལྟར་གས་པའི་ཉི་ཤུ་ གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ནི་མེ་ཏོག་དྲི་ངད་འཇམ་ལྟར་གས་པའི་གཅིག་གོ། །མེ་ཏོག་དྲི་ངད་འཇམ་ལྟར་གས་པའི་ཉི་ཤུ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ནི་ཨུད་པ་ལ་ལྟར་གས་པའི་གཅིག་གོ །ཨུད་པ་ལ་ལྟར་གས་པའི་ཉི་ཤུ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ནི་ཀུ་མུ་ད་ལྟར་གས་པའི་གཅིག་གོ། །ཀུ་མུ་ད་ལྟར་གས་པའི་ཉི་ཤུ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ནི་པད་མ་དཀར་པོ་ལྟར་གས་པའི་གཅིག་གོ། །པད་མ་དཀར་པོ་ལྟར་གས་པའི་ཉི་ཤུ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ནི་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་པད་མ་ལྟར་གས་པའི་ཚེའི་ཚད་གཅིག་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཁྱིམ་བདག་དེ་ལ་ཤེས་པ་དང་། མཐོང་བ་དང་། གསལ་བ་དང་། མངོན་པར་རྟོགས་པ་དང་། ཡང་དག་པར་ཁོང་དུ་ཆུད་པ་དང་། མཁས་པ་གང་ཡིན་པ་འདི་ནི་ཚེའི་དབང་པོ་ཤེས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ། དེ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པས་ཡང་དག་པ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་རབ་ཏུ་མཁྱེན་ཏོ། །དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཚེའི་དབང་པོ་ཤེས་པ་དེ་ལ་ཡང་ཞུ་བ་ཞུས་པ་ན། བསྐལ་པར་ལན་གསུང་བ་ནས། དེ་བཞིན་དུ་སྦྱར་ཏེ། དེ་ནི་ཙན་དན་གྱི་ཁྱམས་དང་ཁང་བཟངས་ཀྱི་བར་འདི་ལ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཁྱིམ་བདག་ཇི་ལྟར་ན་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པས་ཚེའི་དབང་པོ་ཤེས་པ་ཀུན་འབྱུང་བ་ཤེས་པ་ཡང་དག་པ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་རབ་ཏུ་མཁྱེན་ཅེ་ན། ཁྱིམ་བདག་འདི་ལ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པས་འདི་ལྟར་རབ་ཏུ་མཁྱེན་ཏེ། སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་རྣམས་ལ་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་བསྐྱེད་ནས། ཚེའི་དབང་པོ་ཤེས་པ་ཀུན་འབྱུང་བ་ཤེས་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་འགྲུབ་པ་དེ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པས་ཡང་དག་པ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་རབ་ཏུ་མཁྱེན་ཏོ། །ཁྱིམ་བདག་གཞན་ཡང་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པས་འདི་ལྟར་རབ་ཏུ་མཁྱེན་ཏེ། རྒྱུ་གང་དང་རྐྱེན་གང་དག་གིས་ཚེའི་དབང་པོ་ཤེས་པ་ཀུན་འབྱུང་བ་ཤེས་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་འགྲུབ་པའི་རྒྱུ་དེ་དང་རྐྱེན་དེ་དག་ཡང་དག་པ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་རབ་ཏུ་མཁྱེན་ཏེ། གལ་ཏེ་མི་རྟག་པར་རྗེས་སུ་ལྟ་བར་གནས་པ་ནས། གལ་ཏེ་ཕྱིར་རྒོལ་བར་རྗེས་སུ་ལྟ་བར་གནས་པའི་བར་དེ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པས་ཡང་དག་པ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་རབ་ཏུ་མཁྱེན་ཏོ། །

水泡破裂的寿命的二十倍，乃是大地狱索坦坦的寿命一次。大地狱索坦坦的寿命的二十倍，乃是吉呼德匝的寿命一次。吉呼德匝的二十倍，乃是阿楚匝的一次。阿惹德的二十倍，乃是如香花绽放的一次。如香花绽放的二十倍，乃是如香气轻柔散发的一次。如香气轻柔散发的二十倍，乃是如邬波罗花绽放的一次。如邬波罗花绽放的二十倍，乃是如拘牟陀花绽放的一次。如拘牟陀花绽放的二十倍，乃是如白莲花绽放的一次。如白莲花绽放的二十倍，乃是大地狱莲花绽放的寿命一次。 居士，对于那具有知、见、明、现证、正解、智者，这被称为寿命自在智。如来如实了知它。如来寿命自在智，又被询问，从劫中回答，如是结合。那将在檀香的庭院和楼阁之间享受。居士，如来如何如实了知寿命自在智的生起之知？居士，如来如此了知：于无数佛薄伽梵处，生起善根后，寿命自在智的生起之知得以真实成就，如来如实了知它。居士，此外，如来如此了知：以何因、何缘，寿命自在智的生起之知得以真实成就，如来如实了知那因和那缘。若安住于随观无常，乃至若安住于随观还灭，如来如实了知它。
