Whereby, the Tathagata fully knows the knowledge of the noble realm, the knowledge of arising, as they truly are, the cause of their correct accomplishment and those conditions. When the Tathagata was asked again about the knowledge of the noble realm, the knowledge of arising, he answered from the kalpa: He will enjoy this between the sandalwood courtyard and the pavilion. Householder, how does the Tathagata fully know the knowledge of the noble realm, the knowledge of cessation? Householder, here, the Tathagata knows as follows: He benefits immeasurable sentient beings, prevents non-benefit, makes light, eliminates darkness, completely liberates immeasurable sentient beings from suffering, and places them in happiness, which is the knowledge of the noble realm, the knowledge of cessation, which is also the Dharma nature that has not been born from the beginning. Here, whatever is from the knower to the wise, this is called the knowledge of the noble realm, the knowledge of cessation, which the Tathagata fully knows. When the Tathagata was asked again about the knowledge of the noble realm, the knowledge of cessation, he answered from the kalpa: He will enjoy this between the sandalwood courtyard and the pavilion. Among them, from knowledge to the wise, this is called the knowledge of the non-noble realm, which the Tathagata knows as it truly is. When the Tathagata is asked again about the knowledge of the non-noble realm, he answers in an eon, and thus combining, he will enjoy it between the sandalwood courtyard and the pavilion. Householder, how does the Tathagata know the arising of the knowledge of the non-noble realm, knowing it as it truly is? Householder, here, the Tathagata knows it thus: having generated roots of virtue in immeasurable and countless Buddhas, the knowledge of the arising of the knowledge of the non-noble realm is truly accomplished, which the Tathagata knows as it truly is. Householder, again, the Tathagata knows it thus: by what cause and what condition does the knowledge of the arising of the knowledge of the non-noble realm truly accomplish? He knows those causes and those conditions as they truly are. If one abides in contemplating impermanence, up to if one abides in contemplating externalism, that the Tathagata knows as it truly is. I have fully understood, and whoever is wise, this is called the knowledge of the cessation of knowledge of the non-holy realm. The Tathagata fully knows it as it is. If someone asks the Tathagata about the knowledge of the cessation of knowledge of the non-holy realm, the answer given from countless kalpas is: he will enjoy the pleasures between the sandalwood corridor and the palace. If he dwells contemplating without savoring, or dwells contemplating as a fault, or dwells contemplating with determination to escape, the Tathagata fully knows it as it is. If someone asks the Tathagata about the knowledge of the path that leads to the cessation of knowledge of the non-holy realm, the answer given from countless kalpas is: he will enjoy the pleasures between the sandalwood corridor and the palace. Householder, how does the Tathagata fully know as it is worldly knowledge? Householder, here, the Tathagata fully knows as it is the knowledge of the universal conduct of the world. Householder, thus, the Tathagata fully knows as it is worldly knowledge. If someone asks the Tathagata about worldly knowledge, the answer given from countless kalpas is: he will enjoy the pleasures between the sandalwood corridor and the palace. Householder, how does the Tathagata fully know as it is the knowledge of the arising of worldly knowledge? Householder, here, the Tathagata fully knows thus: by accumulating roots of virtue in countless Buddhas, the knowledge of the arising of worldly knowledge is truly accomplished, the Tathagata fully knows it as it is.
