Knowing the death and transmigration of beings, knowing birth, knowing the place of crafts, knowing all the meanings of the place of karma, knowing Dharma, knowing time, knowing the hour, knowing self, knowing skillful means. Like these and other differences of knowledge, they became immeasurable. He thought to himself: These differences of my knowledge, if understood, by what knowledge can all these knowledge be blocked? He does not know the knowledge of complete knowledge. He thought: In the world, among the ascetics or Brahmins, who has taught me this knowledge? In order to seek that knowledge, he lived by begging. He went to all the heretics, and when they knew that he was a beggar, even the Chandalas made offerings to him, but he accepted none of them. Because he did not accept, his reputation as a beggar spread throughout the ten directions. At that time, in the south, at the King of Snow Mountains, there lived a sage named Sarvavidya, who possessed five supernormal powers. He stayed there day and night, absorbed in a samadhi called "Thinking." Just as he equally placed his mind, he completely knew the actions of the minds of all beings, and he also completely knew the actions of speech, and he also completely knew the actions of body, and he also completely knew the actions of asceticism, and he also completely knew the actions of vows, and he also completely knew the actions of merit, and he also completely knew the actions of knowledge, and he also completely knew the actions of discrimination. He saw the beggar Light-Good with his divine eye, and he also completely knew his mind, and he also completely knew his thoughts. He thought: This beggar Light-Good does not fully know the definitive factors of knowing strength and non-strength, and he is distressed because he does not fully know. Then he felt compassion for him. With a mind overwhelmed by compassion, like a man stretching or contracting his arm, the sage Sarvavidya descended from the King of Snow Mountains and sat down in front of the beggar Light-Good in a wise manner. The beggar Light-Good saw that wise man coming from afar, and after seeing him
