་སྐྱེས་པས་མཐོ་རིས་ཀྱི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཡང་དག་ པར་འགྲུབ་པའི་ལམ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྦྱང་བར་བྱ། འཕགས་པའི་སྐྱེ་བོ་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་འགྲོགས་པ་བཙལ་བར་བྱ། འོ་ན་བདག་ཡོན་ཏན་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་ལྡན་པའི་མཆོད་སྦྱིན་བྱའོ་སྙམ་ནས། བྲམ་ཟེ་མདུན་ན་འདོན་ལ་སྨྲས་པ། བྲམ་ཟེ་ང་ནི་མཆོད་སྦྱིན་དང་རྗེས་སུ་འཐུན་པར་འདོད་དེ། ཆོས་ཀྱིས་ཕྱིར་རྒོལ་བ་ནི་བཅོམ། ཆོས་ཀྱིས་ཚེར་མ་ནི་དཀྲུགས། ཆོས་ཀྱིས་ཀླ་ཀློ་དེ་དག་ནི་ཕྱུང་། ཡོ་བྱད་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་ནི་ལྡན་པས་བདག་མཆོད་སྦྱིན་བྱེད་འདོད་ན་བདག་ལ་མཆོད་སྦྱིན་བྱ་བ་དག་རྗེས་སུ་སྟོན་ཅིག །དེས་སྨྲས་པ་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་མཆོད་སྦྱིན་གྱི་བགྱི་བ་དེ་དག་བསྡུར་གསོལ། །རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་འདིར་མཆོད་སྦྱིན་ལ་སེམས་ཅན་སྣ་ཚོགས་དག་འདུག་སྟེ། ཁ་ཅིག་ནི་རླུང་གི་རང་བཞིན་ཅན་ཁ་ཅིག་ནི་མཁྲིས་པའི་རང་བཞིན་ཅན། ཁ་ཅིག་ནི་བད་ཀན་གྱི་རང་བཞིན་ཅན། ཁ་ཅིག་ནི་འདུས་པའི་རང་བཞིན་ཅན་ཏེ། རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་དག་ལ་དེ་དང་འཐུན་པའི་ཁ་ཟས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་པ་སོ་སོར་སྩལ་བར་བཀའ་སྩལ་དུ་གསོལ། དེ་ནས་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཕུར་བུའི་ལྷས་བྲམ་ཟེ་མདུན་ན་འདོན་གྱི་ལྟར་མཉན་ནས་མཆོད་སྦྱིན་གྱི་ཡོ་བྱད་དག་བསགས་ནས། མཆོད་སྦྱིན་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་ལ་བྲམ་ཟེ་ཁྲི་ཕྲག་བརྒྱད་ཅུ་དག་འདུས་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་དག་ཡིད་བཞིན་དུ་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ཡིད་བཞིན་དུ་ཚོད་མ་དང་། ཡིད་བཞིན་དུ་རིམ་གྲོ་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་རིམ་གྲོར་བྱས། མཆོད་སྦྱིན་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་ལ་ཕལ་ཆེར་གསེར་གྱི་སྣོད་ཀྱི་ནང་ནས་འདྲིམ་སྟེ། བྲམ་ཟེ་གང་ལ་སྣོད་གང་ཕུལ་བ་དེ་དེ་ཉིད་ལ་འབུལ་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །མཆོད་སྦྱིན་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་ལ་གསེར་གྱི་སྟན་ཕལ་ཆེར་བཏིང་ཞིང་མཆོད་སྦྱིན་དེ་ལ་བུད་མེད་དག་གིས་འདྲིམ་པར་བྱེད་དེ། བྲམ་ཟེ་རེ་རེ་ལ་བུད་མེད་རེ་རེས་འདྲིམ་མོ། །བྲམ་ཟེ་གང་ལ་བུད་མེད་འདྲིམ་པ་དེ་ཉིད་དེ་ལ་འབུལ་ཏེ། གལ་ཏེ་འདོད་ན་ནི་ལེན་པར་བྱེད། གལ་ཏེ་མི་འདོད་ན་ནི་མི་ལེན་ཏོ། །གང་འདོད་ན་ནི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དེ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལེན་པར་བྱེད། མི་འདོད་ན་ནི་ལེན་པར་མི་བྱེད་དོ། །མཆོད་སྦྱིན་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་ལོ་ཁྲིའི་བར་དུ་བྱས་ཏེ་ལོ་ཁྲིའི་བར་དུ་མཆོད་སྦྱིན་འཐུན་པ་དེ་ལས་སེམས་ཅན་གང་ཐན་པ་བཞོ་བ་ཙམ་གྱི་བར་དུ་ཡང་ནད་ཀྱིས་མ་བཏབ་བོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ན་ངའི་སྤྱོད་པ་དེས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕན་པར་འདོད་པ་དང་། ཡོན་གནས་སུ་འདུ་ཤེས་ཉེ་བར་བཞག་ནས་མཆོད་སྦྱིན་བྱས་སོ། །མཽད་གལ་གྱི་བུ་ཁྱོད་དེའི་ཚེ་དེའི་དུས་ན་རྒྱལ་པོ་

生者应当完全修习使天界圆满成就之道。应当寻求与圣者一同交往。那么我应当做具足一切功德的供养，这样想着，对婆罗门主祭司说：婆罗门，我想要与供养相合，以法摧毁外道，以法搅动荆棘，以法拔出那些边鄙之人。我具足一切用具，想要做供养，请您为我指示应当做的供养。他说：大王，请您收集那些供养的事务。大王，这里供养中有各种各样的有情，有些是风的自性，有些是胆汁的自性，有些是黏液的自性，有些是混合的自性。大王，请您下令赐予他们各自相应的食物种类。之后，福增王听从婆罗门主祭司的话，积聚了供养的用具。在那盛大的供养中，聚集了八万俱胝婆罗门。他们如意地成就，如意地准备食物，如意地由侍者们侍奉。在那盛大的供养中，大多从金器中倾倒，无论哪个婆罗门得到哪个器皿，就将那个器皿供养给他。在那盛大的供养中，大多铺设金色的坐垫，在那供养中由女子们倾倒，每个婆罗门都由一个女子倾倒。无论哪个婆罗门由女子倾倒，就将那个女子供养给他，如果想要就接受，如果不想要就不接受。如果想要，就接受所有那些受用，如果不想要，就不接受。那盛大的供养做了万年之久，在这万年供养相合期间，没有一个有情哪怕是挤牛奶的时间也受到疾病的侵扰。这样，我想要我的行为利益一切有情， 以应供处之想安住而做了供养。目犍连之子，您那时那刻就是国王。

The being should fully train the path to perfectly accomplish the world of heaven. One should seek to associate with noble beings. Then, thinking, 'I shall make offerings complete with all qualities,' he spoke to the Brahmin chief priest: 'Brahmin, I wish to be in accordance with offerings. I shall destroy the heretics with Dharma, stir up the thorns with Dharma, and uproot those barbarians with Dharma. Since I am endowed with all implements and wish to make offerings, please show me the offerings that should be made.' He said, 'Great King, please collect those tasks of offering. Great King, here in the offering are various sentient beings, some of whom are of the nature of wind, some of whom are of the nature of bile, some of whom are of the nature of phlegm, and some of whom are of a mixed nature. Great King, please command that they be given different kinds of food that are suitable for them.' Then, King Purbu's Lha, having listened to the Brahmin chief priest, gathered the implements of offering. In that great offering, eighty million kotis of Brahmins gathered. They were accomplished as desired, food was prepared as desired, and they were served by attendants as desired. In that great offering, mostly it was poured from golden vessels, and whatever vessel was offered to whichever Brahmin, that vessel was offered to him. In that great offering, mostly golden cushions were laid out, and in that offering, women poured, each Brahmin being poured by one woman. Whichever Brahmin was poured by a woman, that woman was offered to him, and if he wanted, he would accept, and if he did not want, he would not accept. If he wanted, he would take all those enjoyments, and if he did not want, he would not take. That great offering was done for ten thousand years, and during those ten thousand years of harmonious offering, not a single sentient being, not even for the time it takes to milk a cow, was afflicted by illness. Thus, I wish that my actions may benefit all sentient beings, having established the thought of the worthy recipient, I made offerings. Maudgalyayana's son, you were the king at that time and at that moment.
