There is a dharani called "The Vow of the Earth - Fearless Splendor." I have received this dharani in the presence of the Tathagata Fearless Arrangement Splendor King. Having received it, I will also proclaim it to all sentient beings. O Bhagavan, from now on I will clearly perceive that whoever hears this dharani in their ear or remembers it in their mind will not have fear in their body, will not have various afflictions, will not have leprosy, will not have epidemics, will not have numbness in their body, will not have pain in their heart, will not die untimely, will not have the fear of floods, will not have the fear of weapons, will not have the fear of poison, will not have the fear of mixed poisons, will not have the fear of dakinis and demons, will not have yakshas, will not have enemies, will not be threatened by humans and non-humans, will not be harmed, and no harm will occur. For this reason, O Bhagavan, please grant me your permission, and for the benefit of those who speak the Dharma and those who listen to the Dharma, for the listeners, for the painters, for the offerers, and for the holders, I will fulfill all wishes and bestow the seals of the vows of the Bodhisattvas. Or the mastery of wealth, grains, and enjoyments, or the mastery of kingship, or just being a vidyadhara, one who seeks longevity, strength, appearance, diligence, and long life should first engage in practice and on the eighth day of the waxing moon, make a Vajradhara from white sandalwood, place it in the position of a horse, and adorn it with all ornaments. Place relics in the heart, and perform the true breathing of the Vajradhara vidyadhara with relics. Perform purification, fumigate with incense, and fast for one day, raising an umbrella. Then from the eighth to the fifteenth, in a clean place where the Tathagata's image resides, make a mandala of white sandalwood. Also place four vases filled with water. In the four directions, also offer tormas with taste, smell, beverages, and milk porridge, and distribute white mustard seeds. With one-pointed mind, in three time periods, offer great offerings with incense, flowers, fragrances, and lamps. Also make offerings to the Tathagata, prostrate to the Tathagata, and recite one hundred and eight times with one hundred and eight NAMA flowers, striking Vajrapani each time. Thus, a great sound will occur, the earth will shake, and rays of light will also appear. Then, whatever sacred thing is sought will also be granted. Just by reciting, all actions and all needs will be perfectly accomplished. There will be no disease, there will be long life, one will be separated from all sins, and one thousand qualities will also be obtained. At the time of death, one will also see a thousand Buddhas, Bhagavan. I will also grant seeing me. Then, the Bhagavan praised Vajrapani, saying, "Well done, Vajrapani, well done, well done! This mudra is not to be surpassed by the world with gods, and there should be no doubt about this, no double-mindedness, and no hesitation."
