At the time of their death, they will also see the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. They will pass away without jealousy and without mental distraction. After death, they will also be reborn in the blissful realm. Any son of good family who holds this Dharma teaching, respectfully writes it down, or causes others to write it down, reads it, makes offerings to it, upholds it, or even just hears its name, I will personally prophesy their enlightenment, because they have seen me, revered me, made images of me, and made offerings to me. Therefore, they should not have any doubt about the Buddha's enlightenment. Those who hear of it should regard them as Bodhisattvas and treat them with reverence. Due to the ripening of their previous karma, whatever ugliness, lack of possessions, lack of intelligence, great craving, separation from suffering, turmoil in the kingdom, headache, lack of food, wearing rags, harm to body and mind, uncomfortable bedding, and whatever karmic obscurations of being reproached, all of those will be completely exhausted through the power of hearing this samadhi. Therefore, they should generate this mind: "I will individually confess, purify, and not conceal all the various sins and non-virtues that I have accumulated towards sentient beings while wandering in samsara in the past." They should generate a mind endowed with unwavering faith in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. Sons or daughters of good family, all those karmic obscurations that cause the fruits of their enjoyment to disappear, and whatever sinful actions they have committed and accumulated against the Buddhas, the Dharma, the Sangha, the Shravakas, the Pratyekabuddhas, and their parents, all of those will be completely exhausted, and great powers will also be perfectly accomplished.

Sarva Lokam Sukhi Bhavatu. Purva Karma Kshapayatu. Raksha Bhavatu. Sarva Yé Bhyasta Tathagata Adhisthanena Svaha. O sons of lineage, these secret mantras, the basis of dharanis, have been spoken and blessed by thirty million Tathagatas. I also now speak for the sake of all sentient beings' benefit, happiness, well-being, protection, rescue, concealment, the complete pacification of all illnesses, and to be born in the Buddha's realm. Friends, if someone thinks, "How can I obtain all the qualities spoken by the Tathagatas?" then they should rise early in the morning, with a mind of loving-kindness towards all sentient beings, a mind of compassion, a mind of love, and a mind that has completely abandoned jealousy, pride, concealment, and anger, and with a single-pointed mind, make exceedingly vast offerings to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and prostrate to all the Tathagatas of the ten directions. Thinking of what they desire, recite the mantra one hundred and eight times over flowers, and offer them one by one to the Tathagatas. Then, all their wishes will be truly accomplished. They will also see the Tathagata in dreams. They will also obtain the sacred object they desire. At the time of death, they will also see the Tathagata. After death, they will also be born in the blissful realm. They will also possess long life, strength, beauty, and diligence. All enemies will also be under their control. When this dharani is spoken, sixty thousand beings will obtain forbearance of the Dharma of non-arising, and all of them will be completely liberated from all karmic obscurations, and all wishes will be completely fulfilled.
