I will do it in the heart of... Completely cut off stealing the property of stupas, Dharma, and Sangha, and have unwavering faith in the Tathagatas. World Honored One, if someone does something that should not be done, even if they pray three times, if I do not grant it, World Honored One, may I not attain the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. If there are those who do not believe in the Buddha, have doubts, create sinful and unwholesome dharmas without repentance, and possess minds of afflictions and near afflictions, I will also let them see and obtain (benefits). Then, the World Honored One praised the great Yaksha woman, the unparalleled mother, saying, "Good, good! Sister, for the benefit of all sentient beings, you have spoken such a mantra base to those sentient beings who universally commit evil, and you have also made a promise, you are so good! With such great compassion, you are able to make all sentient beings rejoice in the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete Bodhi, you should do so." Then, the great goddess Conch Woman offered various flowers and various incense to the World Honored One, circumambulated the Buddha, touched the World Honored One's feet with her head, and said to the World Honored One, "World Honored One, I will also, with the blessings of the Tathagata, for the long-lasting existence of the Tathagata's teachings, and for the sake of protecting those who preach the Dharma, vow and fulfill all wishes, please grant the base of the mantra. 如果将这些甚深秘密真言安置于身，那么其名声将会增长，光辉也会增长，受用也会增长，权势也会增长，寿命也会增长，降伏一切怨敌的能力也会增长。在清净之地或天界之中，供养力所能及的食子于四方。以香和白色花朵对如来作广大的供养，也献上酥油灯。在二十一岁时安住于慈爱之中，坚定地安住并念诵一百零八遍，那么除了舍弃正法之外，所有愿望都将圆满。之后，世尊和聚集的眷属们赞叹海螺天女说：“善哉！善哉！姐妹，你所发的这个具有众多功德的誓言说得太好了！姐妹，你未来也要这样做。”之后，大天女怖畏母用金花供养世尊，并以头触碰世尊的双足，对世尊这样说道：“世尊，为了那些说法者，那些听法者，那些书写者，那些受持者，那些读诵者，那些作供养者，我将赐予能圆满一切希望的秘密真言之本，使他们获得财富、珍宝、摩尼宝、受用、权势、王位和长寿，并能降伏一切怨敌。无论是国王、王妃、比丘、比丘尼、优婆塞、优婆夷，任何人受持、读诵、恭敬、书写或令人书写，以极大的恭敬依照所说的仪轨进行修持，世尊，我将守护他们，完全地护佑他们，并赐予他们所需要的一切，使他们不离受用和权势，战胜争斗、战争、血腥冲突和争吵，圆满地成就寿命的圆满。”

If these profound secret mantras are placed on the body, then their fame will increase, their splendor will increase, their enjoyment will increase, their power will increase, their lifespan will increase, and their ability to subdue all enemies will also increase. In a clean place or in the heavenly realms, offer whatever torma you can to the four directions. Make extensive offerings to the Tathagata with incense and white flowers, and also offer butter lamps. At the age of twenty-one, abide in loving-kindness, remain steadfast, and recite one hundred and eight times, then all wishes, except for abandoning the Dharma, will be fulfilled. Then, the Bhagavan and the assembled retinue praised the Conch Shell Goddess, saying, "Well done! Well done! Sister, this vow you have made, which possesses many qualities, is well spoken! Sister, may you do likewise in the future." Then, the great goddess, the Fearful Mother, offered golden flowers to the Bhagavan and touched the feet of the Bhagavan with her head, and said to the Bhagavan, "Bhagavan, for the sake of those who preach the Dharma, those who listen to the Dharma, those who write it down, those who uphold it, those who recite it, and those who make offerings, I will bestow the basis of secret mantras that will fulfill all hopes, enabling them to obtain wealth, jewels, precious stones, enjoyment, power, kingship, and longevity, and to subdue all enemies. Whether it be a king, a queen, a monk, a nun, a male devotee, or a female devotee, anyone who holds, reads, reveres, writes, or causes to be written, and practices with great reverence according to the prescribed ritual, Bhagavan, I will protect them, completely guard them, and bestow upon them whatever they need, ensuring that they are not separated from enjoyment and power, and that they overcome strife, war, bloody conflicts, and quarrels, and perfectly accomplish the fullness of life."
