From "Thus it is done" to "manifestation," it is the same as before. Monks, regarding the dharmas I had not heard before, 'This is suffering, it is fully known,' thus it is done. Monks, regarding the dharmas I had not heard before, 'This is the origin of suffering, it is abandoned,' thus it is done. Monks, regarding the dharmas I had not heard before, 'This is the cessation of suffering, it is realized,' thus it is done. Monks, regarding the dharmas I had not heard before, 'This is the path leading to the cessation of suffering, it is cultivated,' thus, by properly directing the mind and cultivating it extensively, wisdom arose, the eye arose, clarity arose, extensive knowledge arose, subduing arose, insight arose, and light manifested. Monks, in this way, as long as the wisdom-vision of the twelve aspects in the three rounds regarding these four noble truths had not arisen, I did not claim to have fully awakened to unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment, because the wisdom-vision had not arisen in me. Monks, from the time that the wisdom-vision of the twelve aspects in the three rounds regarding these four noble truths had arisen, and I had realized the unwavering liberation of mind and the liberation of wisdom, from that time on, monks, I claimed to have fully awakened to unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment, and my wisdom-vision had also arisen. My birth is exhausted, the brahmacarya has been lived, what needed to be done has been done, and there is no further existence. Regarding this, it is said: That is spoken in the voice of Brahma, of non-humans. With limbs of blood and flesh, a thousand kotis, in countless kalpas. Constantly cultivating the ultimate truth, the self-arisen one. Shakyamuni spoke to Kaundinya. The eye, ear, and nose are impermanent and unstable. Tongue, body, and mind are also suffering, selfless, and empty. Material nature is like grass and walls, unmoving. In this, there is no self, name, or life. All these dharmas arise dependent on causes, free from views of extremes and non-existence, and
