དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་ད་རྙེད་ཀྱིས། །བག་མེད་མ་ལུས་རྣམ་པར་སྤོངས། །གལ་ཏེ་བསྐལ་པ་ཁྲག་ཁྲིག་ཏུ། །ཆོས་ཐོས་མི་འགྱུར་སྲིད་པ་དེ། །ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་དེ་རིང་རྙེད་ཟིན་གྱིས། །བག་མེད་མ་ལུས་རྣམ་པར་སྤོངས། །འདྲེན་པ་བདུད་རྩིའི་འཁོར་ལོ་ནི། །སྐོར་བ་མཛད་ཀྱིས་ཀུན་མྱུར་ཤོག །ས་བླའི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་ཚངས་པའི་བར། །དེ་དག་རྣམས་ལ་དེ་སྐད་བསྐུལ། །སྒྲ་ཆེན་གྱིས་ནི་ལྷ་བསྐུལ་ནས། །སྐད་ཅིག་དེ་ལ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས། །ལྷ་ཡི་འབྱོར་པ་བོར་ནས་ནི། །དེ་དག་སངས་རྒྱས་གན་དུ་ལྷགས། །དགེ་སློང་དག་དེ་ལྟར་ས་བླའི་ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་བཱ་རཱ་ཎ་སཱིར་དྲང་སྲོང་ལྷུང་བ་རི་དགས་ཀྱི་ནགས་སུ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་བའི་ཕྱིར་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་འཁོར་གྱི་ཁྱམས་ཆེན་པོ་བཀྲ་བ། བལྟ་ན་སྡུག་པ། ཡངས་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེ་བ། ཆུ་ཞེང་དུ་དཔག་ཚད་བདུན་བརྒྱ་ཡོད་པ་སྤྲུལ་ཏེ། ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་སྟེང་གི་ནམ་མཁའི་དཀྱིལ་དུ་གདུགས་དང་། རྒྱལ་མཚན་དང་། བ་དན་དང་། བླ་རེས་ལེགས་པར་བརྒྱན་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །འདོད་པ་ན་སྤྱོད་པ་དང་། གཟུགས་ན་སྤྱོད་པའི་ལྷའི་བུ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་སེང་གེའི་ཁྲི་བརྒྱད་ཁྲི་བཞི་སྟོང་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ལ་ཕུལ་ཏེ། བདག་ཅག་ལ་ཐུགས་བརྩེ་བར་དགོངས་ཤིང་འདི་ལ་བཞུགས་ནས་དོ་མོད་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་དུ་གསོལ་ཞེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །དགེ་སློང་དག་དེ་ནས་དེའི་ཚེ་ཤར་དང་། ལྷོ་དང་། ནུབ་དང་། བྱང་དང་། སྟེང་དང་། འོག་དང་། ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་ཀུན་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སྔོན་གྱི་སྨོན་ལམ་དང་ལྡན་པ་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་མང་པོ་ལྷགས་ཏེ། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་ཞབས་ལ་གཏུགས་ནས། ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་བར་བསྐུལ་ཏོ། །སྟོང་གསུམ་གྱི་སྟོང་ཆེན་པོའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་འདི་ན་གང་དག་ཡོད་པའི་བརྒྱ་བྱིན་དང་། ཚངས་པ་དང་། འཇིག་རྟེན་སྐྱོང་བ་དང་། དེ་དག་མ་ཡིན་པ་གཞན་དབང་ཆེ་བ། དབང་ ཆེ་བར་གྲགས་པའི་ལྷའི་བུ་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་ཞབས་ལ་མགོ་བོས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ནས། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ལ་སྐྱེ་བོ་མང་པོ་ལ་སྨན་པ་དང་། སྐྱེ་བོ་མང་པོ་ལ་བདེ་བ་དང་། འཇིག་རྟེན་ལ་ཐུགས་བརྩེ་བ་དང་། སྐྱེ་བོ་ཕལ་པོ་ཆེ་དང་། ལྷ་དང་མི་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དོན་དང་། སྨན་པ་དང་། བདེ་བའི་སླད་དུ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་དུ་གསོལ། བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་དུ་གསོལ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཆོས་ཀྱི་མཆོད་སྦྱིན་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། ཆོས་ཀྱི་ཆར་ཆེན་པོ་དབབ་ཏུ་གསོལ། ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་མཚན་ཆེན་པོ་བསྒྲེང་དུ་གསོལ། ཆོས་ཀྱི་དུང་ཆེན་པོ་འབུད་དུ་གསོལ། ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྔ་ཆེན་པོ་བརྡུང་དུ་གསོལ། ཞེས་ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་བར་བསྐུལ་ཏོ། །དེ་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་བྱ་སྟེ། སྟོང་གསུམ་འདི་ནས་ཚངས་པ་ལྷ་དབང་སྐྱོང་བ་མང་པོ་དག། དོང་ནས་རྒྱལ་བའི་ཞབས་ལ་གཏུགས་ཏེ་ཚིག་ཏུ་སྨྲས་པ་ནི། །ང་ནི་གཙོ་བོ་དམ་པ་སྐྱེ་དགུའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཟད་བྱ་ཞེས། །ཐུབ་ཆེན་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་གསུང་བརྗོད་སྔོན་གྱི་ཐུགས་དམ་དགོངས་པར་མཛོད། །ཐུབ་ཁྱོད་ཤིང་དབང་དྲུང་དུ་བཞུགས་ནས་སྡེར་བཅས་བདུད་བཏུལ་ཏེ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་དམ་པ་ཞི་བ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཉོན་མོངས་སྡོང་པོ་བསྒྱེལ། །བསྐལ་པ་བརྒྱ་ནས་དགོངས་པའི་དགོངས་པ་མ་ལུས་རྫོགས་ལགས་ཀྱིས། །མགོན་མ་མཆིས་པའི་སྐྱེ་བོ་གཟིགས་ཏེ་འཁོར་ལོ་མཆོག་བསྐོར་གསོལ། །བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པའི་འོད་ཀྱིས་ཞིང་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱ་སྣང་བར་བགྱིས། །སངས་རྒྱས་སྲས་པོ་བརྒྱ་ཕྲག་མང་པོ་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་མཆིས། །བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་ལ་མཆོད་པ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམ་པ་མང་བགྱིས་ནས། །ཡང་དག་ཡོན་ཏན་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་བསྟོད་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཅན་ལ་བསྐུལ། །ཐུགས་རྗེ་སྤྲིན་དང་ཤེས་རབ་གློག་དང་ལྷག་མཐོང་རླུང་དང་འདྲ། །བསྐལ་པ་སྟོང་དུ་འགྲོ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་འགྲོན་གཉེར་འབྲུག་བསྒྲགས་ཏེ། །ཡན་ལག་བརྒྱད་ལམ་ཆར་གྱི་རྒྱུན་གྱིས་སྐོམ་པ་ཞི་བར་མཛོད། །དབང་པོ་སྟོབས་དང་བསམ་གཏན་རྣམ་ཐར་ལོ་ཏོག་ནགས་འཕེལ་མཛོད། །བསྐལ་པ་སྟོང་མང་སྟོང་པ་ལེགས་བསླབས་དེ་བཞིན་ཉིད་ལ་བཞུགས། །ཆོས་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་སྨན་བསྒྲུབས་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྤྱོད་པ་མཁྱེན། །ཉོན་མོངས་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་ནད་བརྒྱས་ གཙེས་པའི་སྐྱེ་བོ་འདི་དག་ལ། །རྒྱལ་བ་སྨན་པ་འཁོར་ལོ་དམ་པ་བསྐོར་ཏེ་ཐར་མཛད་གསོལ། །ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་རིང་ནས་ཕ་རོལ་ཕྱིན་པ་དྲུག་གི་མཛོད་འཕེལ་མཛད། །མཚུངས་མེད་མི་གཡོ་གྱ་ནོམ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་ནོར་ནི་ལེགས་པར་བསགས། །སྐྱེ་དགུ་མགོན་མེད་དབུལ་པོ་འདྲེན་མེད་འདི་དག་ཀུན་གཟིགས་ནས། །ནོར་བདུན་བགོ་བཤའ་མཛོད་ཅིག་འདྲེན་པ་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་བར་གསོལ། །རྒྱལ་བ་བྱང་ཆུབ་བཙལ་ཕྱིར་ནོར་འབྲུ་དབྱིག་དང་གསེར་རྣམས་དང་། །གོས་བཟང་མེ་ཏོག་བདུག་པ་བྱུག་པ་ཕྱེ་མ་དམ་པ་དང་། །ཕོ་བྲང་མཆོག་དང་བཙུན་མོའི་འཁོར་དང་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་ཕངས་པའི་སྲས། །དགྱེས་བཞིན་བཏང་བས་དེ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིས་འཁོར་ལོ་མཆོག་བསྐོར་གསོལ། །དེ་བཞིན་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་མ་ཉམས་མ་འདྲེས་བསྐལ་པ་བརྒྱར་ཡང་བསྲུངས། །རྟག་ཏུ་བཟོད་པ་ལེགས་བསྒོམས་ཁྱོད་

彼等一切今已得，无余放逸尽弃舍。 设若于无数劫中，不得闻法之境遇， 汝今既已得之故，无余放逸尽弃舍。 导师甘露之轮宝，祈请速疾作运转。 自地神乃至梵天间，以此语劝请彼等。 以大音声劝请诸天，于彼刹那一切众， 舍弃天界之富乐，彼等皆诣于佛前。 诸比丘，如是地居诸天众，于波罗奈斯城仙人堕处鹿野苑中，为转法轮故，化现如来之眷属大殿，庄严、悦意、宽广、浩大，水面广达七百踰缮那。 诸天众于上方虚空之中，以伞、幢、幡、胜幢等善为庄严。 欲界及色界之诸天子，向如来敬献八万四千狮子座，祈请垂念我等，慈悲悯念，于此座上安住，世尊即请转法轮。 诸比丘，其后彼时，东方、南方、西方、北方、上方、下方、十方一切处，具足往昔愿力之菩萨百千俱胝众降临，顶礼如来双足，劝请转法轮。 此三千大千世界中所有之帝释天、梵天、世间守护神，以及彼等之外他化自在天、大自在天等著名之天子，皆以头顶礼如来双足，为利益众多有情，为安乐众多有情，为慈悯世间，为饶益广大有情，以及为天人等之义利、利益与安乐，祈请世尊转法轮，善逝转法轮，祈请世尊作法供养，祈请降下大法雨，法

Having obtained all these now, abandon all heedlessness without exception. If in countless eons, the opportunity to hear the Dharma is not obtained, since you have obtained it today, abandon all heedlessness without exception. May the wheel of nectar of the guide be turned swiftly by all. From the earth gods up to Brahma, urge them with these words. Having urged the gods with a great sound, in that instant, all of them, abandoning the wealth of the gods, those all arrive before the Buddha. Monks, thus the earth-dwelling gods, in the Deer Park at Ṛṣipatana in Vārāṇasī, for the sake of turning the wheel of Dharma, emanated a great courtyard of the retinue of the Tathāgata, adorned, pleasing to behold, vast, and extensive, with a water surface seven hundred yojanas wide. The gods adorned the middle of the sky above with umbrellas, banners, flags, and victory banners. The sons of the gods of the desire realm and the form realm offered eighty-four thousand lion thrones to the Tathāgata, requesting, "Please consider us with compassion, and having sat upon this, may the Bhagavan turn the wheel of Dharma." Monks, then at that time, from the east, south, west, north, above, below, and all ten directions, hundreds of thousands of millions of Bodhisattvas endowed with previous aspirations arrived, touched the feet of the Tathāgata, and urged him to turn the wheel of Dharma. All the Indra, Brahma, world protectors, and other sons of gods, such as the Paranirmitavasavartin and the great powerful ones, who exist in this three-thousand great thousand world realm, bowed their heads at the feet of the Tathāgata, and for the benefit of many beings, for the happiness of many beings, for compassion towards the world, for the benefit of the great majority of beings, and for the benefit, benefit, and happiness of gods and humans, requested, "May the Bhagavan turn the wheel of Dharma, may the Sugata turn the wheel of Dharma, may the Bhagavan make offerings of Dharma, may he send down a great rain of Dharma, Dharma."

Please raise the great victory banner of Dharma! Please blow the great Dharma conch! Please beat the great Dharma drum! Thus, they urged the turning of the wheel of Dharma. Then, they spoke as follows: From this threefold thousand world system, many Brahmas, lords of gods, and protectors of the world, approached the feet of the Victorious One and spoke these words: "We are the noble lords, wishing to end the suffering of beings. Great Sage, please remember your vows from the past! Great Sage, you sat beneath the King of Trees, vanquished the Maras with their hosts, attained the supreme, peaceful enlightenment, and felled the tree of afflictions. Having perfected all your intentions through hundreds of eons, please look upon beings without refuge and turn the supreme wheel of Dharma! The light of the Sugata illuminates hundreds of thousands of realms. Hundreds of thousands of sons of the Buddhas are present with their miraculous powers. Having made great offerings to the Sugata in various ways, they praise the true qualities of the Thus-Gone One and urge the compassionate one to turn the wheel of Dharma. Your compassion is like a cloud, your wisdom like lightning, and your insight like the wind. In thousands of eons, you awaken all beings like the sound of thunder. Pacify their thirst with the stream of rain from the eightfold noble path. Increase the growth of the crops and forests of faculties, powers, meditation, and liberation. In many thousands of eons, you have well-learned emptiness and abide in suchness. Having perfected the medicine born from Dharma, you know the conduct of all sentient beings. For these beings afflicted by hundreds of diseases of the collection of afflictions, please, O Victorious Healer, turn the supreme wheel of Dharma and liberate them! For a long time, you have increased the treasury of the six perfections. You have perfectly accumulated the incomparable, unmoving, and abundant wealth of Dharma. Please look upon these beings who are without refuge, poor, and without a guide, and bestow upon them the seven noble riches. Guide them to turn the wheel of Dharma! To seek the enlightenment of the Victorious One, you joyfully gave away jewels, grains, lands, gold, excellent garments, flowers, incense, perfume, fine powders, the supreme palace, the retinue of consorts, and the beloved son whom you were unwilling to part with, along with the kingdom. Therefore, please, O Buddha, turn the supreme wheel of Dharma! Likewise, you have guarded the precepts without deficiency or mixture for hundreds of eons. You have always meditated well on patience.
