Completely abandoning unpleasant speech and words that reveal the faults of others, associating with loving-kindness and compassion, rejoicing and supremely rejoicing, being gentle, pleasing, soft, agreeable, satisfying the faculties of sentient beings, and for the sake of associating properly with truthful speech, it is called like the voice of Brahma. For a long time, like attending to parents, associating with all sentient beings with eyes free from anger, like attending to an only child, with loving-kindness towards those who beg, looking with compassion as a guide, not being contemptuous, with the power of faith, not closing the eyes when looking at the stupa of the Tathagata, and causing other sentient beings to correctly understand the sight of the Tathagata, for the sake of firmly and correctly receiving, it is called having high-set eyes. For a long time, completely abandoning inferior intelligence and inferior thoughts, perfecting the aspiration for the vast and great, correctly leading sentient beings who have faith in the unsurpassed Dharma, completely abandoning frowning faces, possessing smiling faces, and with going and appearing before all virtuous friends as a guide, in order not to regress from all roots of virtue, it is called like eyelashes. For a long time, completely abandoning all faults of speech, immeasurably proclaiming the praises of the qualities of all Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Dharma speakers, writing, reading, reciting, and understanding the Sutras of the Tathagata, and being skilled in making other sentient beings understand the meaning and distinctions of those Dharmas, it is called having a broad tongue. For a long time, bowing the head to the feet of parents, renunciates, Brahmins, gurus, and those worthy of offerings, bowing to the ordained, speaking frankly, concealing the hair, scattering incense grains on the head, and for the sake of giving flour, rosaries, and head ornaments to all beggars, it is called having a crown on the head and the crown of the head being invisible. From a pure place, perform all uninterrupted offerings, lead all sentient beings to truly receive virtue, do not contradict the teachings of virtuous friends, be sent by Dharma speakers and travel to all directions without feeling weary, make offerings to the Buddha, Bodhisattvas, Pratyekabuddhas, noble Shravakas, parents, gurus, and all worthy recipients, using various incense, oil, ghee, lamps, and lights to dispel darkness and gloom, beautify the Tathagata's body with all excellent forms, adorn it with a milk-like urna, and enable other sentient beings to manifest the mind of enlightenment. Because the accumulation of merit is particularly excellent, the urna between the eyebrows is beautifully born, spirals to the right and shines, its color is extremely pure, and it possesses light, hence it is called "Possessing Light." Because it possesses the great strength of the son of non-attachment, it is called "Having Attained Great Strength." Because it possesses the power to subdue hundreds of millions of demons, it is called "Possessing the Great Strength of the Son of Non-Attachment." Because it possesses the ten powers of the Tathagata, it is called "Subduing All Adversaries." Because it is skilled in knowing what is and is not the case, and abandons the inferior and narrow Hinayana, and possesses the power to truly accomplish the qualities of the Mahayana, and is never satisfied with the application of this power, it is called "Possessing the Ten Powers of the Tathagata." Because it possesses the power to know the causes and results of actions performed in the past, future, and present, it is skilled in knowing what is and is not the case, and abandons the inferior and narrow Hinayana, and possesses the power to truly accomplish the qualities of the Mahayana, therefore it is never satisfied with the application of power, hence it is called "Never Satisfied." Because it possesses the power to know the faculties and levels of diligence of all sentient beings, it is called possessing the power to know the causes and results of actions performed in the past, future, and present.
