O! The wheel in which all dharmas enter into equality in one place. The wheel that is blessed with power and is irreversible for the sake of taming sentient beings. The wheel that is non-dual and without superimposition, entering into the ultimate truth. The wheel that truly gathers in the realm of dharma. That wheel is immeasurable because it is exceedingly beyond all measures. That wheel is countless because it is separate from all numbers. That wheel is inconceivable because it truly transcends the path of the mind. That wheel is without equal because it is separate from measurement. That wheel is inexpressible because it is separate from all paths of words and sounds, that is: immeasurable, without example, separate from example, equal and similar to space, without cessation, impermanent, not contradictory to entering into dependence, peaceful, very peaceful, the only one, suchness, the unerroneous suchness, non-different, unchanging, proclaimed in the voice of all sentient beings, subduing all demons, causing the defeat of non-Buddhists, transcending the realm of samsara, entering the realm of the Buddha, completely known by the noble ones, realized by the solitary Buddhas, completely held by the Bodhisattvas, and undifferentiated from all the Tathagatas. The Mahayana Sutra called "The Holy Great Play," the eighteenth volume, the last. Maitreya, the Tathagata, turned the wheel of Dharma in such a manner, and because of turning it, the Tathagata is called Tathagata. Called perfectly complete Buddha. Called self-born. Called King of Dharma. Called guide. Called well-guided. Called universally guided. Called leader. Called master of all dharmas. Called Lord of Dharma. Called the one who turns the wheel of Dharma. Called the giver of Dharma. Called the lord of offerings. Called the one who makes offerings well. Called the one who accomplishes asceticism. Called the one whose intention is fulfilled. Called the speaker. Called the breather. Called the one who makes happiness. Called the hero. Called the one who abandons afflictions.

It is called completely victorious over strife. It is called raising umbrellas, victory banners, and flags. It is called manifesting light. It is called radiating light. It is called dispelling darkness. It is called holding a lamp. It is called the great king of medicine. It is called truly healing. It is called the great remover of pain. It is called having wisdom eyes without dimness. It is called all-seeing. It is called completely seeing. It is called all eyes. It is called all light. It is called universally illuminating. It is called all doors. It is called Samantabhadra (all good). It is called all beautiful. It is called without abiding, without taking, and without abandoning. Because there is no thought of high or low, it is called the same as the earth. Because it is completely unmoving, it is called similar to the king of mountains. Because it possesses all qualities, it is called the glory of all worlds. Because it surpasses all worlds, it is called having an invisible crown. Because it is deep and difficult to fathom, it is called the same as the ocean. Because it has perfected all the precious dharmas of the aspects of enlightenment, it is called the source of precious dharmas. Because it is without abiding, it is called the same as the wind. Because it possesses a mind without attachment, without bondage, and without liberation, it is called wisdom without attachment. Because it will certainly realize all dharmas, it is called the dharma of non-retrogression. Because it is difficult to approach, and having abandoned all arrogance, abides in burning all afflictions, it is called the same as fire. Because there is no defilement of all discriminations, body, speech, and mind are pure, and it eliminates sins, it is called the same as water. Because wisdom does not cling to objects, and because it has attained the wisdom of the sphere of activity of the Dharma realm, which is without end or middle, and clairvoyance, it is called the same as space. Because it has completely abandoned all obscuring dharmas, it is called abiding in unobstructed wisdom and liberation. Because it is the same as space, and has completely transcended the realm of eye consciousness, it is called having a body that has gone to all Dharma realms. Because all worldly objects cannot cause afflictions to arise.
