It was scattered with flowers. In that sacred forest, all the trees, without exception, produced leaves, flowers, and fruits before their time. That forest was also beautifully adorned by the gods, just as the gods beautifully adorn a mixed grove. Then, the goddess Maya went to the Lumbini garden and descended from the sacred chariot, surrounded by humans and goddesses. She walked from tree to tree, from forest to forest, gazing at each tree, and gradually came to a great, supreme, and excellent jewel tree. Its branches were extremely abundant, with beautiful leaves and buds, blooming with various human and divine flowers, exuding a supreme fragrance, adorned with various colored silks, and blazing with different lights like various jewels. The roots, trunk, branches, and leaves were all beautifully adorned with all kinds of jewels. The branches were long and extremely abundant. The ground called "Auspicious" was as flat as the palm of a hand, extremely beautiful and wide, with blue grass growing like the neck of a peacock, sitting on land as comfortable to the touch as a Kacalindi cloth. This was the place relied upon by the mothers of past Buddhas, where divine music was played. The gods of the pure realms, being virtuous, immaculate, pure, and possessing extremely peaceful minds, bowed their heads with their hair knots and crowns to the auspicious tree. Then, by the glory and power of the Bodhisattva, that auspicious tree also bowed in homage. Then, the goddess Maya extended her right hand, which shone like a string of lightning in the sky, and grasped the branch of the auspicious tree. In an auspicious manner, she looked up at the sky and stood like a bird stretching its wings. At that time, more than sixty thousand goddesses from the desire realm came to serve and honor the goddess Maya. When the Bodhisattva was in his mother's womb, he displayed such miraculous transformations.

He remained complete. After ten months were complete, he was born from his mother's right side, mindful and aware, without being stained by the impurities of the womb. Unlike others, there was no such thing as what others call the impurities of the womb. Monks, at that time, the lord of the gods, Indra, and the lord of the world, Brahma, were seated before him. With great reverence, they both received the Bodhisattva with a soft cloth of heavenly Kashi garment, mindful and aware with all their bodies and limbs. The Bodhisattva was dwelling in a multi-storied mansion, residing in his mother's womb. The lord of the world, Brahma, and the gods of the Brahma realm raised the mansion up to the Brahma world. They carried it away to make a stupa and to make offerings. Thus, the Bodhisattva was not received by anyone who had become a human, but the Bodhisattva was received by the gods. Then, as soon as the Bodhisattva was born, he fell to the earth. As soon as the Bodhisattva fell to the earth, a great lotus pierced through the earth and appeared. The great Naga kings, Delightful and Near Delightful, also appeared halfway in the middle of the sky, manifesting two streams of cool and warm water, and bathed the Bodhisattva's body. Indra, Brahma, and the guardians of the world, and many other hundreds and thousands of gods, as soon as the Bodhisattva was born, bathed his body with various perfumes and scattered flowers. From the sky also appeared two dust whisks and a jeweled umbrella. He sat on that great lotus, looking in all four directions, looking with the gaze of a lion and the gaze of a great man. At that time, the Bodhisattva, with the unobstructed divine eye born from the ripening of previous roots of virtue, saw the entire three-thousand great-thousand world realm, including cities, towns, countrysides, palaces, territories, lands, and beings including humans and gods. He also fully understood the minds of all sentient beings, and after understanding,
