The faculty of pleasure (དེ་བའི་དབང་པོ།), the faculty of displeasure (ཡིད་མི་བདེ་བའི་དབང་པོ།), and the faculty of equanimity (བཏང་སྙོམས་ཀྱི་དབང་པོ།); the realization of these six faculties is that of diligence (བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ཀྱིའོ།). The realization from the faculty of faith (དད་པའི་དབང་པོ།) to the faculty of wisdom (ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་དབང་པོ།) is that of meditation (བསམ་གཏན་གྱིའོ།). The realization of the faculty of omniscience (ཀུན་ཤེས་པའི་དབང་པོ།) and the faculty endowed with omniscience (ཀུན་ཤེས་པ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་དབང་པོ།) is that of the perfection of wisdom (ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པའི་སྟེ།). These are the six perfections of the complete faculties Then, what are the six perfections of the many worldly aspirations? The perfect accomplishment of combining with aspiration (མོས་པ་ལ་སྦྱོར་བ་ཡང་དག་པར་གྲུབ་པ་) is that of generosity (སྦྱིན་པའིའོ།). The absence of obstacles to that combination (སྦྱོར་བ་དེ་ལ་ཐོགས་པ་མེད་པ་) is that of ethics (ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱིའོ།). Understanding the timing as it is with aspiration (མོས་པ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུས་ལ་རྟོག་པ་) is that of patience (བཟོད་པའིའོ།). Definitive understanding (ངེས་པར་རྟོག་པ་) is that of diligence (བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ཀྱིའོ།). Understanding the exhaustion of birth and non-birth (སྐྱེ་བ་དང་། མི་སྐྱེ་བའི་ཟད་པ་ལ་རྟོག་པ་) is that of meditation (བསམ་གཏན་གྱིའོ།). The pacification of aspiration in that way and the understanding of means (མོས་པ་དེ་ལྟ་བུར་ཉེ་བར་ཞི་བ་དང་། ཐབས་ལ་རྟོག་པ་) is that of wisdom (ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་སྟེ།). These are the six perfections of many aspirations Then, what are the six perfections of the path that goes everywhere? Understanding difficulty as slow (དཀའ་བ་བུལ་བར་རྟོགས་པ་) is that of generosity (སྦྱིན་པའིའོ།). Understanding difficulty as fast (དཀའ་བ་མྱུར་བར་རྟོགས་པ་) is that of ethics (ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱིའོ།). Understanding ease as slow (སླ་བ་བུལ་བར་རྟོགས་པ་) is that of patience (བཟོད་པའིའོ།). Understanding ease as fast (སླ་བ་མྱུར་བར་རྟོགས་པ་) is that of diligence (བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ཀྱིའོ།). Understanding related to going (འགྲོ་བ་དང་འབྲེལ་པར་རྟོགས་པ་) is that of meditation (བསམ་གཏན་གྱིའོ།). Understanding the presence and absence of connection with going (འགྲོ་བ་དང་འབྲེལ་པ་ཡོད་པ་དང་མེད་པར་རྟོགས་པ་) is that of wisdom (ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་སྟེ།). These are the six perfections of the path that goes everywhere Then, what are the six perfections of faculties, powers, limbs of enlightenment, meditation, liberation, samadhi, and attainments? Determining the happiness of these dharmas (ཆོས་འདི་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བདེ་བ་འདི་ངེས་པ་) is that of generosity (སྦྱིན་པའིའོ།). Understanding the same things (ཅང་ཤེས་པ་མཚུངས་པ་) is that of ethics (ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱིའོ།). All the dharmas completely dedicated to benefiting others (གཞན་ལ་ཕན་པར་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྔོས་པའི་ཆོས་རྣམས་) is that of patience (བཟོད་པའིའོ།). Benefiting oneself (བདག་ལ་ཕན་པ་) is that of diligence (བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ཀྱིའོ།). Understanding as a vessel (སྣོད་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་རྟོགས་པ་) is that of meditation (བསམ་གཏན་གྱིའོ།). Understanding the consistent cause (རྒྱུ་འཐུན་པ་རྟོགས་པ་) is that of wis

The limit of the earth is that these are the six perfections of faculties, powers, limbs of enlightenment, meditation, liberation, samadhi, and attainment. Among them, what are the six perfections of remembering past lives? Whatever is realized by the body in the past is of generosity; whatever is realized by beings is of discipline; whatever is realized by the limit of karma is of patience; whatever is realized by afflictions is of diligence; whatever is realized by the mind is of meditation; whatever is the complete cessation of all forms, seeing it as it is, is of wisdom. These are the six perfections of remembering past lives. Among them, what are the six perfections of the divine eye? Whatever is in accordance with the divine eye is of generosity; whatever action is without fault is of discipline; whatever sees far away is of patience; whatever sees completely is of diligence; whatever sees decline, prosperity, and lack of respect is of meditation; whatever sees the definite arising of those is of wisdom. These are the six perfections of the divine eye. Among them, what are the six perfections of the power of the exhaustion of defilements? Seeing the faults of defilements is of generosity; not delighting in defilements is of discipline; not looking at defilements and abandoning them with the mind is of patience; realizing defilements without discrimination is of diligence; completely knowing the abandonment of defilements is of meditation; completely abandoning the connection of the habitual tendencies of defilements is of wisdom. These are the six perfections of the power of the exhaustion of defilements. Among them, what are the six perfections of the first fearlessness, saying that the perfectly enlightened Buddha has not manifested these dharmas? Whatever realizes the reasoning of the Buddha is of generosity; not being afraid of vows is
