Not clinging to contemplation is discipline. Believing in selflessness is patience. Seeing without wavering is diligence. Seeing the essence is meditation. Seeing the unborn is wisdom. These are the six perfections of mindfulness of the body. What are the six perfections of mindfulness of feelings? Not having excessive attachment to pleasant feelings is generosity. Seeing feelings as suffering is discipline. Believing in emptiness is patience. Not clinging to feelings is diligence. Not attending to pleasant feelings is meditation.

对于所有感受的平等舍弃,那就是智慧。这些是感受的六种念住波罗蜜多。其中,心的六种念住波罗蜜多是什么呢?见到以舍弃为目标的心的,那是布施。见到那个心的过患的,那是持戒。对于不动摇进行辨别的,那是忍辱。遣除心的行境的恐怖的,那是精进。为了他人心生欢喜的,那是静虑。见到依赖于因缘,修习无相的,那是智慧。这些是心的六种念住波罗蜜多。其中,法的六种念住波罗蜜多是什么呢?见到诸法的相状的,那是布施。对于诸法进行思择的,那是持戒。诸法远离生起的,那是忍辱。舍弃对于诸法的见解执为殊胜的,那是精进。舍弃对于诸法的显现执著的,那是静虑。见到缘起法的,那是智慧。这些是法的六种念住波罗蜜多。 《圣妙劫经》大乘经,第七品。其中,见到苦圣谛的六种波罗蜜多是什么呢?见到完全舍弃痛苦的,那是布施。见到对于痛苦生起厌恶的,那是持戒。见到痛苦是虚假的,那是忍辱。见到痛苦是巨大的,那是精进。见到痛苦的自性的,那是静虑。见到完全了知痛苦的,那是智慧。这些是见到苦圣谛的六种波罗蜜多。其中,集谛的波罗 蜜多六种是什么呢?完全舍弃集起的心,那是布施。
