Vibrating intensely in six forms, the lotus bodies of the Bodhisattvas, and these stacked houses, are all demonstrating such profound Dharma, and this retinue is also pervaded by great light, countless sons of the gods are gathered, countless Bodhisattvas are gathered, whose power is this? After asking thus, the Blessed One said to the Elder Shariputra: Shariputra, this is the power of Manjushri Kumara, and such manifestations as these are everywhere visible. Why is that? Shariputra, in this way, the Tathagata and Manjushri Kumara, in order to accomplish the inconceivable Buddhadharma together with the son of the gods, Hui Zeng, will ask and be pleased to ask the Dharma called "Destroying All Demon Wheels." After saying this, the venerable Shariputra said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, Manjushri Kumara is not in this assembly. The Blessed One said: Shariputra, wait a moment, Manjushri Kumara will overwhelm all the demon wheels, all the demon places, and all the demons with his power, and will come to where the Tathagata is with great power. Then, Manjushri Kumara entered the Samadhi called "Destroying All Demon Wheels." As soon as Manjushri Kumara entered the Samadhi of Destroying All Demon Wheels, from that moment on, countless demon places in this three-thousand-great-thousand world became dim and blurred. Those sinful demons also became old and bent in their bodies, walking with their hands leaning on crutches. Their goddesses also became old and bent, and their respective palaces also became old and dilapidated, a scene of darkness.

看见变成了黑色。之后，那些恶魔们惊恐、害怕、沮丧、泄气，毛孔发出“嗡嗡”的声音，心中如此思索：是什么原因、什么条件，使得我们这些魔的处所变成这般境地？我们会从此死去，消失，或者不会改变呢？那些恶魔的这种思索刚一产生，文殊童子就幻化出十万亿天子化身，陈列在那些恶魔面前。然后，那些天子化身对那些恶魔们说道：朋友们，这位是不退转菩萨文殊童子，他现在正处于名为“摧毁一切魔轮”的禅定中，这是他的威力。你们不会受到任何伤害，不要害怕！天子化身刚一说完这些话，那些恶魔们也听到了那个声音，也听到了文殊童子的名字，更加惊慌恐惧，所有的魔的处所都剧烈摇动起来。然后，那些恶魔们对天子化身说道：朋友们，救救我们！朋友们，救救我们！然后，那些天子化身对那些恶魔们说道：朋友们，不要害怕！朋友们，不要害怕！你们今天就去往世尊、如来、应供、正等觉、释迦牟尼佛所在之处吧！那位如来具有慈悲心，能给予所有恐惧的众生无畏的保护。然后，天子化身说完这些话，立刻就消失不见了。之后，那些恶魔及其眷属，成千上万亿的恶魔们，全都变得衰老体弱，呻吟着，拄着拐杖行走，刹那、片刻、瞬间，就到达了世尊、如来、应供、正等觉之处。

They saw it turn black. Then, those wicked demons were frightened, terrified, despondent, and discouraged. Their pores made a "buzzing" sound, and they thought to themselves: What is the cause, what is the condition, that has made our demon abodes become like this? Will we die and disappear from here, or will we not change at all? As soon as those demons had such thoughts, Manjushri, become a youth, emanated a hundred billion emanated sons of the gods, and arranged them in front of those demons. Then, those emanated sons of the gods said to those wicked demons: Friends, this is the irreversible Bodhisattva Manjushri, become a youth, who is now in the samadhi called "Destroying All Demon Wheels." This is his power. You will not be harmed in any way, so do not be afraid! As soon as those emanated sons of the gods spoke those words, those wicked demons heard that sound, and they also heard the name of Manjushri, become a youth, and became even more panicked and frightened. All the demon abodes shook violently. Then, those wicked demons said to those emanated sons of the gods: Friends, protect us! Friends, protect us! Then, those emanated sons of the gods said to those wicked demons: Friends, do not be afraid! Friends, do not be afraid! Go today to where the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Complete Buddha, Shakyamuni is! That Tathagata, who has compassion, gives fearlessness to all beings who have become frightened. Then, after those emanated sons of the gods spoke those words, they immediately disappeared. Then, those wicked demons and their retinue, tens of thousands of billions of wicked demons, all became old and weak, groaning, walking while leaning on canes, and in an instant, a moment, a flash, they arrived at the place of the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Complete Buddha.

于是前往圆满正等觉释迦牟尼佛所在之处，到达后，众人以同一声音向世尊祈请道：世尊，祈请您救护我们脱离这般丑陋的形象。善逝，祈请您救护我们。世尊，宣扬亿万佛陀的名号尚且不显灵，唯有文殊童子的名号才不是这样。这是什么缘故呢？因为听到文殊童子的名号，我们会感到恐惧、惊慌和害怕，觉得好像要死亡或消失一样。然后，世尊对那些罪恶魔说道：罪恶者们，确实是这样。正如你们所说的那样，文殊童子如何使众生完全成熟，毫无分别地利益众生，并且将要利益众生，同样，亿万佛陀也没有利益、不会利益众生。因此，正如宣扬文殊童子一个人的名号那样，宣扬亿万佛陀的名号并不会使你们痛苦和彻底毁灭。然后，世尊，那些罪恶魔祈请道：世尊，我们如此身体残缺，感到疲惫和羞愧，世尊，我们想要恢复到以前容光焕发的样子。世尊说道：你们暂时待在这里，直到文殊童子到来，他一定会使你们从这丑陋的形象中完全解脱。然后，文殊童子从禅定中起身，从座位上站起来，被成千上万的菩萨围绕并簇拥着。无数的天子、龙、夜叉、乾闼婆、阿修罗、迦楼罗、紧那罗、摩睺罗伽，无数的乐器发出美妙的声音，散布着乌巴拉花和莲花。

Then they went to where the perfectly enlightened Buddha Shakyamuni was, and when they arrived, they all pleaded with the Blessed One in one voice, saying: Blessed One, please protect us from this kind of ugly appearance. Sugata, please protect us. Blessed One, proclaiming the names of billions of Buddhas is not effective, but the name of the youthful Manjushri is not like that. What is the reason for this? Because when we hear the name of the youthful Manjushri, we become frightened, alarmed, and afraid, thinking that we are about to die or disappear. Then, the Blessed One said to those sinful demons: Sinful ones, it is indeed so. Just as you said, how the youthful Manjushri completely ripens beings, benefits beings without distinction, and will benefit beings, similarly, billions of Buddhas have not and will not benefit beings. Therefore, just as proclaiming the name of the youthful Manjushri alone, proclaiming the names of billions of Buddhas will not cause you suffering and complete destruction. Then, Blessed One, those sinful demons pleaded: Blessed One, we are so exhausted and ashamed with this crippled body, Blessed One, we want to return to the way we were before when we were radiant. The Blessed One said: Wait here for a while until the youthful Manjushri comes, and he will surely completely liberate you from this ugly appearance. Then, the youthful Manjushri arose from samadhi, stood up from his seat, surrounded and escorted by hundreds of thousands of Bodhisattvas. Countless sons of gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, countless musical instruments sounded beautifully, scattering utpala flowers and lotuses.
