སུ་མི་བགྱིད་ཀྱི། བདག་ནི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྦྱིན་པས་མཛའ་བཤེས་སུ་བགྱིད་པ་དང་། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་བདག་ནི་བདག་དང་གཞན་ལ་ཡོངས་སུ་གདུང་བར་མི་བགྱིད་ཀྱི། བདག་ནི་བདག་ལ་སྨན་པ་དང་། གཞན་ལ་སྨན་པའི་སླད་དུ་སྒྲུབ་པར་བགྱིད་པ་དང་། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་བདག་ནི་དགོན་པར་གནས་པ་ལ་ཚུལ་འཆོས་པར་མི་བགྱིད། བསོད་སྙོམས་ལ་ཚུལ་འཆོས་པར་མི་བགྱིད། ཕྱག་དར་ཁྲོད་ལ་ཚུལ་འཆོས་ པར་མི་བགྱིད་དེ། དེ་ཅིའི་སླད་དུ་ཞེ་ན། བདག་ནི་སྦྱངས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་བཅུ་གཉིས་ཡང་དག་པར་བླངས་ཏེ་གནས་པར་བགྱིད་ཅིང་། དེ་ཡང་རྙེད་པ་དང་། བཀུར་སྟི་དང་། ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་རྟེན་པ་མ་མཆིས་པའི་སླད་དུའོ། །དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་བ་དང་། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་བྱམས་པ་ལ་ལེགས་སོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་བྱིན་ཏེ། བྱམས་པ་ལེགས་སོ་ལེགས་སོ། །ཁྱོད་ཇི་ལྟར་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཡོངས་སུ་ཆོལ་བ་ལ་བརྩོན་པ་དེ་ལྟར་སེང་གེའི་སྒྲ་འདི་སྒྲོགས་པར་བྱེད་པ་ནི་ཁྱོད་སྔོན་གྱི་རྒྱལ་བ་ལ་ལྷག་པར་བྱ་བ་བྱས་ཤིང་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་བསྐྱེད་པ་དང་། ཆོས་དེ་དག་དང་། ཡོན་ཏན་དེ་དག་ལ་གཞན་གྱི་དྲིང་མི་འཇོག་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ། ལེགས་སོ་ལེགས་སོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་བྱམས་པས་སེང་གེའི་སྒྲ་བསྒྲགས་པ་འདི་བཤད་པ་ན་འཁོར་དེ་ནས་དགེ་སློང་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་སྟན་ལས་ལངས་ཏེ་དོང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་གནས་བརྟན་འོད་སྲུང་ཆེན་པོས་དགེ་སློང་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་པོ་དེ་དག་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །དགེ་སྦྱོང་ཆེན་པོ་དག་ཁྱེད་ཅག་ཡོ་བྱད་བསྙུངས་པའི་གཏམ་བརྗོད་པའི་ཚེ་སྟན་ལས་ལངས་ཏེ་གར་འདོང་། དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་པ་དང་། གནས་བརྟན་འོད་སྲུང་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་དགེ་སློང་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་པོ་དེ་དག་གིས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །བཙུན་པ་འོད་སྲུང་ཆེན་པོ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་བྱམས་པས་ཡོ་བྱད་བསྙུངས་པའི་གཏམ་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་བསྟན་པའི་གནས་དེ་དག་ནི་སྲིད་པར་དཀའ་བ་ལགས་པས་བདག་ཅག་འདི་སྙམ་དུ་བདག་ཅག་ནི་ཡོ་བྱད་བསྙུངས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་དེ་དག་ལ་ཡང་དག་པར་མི་སྣང་བས་བདག་ཅག་ཕྱིར་ཁྱིམ་དུ་འདོང་གོར་མ་ཆག་གོ །དེ་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཞེ་ན། དད་པས་བྱིན་པ་ནི་རིག་པར་དཀའ་ཞིང་སྦྱང་པར་དཀའ་བའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །སྙམ་དུ་སེམས་པའི་སླད་དུའོ། །དེ་ནས་འཇམ་དཔལ་གཞོན་ནུར་གྱུར་པས་དགེ་སློང་དེ་དག་ལ་ལེགས་སོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་བྱིན་ཏེ། རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་དག་ལེགས་སོ་ལེགས་སོ། །གང་དག་དད་པས་བྱིན་པ་ལ་ཡོངས་སུ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་པར་མི་སྤྲོ

我不去做。我以佛法的布施为友。世尊，我不使自己和他人完全痛苦。我为了利益自己和利益他人而修行。世尊，我不做作地住在寺院里。不做作地托钵乞食。不做作地在扫帚中。 为什么呢？因为我正确地受持并安住于十二种苦行功德。而且，为了不依赖于一切利养、恭敬和供养。如是禀告之后，世尊赞叹菩萨摩诃萨弥勒说：善哉！善哉！弥勒，你如何精勤于圆满佛陀的功德，像这样发出狮子吼，你对往昔的胜者做了殊胜之事，积累了善根，并且不依赖于那些法和那些功德。善哉！善哉！菩萨摩诃萨弥勒宣说此狮子吼时，该眷属中五百比丘从座位上站起来离开了。之后，大长老迦叶对那五百比丘如此说道：诸位大沙门，你们在讲述减少资具之语时，从座位上站起来要到哪里去？如此说后，那五百比丘对大长老迦叶如此说道：尊者迦叶，菩萨摩诃萨弥勒所开示的如此减少资具之语的处所是难以存在的，我们如此想，我们对那些减少资具的功德不甚明了，所以我们必定要返回家了。为什么呢？因为信施是难以理解和难以修习的。是为了如此思考的缘故。之后，妙吉祥童子赞叹那些比丘说：善哉！善哉！善男子们，善哉！善哉！那些不乐于享用信施

I will not do. I make friends with the gift of Dharma. World Honored One, I will not completely afflict myself and others. I will practice for the benefit of myself and for the benefit of others. World Honored One, I will not pretend to dwell in monasteries. I will not pretend to beg for alms. I will not pretend to be among the brooms. Why is that? Because I will correctly take and abide in the twelve qualities of asceticism. Moreover, it is in order not to rely on all gains, respect, and offerings. After speaking thus, the World Honored One praised the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Maitreya, saying: "Well done! Well done! Maitreya, how you strive to perfect the qualities of the Buddha, and thus roar this lion's roar, you have done excellent deeds for the previous victors, accumulated roots of virtue, and do not rely on those dharmas and those qualities. Well done! Well done!" When the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Maitreya spoke this lion's roar, five hundred monks from that assembly rose from their seats and departed. Then, the great elder Kashyapa said to those five hundred monks: "Great ascetics, when you speak of reducing possessions, where are you going, rising from your seats?" After saying this, those five hundred monks said to the great elder Kashyapa: "Venerable Kashyapa, the places where the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Maitreya teaches such words of reducing possessions are difficult to exist, and we think that we are not very clear about those qualities of reducing possessions, so we must return home. Why is that? Because the gift of faith is difficult to understand and difficult to practice." It is for the sake of thinking thus. Then, Manjushri, who had become a youth, praised those monks, saying: "Well done! Well done! Sons of good family, well done! Well done! Those who do not delight in enjoying the gift of faith

那些人应当那样谨慎和具有后悔之心，一天之中一百次舍弃出家才是好的，以不完全清净的戒律来享用信施就不是那样了。然后，文殊童子向世尊这样禀告说：世尊，世尊以何种方式随许信施呢？世尊开示说：文殊，我随许以正理和解脱而给予的信施。然后，文殊童子对那些大约五百名的比丘这样说道：有寿命者们，你们应当修习，努力，呼唤，佛陀出现是难以获得的，你们不要从出家退转。然后，那些大约五百名的比丘对文殊童子这样说道：文殊，我们应当如何修习呢？文殊说：比丘们，你们无论如何修习，努力和精进，也不要修习任何法，也不要开显任何法，也不要生起任何法，也不要止息任何法，也不要获得任何法，也不要舍弃任何法，也不要减少任何法，也不要增益任何法，就这样修习吧。比丘如果那样修习，就不会证悟任何法。如果不会证悟任何法，就不会去往任何地方，也不会从任何地方来。对于没有去处的人来说，也没有任何来处。那被称为没有来处和没有去处的比丘，既不是依赖者，也不是不依赖者。 宣说此教法时，那五百名比丘没有取著，心从诸漏中解脱。然后，大迦叶尊者向世尊这样禀告说：世尊，未来的时代，最后的五百年中，会出现多少虚伪的菩萨呢？世尊开示说：迦叶，那些罪恶的

Those should be cautious and regretful in that way. It is better to renounce ordination a hundred times a day than to enjoy offerings given in faith with impure discipline. Then, Manjushri Kumara addressed the Blessed One, saying: "Blessed One, how does the Blessed One permit offerings given in faith?" The Blessed One replied: "Manjushri, I permit offerings given in faith for reason and liberation." Then, Manjushri Kumara said to those approximately five hundred monks: "Venerable ones, you should practice, strive, and call out. The appearance of a Buddha is difficult to obtain, so do not turn back from ordination." Then, those approximately five hundred monks said to Manjushri Kumara: "Manjushri, how should we practice?" Manjushri said: "Monks, however you practice, strive, and exert yourselves, do not practice any dharma, do not reveal any dharma, do not generate any dharma, do not stop any dharma, do not attain any dharma, do not abandon any dharma, do not diminish any dharma, do not increase any dharma. Practice in this way. A monk who practices in that way will not realize any dharma. One who does not realize any dharma will not go anywhere, nor will they come from anywhere. For one who has no going, there is also no coming. That is called a monk who has no coming and no going, who is neither dependent nor non-dependent." When this teaching was spoken, the minds of those five hundred monks were completely liberated from the outflows without attachment.
