Having generated special love for those sentient beings and abiding in great compassion, they also fulfill their previous aspirations. In order to destroy the angry conduct of sentient beings with effortless wisdom, although they correctly show various kinds of Dharma gates, they do not think, "I have taught the Dharma in order to eliminate the anger of sentient beings." Why is that? Because Bodhisattvas understand the characteristics of the Dharma realm very well. This is called the Bodhisattva abiding in the nature of the indivisibility of the Dharma realm and thoroughly eliminating the conduct of afflictions. It is like this: for example, after darkness is dispelled, light is obtained, but there is no one who dispels the darkness. In this way, the nature of darkness and light is the same as space and is indivisible. Similarly, Bodhisattvas also rely on the wisdom of the indivisibility of the Dharma realm and skillfully teach the Dharma, taming and pacifying various kinds of sentient beings who engage in anger, but there is no difference in the Dharma realm. It is like this: for example, when the sun rises, all the places that are illuminated by light are included in the sun's sphere. Similarly, Bodhisattvas, in order to tame and eliminate angry conduct, no matter how much they speak, it is all the wheel of Dharma, but there is no difference in the Dharma realm. In this way, there are twenty-one thousand kinds of angry conduct, and eighty-four thousand other related conducts. Bodhisattvas, having fully accomplished effortless wisdom, teach the Dharma according to the various angry conducts of those sentient beings, but they do not think, "I have taught the Dharma to sentient beings. I have taught it. I will teach it." This is called the treasury of the angry conduct of the great-hearted Bodhisattvas. Any Bodhisattva who

Therefore, even when teaching the Dharma, one will not find the end of acting with anger. That Bodhisattva's wisdom and courage also cannot be exhausted. This is called the treasure of acting with anger, which the Bodhisattva obtains by well explaining the nature of the indivisibility of the Dharma realm. Furthermore, Electrified One, what is called the treasure of the ignorant conduct of the great Bodhisattvas? Electrified One, such conduct of the Bodhisattvas is a very difficult thing. For example, sentient beings follow afflictions, harm others, are completely entangled in the egg of the womb of ignorance like silkworms, so they have no means to realize the Dharma realm, do not properly discriminate things, are manifestly attached to the view of self, have entered the wrong path, abide in the conduct of children, and are difficult to be liberated. For the sake of sentient beings who have become deluded by such things, from the first arising of the mind, they generate great application, without being tired or suffering, without laziness, thinking, 'By what cause, what inclination, and what kind of Dharma teaching will these sentient beings be placed in the conduct of a Bodhisattva and attain liberation?' The Bodhisattva, having previously dwelt in great compassion with the wisdom that effortlessly and well discerns the Dharma realm, knowing that those sentient beings are deluded about the Dharma realm, teaches the Dharma to the best of their ability and subdues them, but does not think, 'I have taught the Dharma, I am teaching, I will teach.' However, by the power of previous aspirations, having well discerned dependent origination, they spontaneously reveal hundreds and thousands of Dharma gates, eliminate the actions of ignorance of those sentient beings, and thus enable them to attain liberation. Electrified One, for example, like a good doctor who is skilled in healing many diseases, having previously become very familiar with all kinds of medicine, as soon as he sees the signs of a disease, he completely understands all the mantras and medicines used, so that none of the diseases he treats are not cured.
