我，善于转变菩萨行，以及寂静菩萨行等等，这些菩萨摩诃萨是主要的。此外，还有百千天帝、四大天王、娑婆世界之主梵天王、具有大威力的天、龙、夜叉、乾闼婆、阿修罗、紧那罗、摩睺罗伽等无量眷属也一起安住。之后，当时名为电授的菩萨，看到众多眷属极其寂静、完全清净地聚集在一起，便从座位上站起，将上衣披在一肩，右膝着地，向世尊所在的方向合掌，向世尊禀告说：世尊，我有一点疑惑，现在想请问，请如来慈悲垂听。然后，世尊对菩萨电授说：如来、应供、正等觉允许你提问，你想要问什么，就问吧，我会为你如实开示。然后，菩萨电授对世尊说：世尊，菩萨具足什么样的法，才能圆满一切众生的心愿，不被过失所染污？如何才能以善巧方便引导众生，使其不堕入恶趣，不求自得地证悟平等性？如何才能安住于世间，却如莲花般不被过失所染污？如何在不离法界的同时，游历于一切佛土，并恒常见到如来的色身而不分离？如何在安住于三解脱门的同时，不入于寂灭，而是如众生所愿般清净佛土的庄严，并在一个刹那间迅速

I, who am skilled in transforming the conduct of Bodhisattvas, and Bodhisattvas who are supremely peaceful in their conduct, and so forth, these Bodhisattva Mahasattvas were the principal ones. Furthermore, there were also the hundred thousand Indra, the lord of the gods, the four great kings, the lord of the Saha world, Brahma, the great king, gods with great power, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, kinnaras, mahoragas, and other immeasurable retinues, all dwelling together. Then, at that time, the Bodhisattva named Elektra, seeing the great assembly of retinues gathered together, supremely peaceful and completely pure, arose from his seat, draped his upper robe over one shoulder, knelt on his right knee, and with palms joined together towards where the Blessed One was, he spoke to the Blessed One, saying: "Blessed One, I have a slight doubt, and I wish to ask about it now. May the Tathagata listen with compassion." Then, the Blessed One spoke to the Bodhisattva Elektra: "The Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened One, gives you permission. Ask whatever you wish, and I will truly explain it to you." Then, the Bodhisattva Elektra spoke to the Blessed One, saying: "Blessed One, what kind of Dharma should a Bodhisattva possess in order to completely fulfill the wishes of all sentient beings and not be stained by faults? How can one skillfully guide those sentient beings according to their faculties and nature, so that after the body is destroyed, they will not fall into the lower realms and will realize equality without seeking it? How can one remain in the world and yet not be stained by faults, like a lotus? How can one travel to all Buddha-fields without moving from the realm of Dharma, and always see the Form Body of the Tathagata without being separated from it? How can one abide in the three liberations without entering into quiescence, but purify the splendor of the Buddha-fields according to the inclinations of sentient beings, and quickly in a single moment
