All sentient beings who heard the sound became irreversible from the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Thus, when the Asura King Tagzangri circumambulated the Blessed One three times, hundreds of thousands of Asura daughters made offerings to the Blessed One, and in order to become the retinue of the Asura King Tagzangri, some sang, some played cymbals, some changed their body postures, some scattered powder of sandalwood, utpala, agaru, and tamala leaves. Some scattered divine flowers such as mandārava, great mandārava, mañjūṣaka, great mañjūṣaka, paruṣaka, great paruṣaka, white flowers, great white flowers, kśa-sñar, great kśa-sñar, variegated kśa-sñar, great radiant kśa-sñar flowers, and emanated flowers. Some offered clothes, anklets, belts, hand ornaments, finger rings, bracelets, seal bracelets, three-pronged head ornaments, armlets, crests, gold threads, pearl necklaces, jewel necklaces, simodo, gyodo, various neck ornaments, earrings, ear pendants, rows of ornaments, head ornaments, flower garlands, incense garlands, and jewel garlands. Some rained perfume water, some rained powder. Some filled their palms with red pearls and scattered them upon the Blessed One. Some filled their palms with jewels, and some filled their palms with gold, and scattered them upon the Blessed One. They also spoke this verse: Relying on what, abiding in what place, can one make offerings to the supreme being? May we always meet with such friends! Just as the Asura King Tagzangri did, so too did the Asura King Rabsing make offerings to the Blessed One, and then, riding in a chariot of seven jewels, circumambulated the Blessed One three times, and spoke these verses.

Praise to the Bhagavan. I prostrate to you, who possess the ten powers, are diligent, and truthful! I prostrate to you, who are fearless and free from dread! Not mixed with Dharma, having become definite, The guide of beings, I prostrate to you! I prostrate to you, who sever all bonds! I prostrate to you, who do not dwell in cyclic existence! I prostrate to you, who have reached the ultimate liberation! I prostrate to you, who liberate drowning beings! Although accompanied by sentient beings, you have no agitation, Your mind is completely liberated towards all beings, Like a lotus unstained by water, To the profound wisdom, beyond comprehension, I prostrate to you! Buddha Shakyamuni, you know emptiness, In all aspects, you destroy all signs. You have no desire for anything, Non-abiding, equal to space, I prostrate to you! As the Asura King Rabsim did, so too did the Asura King Good Chariot. After making offerings to the Bhagavan, riding on a chariot of seven jewels, circumambulating the Bhagavan three times, scattering golden garlands, and praising the Bhagavan with verses. On earth, in space, and in the realm of the gods, There is no equal to you, Sugata, nor is there a superior. If one clings to signs, one enters into perversion, You know beings to be like illusions. Here there is no doer, no feeler, no sentient being, No person, and no action of self. All dharmas are empty, devoid of all actions, Showing unborn, unmoving, and peaceful. Whoever believes in the teachings of the Sugata, Follows the dharmas without a doer, That one becomes the son of this guide, Acts like a father, as the teacher taught. Whatever merit arises from my praise to you, the guide, As the Victorious Ones know with their wisdom, May all those roots of virtue, without exception, entirely here, May all beings attain Buddhahood through the power of beings! Third Chapter. As the Asura King Good Chariot did, so too did the Asura King Powerful One. After making offerings to the Bhagavan, riding on a chariot of seven jewels, circumambulating the Bhagavan three times, scattering silver flowers, and with verses
