By the power of that wind, it grows hair, body hair, and nails, and it clearly manifests white and black colors. Due to the cause of karma, these signs will appear. From thirty-one weeks to thirty weeks, when staying in the mother's womb, the characteristics of the body will gradually grow, and eventually the limbs of the body will become complete and broad. When staying in the mother's womb for thirty-six weeks, the thought of wanting to be born arises, so it becomes very unhappy. When staying in the mother's womb for thirty-seven weeks, five inverted thoughts arise. What are the five? They are the thought of impurity, the thought of unpleasant smell, the thought of prison, the thought of darkness, and the thought of being completely tired and wanting to come out. The one staying in the womb will have such thoughts of being completely tired. When staying in the mother's womb for thirty-eight weeks, the karma wind manifests, which is called the Obstacle Condition. By the power of that wind, it will rotate violently. In addition, a wind called looking at the mouth will arise, its head will look towards the mouth, and its two hands will be stretched out, eventually wanting to be born. If the one staying in the womb has accumulated the karma of dying in the womb in a previous life, then its hands and feet will be crossed and unable to turn. Due to the cause of sinful and unwholesome karma, it will die in the mother's womb. At that time, its mother will also experience great suffering, or the thought of death.

Therefore, one should know that taking such a body is truly great suffering. Initially, when emerging from the womb, whether it is a boy or a girl, as soon as they fall to the ground, they are held by hands, or caught with clothes, or placed on a bed, or placed in a room, or placed on the ground, or left uncovered, or placed in the sun, or in winter or summer, as soon as the body is exposed to the cold and hot wind, touching these will also cause great suffering. For example, a live cow that has been skinned touches a wall, or falls on uncovered ground, it will be eaten by animals. Or, for example, a person is eaten by long-mouthed flies, just like being struck by iron. Similarly, initially, when emerging from the womb, the suffering of touch experienced by washing the body with warm water is also the same. Gradually growing up, one is nourished by sucking milk mixed with blood from the mother's body. I have already explained this extensively in other sutras. Therefore, this body is impure and composed of many sufferings, so which wise person would be attached to such a body in samsara? Furthermore, joyful one, Initially, seven days after emerging from the womb, eighty thousand kinds of worms will be born from the body and feed on it. There are two kinds of worms called "hair-eaters" that live in the hair and eat hair. There are two kinds of worms that live on people and eat the eyes. There are four kinds of worms called Vahan, Kandan, and Yongsu Dzopa, which live in the throat and eat the brain. There is one kind of worm called black Salu leaf, which lives in the ear and eats the ear.
