The unbearable and coarse suffering of being in the womb is also like that. Even though experiencing such suffering, because of the extreme sharpness of the faculties, one possesses correct mindfulness and therefore does not become distracted. Joyful one! Thus, the one dwelling in the womb experiences such suffering while dwelling in the mother's womb. Furthermore, when nearing birth, one will emerge accompanied by suffering. Due to the power of the winds of karma, his hands are crossed, and limbs and minor limbs are contracted. Experiencing great and unbearable suffering, having emerged from the mother's womb, all the limbs of the body turn blue, like this: for example, just as it is unbearable to touch a newly swollen area, tormented by hunger and thirst, with a hanging heart and accompanied by suffering, due to the causes and conditions of the winds of karma, one is blown and emerges from the womb. Having emerged from the womb, when touched by the outside wind, it is like this: for example, just as if one were cut with a weapon and smeared with alkali. When touched by hands and clothes, one will always experience unbearable suffering. Even though experiencing such suffering, because of the extreme sharpness of the faculties, one possesses correct mindfulness and therefore does not become distracted. Entering the mother's womb knowingly, dwelling, and emerging, all of these are suffering. Joyful one! Which wise person would desire to enter such a womb? Joyful one! Who would enter the mother's womb with correct knowledge and emerge without correctly knowing how to dwell? Joyful one! Just as some sentient beings by nature love to keep the precepts and repeatedly become accustomed to the side of virtue. Always believing in excellent things, manifestly accumulating merit, their minds are upright and not careless, possessing small wisdom, so that at the time of death there is no regret, those who are frequently asked about are those who are reborn seven times, or reborn from one class to another, or those who return once, or those with one interruption. Those individuals, because they previously practiced virtue, at the time of death suffering approaches and sickness and heat subside.

and views and conduct are reversed and confused, at the time of death there will be regret, and because of the manifestation of sinful and unwholesome actions, at the time of death there will be unbearable suffering, and hot, rough, and unpleasant things will intensely torment him, and distract his mind, and because of the power of suffering, I, who am I, from where did I come here? Where will I go? Because he does not know, Joyful One, this is called not truly knowing in the three times, and explain in detail as before. Joyful One, although those beings are born as humans and have such immeasurable suffering, they are supreme places, because even after hundreds of millions of countless eons, it is very difficult to obtain a human body. Even if one is born in the heavens, one is always afraid of falling, and has the suffering of being separated from happiness. At the time of death, the other gods will say this: May you be born in the world of happy migrations! What is the world of happy migrations? It is like saying that it is the human realm, so the human realm is very difficult to obtain, and having leisure is even more extremely difficult to obtain. What are the evil migrations? It is like saying that it is the three evil realms. The beings of the hell realm always experience unbearable suffering, are very cruel, kill and harm others, their hands are smeared with blood, they have no love or compassion, their faces are ugly, and they are terrifying to see. Even if they are close to humans, they will experience the suffering of hunger and thirst, and are always obscured and obstructed. The birthplaces of animals are immeasurable and countless, they do not have meaningful behavior, they do not have virtuous behavior, they do not have Dharma behavior, they do not have virtuous behavior, they do not have upright behavior, and those with power will devour those with less power. Some animal birthplaces are born in darkness, grow old in darkness, die in darkness, live in unclean places, live in excrement and urine, some...
