Aspiring to enlightenment and dedicating everything to omniscient wisdom is being skilled in the unconditioned. Furthermore, being skilled in the conditioned means having unobstructed rays of light for all sentient beings and gathering sentient beings through the four means of gathering. Because of not being arrogant, one perceives sentient beings as selfless, and being skilled in gathering, aspiring to the unconditioned enlightenment, and dedicating it to omniscient wisdom is being skilled in the unconditioned. Furthermore, being skilled in the conditioned means not completely severing the bonds of the continuum of samsara, but completely severing the afflictions of the continuum of samsara, and continuously engaging in bonds aimed at enlightenment, and not accumulating bonds of a single direction, which is called being skilled in the conditioned. Knowing how to familiarize oneself with the dharmas of emptiness, signlessness, and wishlessness, and being manifestly skilled, and not relying on others for enlightenment, nor manifesting the unconditioned, is being skilled in the unconditioned. Furthermore, even though one acts in the three realms, one does not need the afflictions of acting in the three realms, which is being skilled in the conditioned. Even though one fully understands the wisdom arising from the three realms, one does not fall into the arising three realms, which is called being skilled in the unconditioned. Being skilled in all dharmas is a synonym for omniscient wisdom. Fully realizing the wisdom of omniscient wisdom is wisdom, and without skill, it will not arise, therefore it is called being skilled in all dharmas. Thus, because the Bodhisattva is skilled in all dharmas, he practices the Prajnaparamita. Shariputra, thus, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, abiding in the treasury of the Bodhisattva, practices the Prajnaparamita, being skilled in the differentiation of wisdom, and also being skilled in those ten skills, therefore he practices the Prajnaparamita. So, what is wisdom? What is the meaning of the Paramitas? What is called wisdom is fully understanding the dharmas of good and non-good. Wisdom is manifested through the dharmas that are in accordance with the part of determination.
