To. Alas, sentient beings arise from unreal conceptualizations. In order not to generate outflows and grasping, you should thoroughly understand reality as it is. The Tathagata teaches them with examples and methods, ensuring that they truly understand that outflows are not real, and after understanding, they do not grasp any dharma, and in non-grasping, they are completely liberated from suffering, thus teaching the Dharma. Thus, Shariputra, the Tathagata thoroughly knows all the outflows of all sentient beings. He also thoroughly knows as they are the arising of outflows, the cessation of outflows, and the path that leads to the cessation of outflows, and after knowing, he teaches the Dharma accordingly. Bodhisattvas, upon hearing the power of the Tathagata's direct realization of the exhaustion of outflows, generate great faith, trust, and thorough understanding, from no doubt and hesitation to a sense of wonder and amazement. For this, the nature of reality is such, and it should be said thus: The guide's outflow-free wisdom is vast, unobstructed, pure, and immeasurable. Because he possesses the power of the ten strengths, he proclaims this peaceful and supreme Bodhi. The wisdom of the Arhats who have exhausted outflows has a limit of destroying habitual tendencies. The most supreme guide among humans does not have a limit of destroying habitual tendencies. Similarly, those who attain Pratyekabuddha's enlightenment do not have great compassion and fearlessness. The Bhagavan is the one who has completely exhausted outflows, possessing immeasurable great compassion and fearlessness. The Buddha abides in the wisdom of the exhaustion of outflows, and the outflows of beings are not real. Because they do not understand the place of reason, they know that all these dharmas are wrong paths. Therefore, the Victorious One generates great compassion and proclaims that this dharma is impermanent, empty, and selfless, accumulating non-entities, realizing and seeing on the most peaceful ground, thereby thoroughly revealing it. Here, there is no man, life, or person, nor is there a creator or experiencer. Because all these dharmas are falsely clung to, the teacher generates compassion and proclaims liberation, the Sugata has no weariness, and true wisdom never declines. Therefore,

Constantly practice diligent yoga, expound the Dharma for the benefit of beings. This is the power to subdue opposing views, like the boundless sky, the tenth. The protector abides in these ten powers, and turns the unequaled, sacred wheel of Dharma. Shariputra, this is the Tathagata's tenth power of the Tathagata. Endowed with this power, the Tathagata makes a vow in the assembly, and truly roars the lion's roar in the retinue. In this world, among ascetics or Brahmins, no one has ever turned the Dharma wheel in accordance with the Dharma. He turns the Brahma-wheel. Thus, Shariputra, the Bodhisattva, because of the inconceivable qualities of the Tathagata, has faith in the powers of the Tathagata, believes, and from careful consideration, generates thoughts between wonder and marvel. Sixth fascicle Furthermore, Shariputra, how does a Bodhisattva have faith in the Tathagata's inconceivable fearlessness of the Tathagatas? Believing, understanding, carefully considering without doubt, without hesitation, and generating thoughts between wonder and marvel? The Tathagata's fearlessness of the Tathagatas is these four. Endowed with these fearlessnesses, the Tathagata truly roars the lion's roar in the retinue, and makes a vow in the assembly: "No one, whether ascetic, Brahmin, god, or demon, can turn the Dharma wheel in accordance with the Dharma in the world. I can turn the Brahma-wheel." What are the four? Shariputra, the Tathagata is endowed with the unsurpassed wisdom of the Tathagata. In the retinue, he makes a vow: "I am the truly perfectly complete Buddha." In this world with gods, no one can refute the Tathagata in accordance with the Dharma: "You have not realized this Dharma." How is the Tathagata called the Arhat, the truly perfectly complete Buddha? The Tathagata realizes all Dharmas without difference, whatever are the Dharmas of ordinary beings, and the noble

What are the laws of the earth, what are the laws of the Buddha, what are the laws of the learners, what are the laws of the non-learners, what are the laws of the self-Buddhas, what is the equality of the laws of the Bodhisattvas with equality, what are the laws of the world, what are the laws beyond the world, what are the laws with faults, what are the laws without faults, what are the laws with outflows, what are the laws without outflows, what are the conditioned and unconditioned, all of those are equally equal, and the Tathagata has manifested perfect enlightenment. Therefore, the Tathagata should be known as the perfectly enlightened Buddha. So, what is equality? The nature of seeing is equal in emptiness. The nature of characteristics is equal in the absence of characteristics. The nature of the three realms is equal in the absence of desire. The nature of birth is equal in non-birth. The nature of manifest action is equal in non-manifest action. The nature of arising is equal in non-arising. The nature of the Alaya is equal in the absence of Alaya. The nature of the three times is equal as it is. The nature of ignorance, existence, and craving is equal in knowledge and liberation. The nature of samsara is equal in nirvana. Thus, Shariputra, the Tathagata has manifested perfect enlightenment of all dharmas in equality, therefore, the Tathagata should be known as the perfectly enlightened Buddha. The fearlessness of the Tathagata is also to make all the retinues know, to make all the retinues happy, to make all the retinues feel comfortable in body and mind, to make the minds of all the retinues satisfied, to make all the retinues generate joy and great joy and faith, to be united with great compassion, to be equal with suchness, suchness, suchness, non-otherness, immutability, non-disturbance, non-arising, non-destruction, non-contention, there is no contention in the fearlessness of the Tathagata. The fearlessness of the Tathagata is non-contention, non-struggle.
