One who does not believe in this Sutra: Whoever constantly understands and is without delusion regarding the characteristics of impermanence and destruction, that person is liberated from the bonds of Mara, therefore, that person will believe in this Sutra. Ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind, forms, sounds, smells, tastes, tactile objects, and dharmas, the nature of earth, water, fire, and wind, things, sentient beings, aggregates of suffering, realms, worlds, sounds of birth, untruth, desire, hatred, delusion, pride, existence, concealment, avarice, jealousy, deceit, anger, etc., know them likewise. If someone is always ignorant and does not understand those inexhaustible limits, that person is immersed in the conduct of ordinary people, therefore, that person will not believe in this Sutra. If someone always understands and is without delusion regarding those inexhaustible limits, that person is separated from the conduct of ordinary people, therefore, that person will believe in this Sutra. If someone is always ignorant and does not understand the destruction of the eye, that person is immersed in the conduct of ordinary people, therefore, that person will not believe in this Sutra.
