将变得清净，将显现法身，将获得无畏，将变得福德圆满，将压倒外道，将圆满殊胜的圣士之法，作恶者将舍弃恶行，将对福德和智慧之因生起极大的信心，将积聚佛法，将击败众多魔众，对佛所说的真实之法，没有怀疑和犹豫，将彻底摧毁恶欲，将具有大威光，由于真实修持菩萨行，将获得殊胜的神通，将舍弃邪见，将成熟一切众生，将称赞无量无边的行为，将完全积聚功德，将使众生欢喜，将完全享受佛法的喜悦，将真实成办布施，将进入大智慧之门，将安住于有滋味的佛法中，将成为种姓决定者，将修成佛法的忍辱，以及安住于佛陀之道。 善男子或善女子，若有人真实成办布施之法，则这八十种殊胜功德将变得圆满和具足。 之后，世尊以偈颂说道： 具有大智慧的菩萨，对于具有布施之聚者，有八十种殊胜利益，我已简略地宣说了。 此外，无量不可思议的功德，无论是什么，一切皆由布施而生，今日在此略作宣说。 你对众多聚集的眷属，以平等心供养，智者们应对彼等修持布施之聚。 以此布施所积累的福德聚不可思议，相好和庄严身，一切都将圆满具足，生处和种姓

Will become pure, will manifest the Dharmakaya, will attain fearlessness, will become complete in merit, will overcome the heretics, will perfect the excellent Dharma of the holy beings, the wicked will abandon their evil deeds, will have great faith in the causes of merit and wisdom, will gather the Buddha's teachings, will defeat many demons, will have no doubt or hesitation about the true Dharma spoken by the Buddha, will completely destroy evil desires, will possess great splendor, and through the true practice of the Bodhisattva's conduct, will attain extraordinary miraculous powers, will abandon wrong views, will ripen all sentient beings, will praise immeasurable and boundless actions, will completely accumulate merits, will bring joy to sentient beings, will fully enjoy the joy of the Dharma, will truly accomplish generosity, will enter the gate of great wisdom, will abide in the flavorful Dharma, will become one whose lineage is assured, will cultivate patience in the Dharma, and will abide in the path of the Buddha. If any son or daughter of good family truly accomplishes the Dharma of generosity, these eighty excellent qualities will become complete and perfect. Then, the Bhagavan spoke in verses: The Bodhisattva with great wisdom, for those who possess the accumulation of generosity, there are eighty excellent benefits, which I have briefly explained. Furthermore, whatever immeasurable and inconceivable merits there are, all arise from generosity, and today I will briefly explain them here. You offer with an equal mind to the many assembled retinues, and the wise should cultivate the accumulation of generosity for them. The accumulation of merit accumulated by this generosity is inconceivable, and the marks and signs and the adorned body, all will be completely perfect, the place of birth and the lineage

Appearance and, lands and houses, fame and form and consciousness, all will become completely pure. Gods, miraculous objects, and immeasurable palaces and goddesses, as well as pure, beginningless courage, also arise from generosity. Whatever is the supreme assembly of generosity, the Buddhas have said thus: This is the first of the Bodhisattvas, praised as the basis of abiding. Bodhisattvas who are diligent, who have no doubt about generosity, dwelling well in a determined mind, diligently practice generosity. Those who perfect the accumulation of merit with the mind of generosity, if accomplished by a Bodhisattva, will attain Buddhahood. By the power of the strength of generosity, perfecting supreme miraculous powers, even if shaking hundreds of thousands of millions of realms, it will not harm sentient beings. By the power of giving generosity, it brings pure discipline, much learning, and true faith, diligence, and samadhi, undefiled wisdom. By the power of giving generosity, it brings faculties, powers, and the right path, right abandonment, and miraculous feet, abandoning habitual tendencies. By the power of giving generosity, with pure and beautiful sounds, in hundreds of thousands of millions of realms, it brings immeasurable Dharma teachings. By giving generosity with complete joy, one quickly obtains all miraculous powers. In order to completely perfect miraculous powers, diligently practice generosity. Innumerable multitudes of gods, as well as non-gods and nagas, and hundreds of thousands of yakshas, and retinues completely surrounding, entering the supreme immeasurable palace, playing with their own freedom. Seeing such kings diligently engaged in generosity, all rise to greet them, spread out seats, and also make offerings. Whoever is a giver of generosity, possessing great splendor and perfection, obtaining mastery over the power of miraculous abilities, can gather the kings of the gods. Rakshasas and yakshas, all will take refuge. Gandharvas and their retinues also make offerings with music. Thieves generate loving-kindness, the violent go far away, wealth will not
