Because of seeing, all in the sky, rejoice and play. All kinds of musical instruments emit sounds. Then, at that time, the Bhagavan, when going to the city, by the merits of the Bhagavan, and the power of magical abilities, countless hundreds of thousands of sentient beings, the blind will be able to see, the deaf will be able to hear, those who lack faculties, all faculties will be complete, those who dwell in suffering, all will obtain happiness. Then, at that time, the Bhagavan, when going to the city, from the sky, it was heard speaking thus. Whoever understands the Tathagata by means of characteristics, should not say that they have made offerings to the Bhagavan. They also cannot understand the nature of the limit of the exhaustion of the eye. Whoever has abandoned characteristics, by accumulating four qualities, can also truly understand the nature of the limit of the exhaustion of the eye. Thus, because the eye is the limit of exhaustion, and can be truly understood, the qualities of the Buddhas are also truly understood and comprehended. In the limit of the exhaustion of the eye, there is no holding or concealment, in the limit of the arising of the eye, there is no reliance or dwelling, in the eye, which is extremely peaceful, there is no thought of moving, that is seeing the Tathagatas. In the limit of the arising of the eye, there is no discrimination, whatever is the limit of the eye, there is no mental discrimination in it, in the destruction of the eye, there is nothing to be shown, that is seeing the Tathagatas. In the eye, which has become non-existent, there is no attachment, in the eye, which is unborn, there is no gathering, in the eye, which is extremely peaceful, there is no grasping, that is seeing the Tathagatas. Because of knowing that the eye is exhausted, the characteristics are manifested, because of knowing the limit of the eye, the faculties are determined, because of knowing that the eye is born, the faculties obtain freedom, that is seeing the Tathagatas. The eye is

If one realizes in this way, one can understand form; if one thoroughly knows the destruction of the eye, one can distinguish the characteristics of all dharmas; if one knows that the eye is originally unborn, then whatever one practices on the path, that is to see the Tathagata. What is the limit of the exhaustion of the eye? In order to truly realize it, the various differences of karma can also be truly realized. In order to truly realize it, that is to see the Tathagata. What is the unborn nature of the eye? In order to truly realize it, what is the abandonment of all habits can also be truly realized. What is the abandonment of all habits? In order to truly realize it, that is to see the Tathagata. Furthermore, if one can realize the non-intentional nature of the eye as it is, what is the abandonment of all obstacles can also be truly realized. What is the abandonment of all obstacles? In order to truly realize it, that is to see the Tathagata. Furthermore, there are no letters on the eye; in order to truly realize this, the virtues of the Buddhas' wisdom, power, etc., can also be truly realized. The virtues of the Buddhas' wisdom, power, etc., in order to truly realize them, that is to see the Tathagata. Furthermore, the eye does not come again; in order to truly realize
