That is, what is it to know and see things as they truly are, and to have no attachment to what is to be done? Furthermore, in order to fully encompass the eightfold noble path, one manifests and accomplishes three dharmas: to understand and comprehend each of the aggregates of clinging that are accompanied by suffering; to diligently seek and admire the aggregates of clinging that are without suffering; and to strive to completely abandon compounded dharmas. What is that? Furthermore, in order to fully encompass the eightfold noble path, one manifests and accomplishes three dharmas: when correctly teaching the supreme dharma, to teach in accordance with the meaning of the dharma without contradictory words and without contention in the mind; to have no attachment to all words and letters; and to completely encompass all dharmas. What is that? Furthermore, in order to fully encompass the eightfold noble path, one manifests and accomplishes four dharmas: to manifest and accomplish the object of correct application to meaning; to manifest and accomplish the object of correct application that accords with meaning as it is; to manifest and accomplish the object of correct application to the individual discernment that accords with the dharma; and to manifest and accomplish the object of correct application without generating attachment to all things. What is that? Furthermore, in order to fully encompass the eightfold noble path, one manifests and accomplishes four dharmas: to protect oneself with an extremely stable chosen deity and to practice only as instructed; to be skilled in the six faculties and to be devoted to the path; to purify one's thoughts completely; and to abide in mindfulness. What is that? Bodhisattvas, great beings of boundless wisdom, are called followers of the path because they fully encompass the path through this practice of dharma, that is, in order to see the nature of all dharmas as emptiness, because of no name, because of no sign, because of no aspiration, because of no birth, and manifest

Because there is no fabrication, because of complete weariness, because of abandonment, because of cessation, and because of definite departure, one obtains the appearance of Dharma. Even when individually realizing the exhaustion of all births, one does not generate the concept of birth in the unborn, so at that time, having completely transcended birth and definitely departed from non-Dharma, having obtained the pure path, one will obtain forbearance towards the Dharma of non-birth. Because the path becomes completely pure, one completely transcends all concepts and does not abide in non-conceptuality. Having blocked the concept of the path, one abandons the concept of Dharma, and by definitely departing from the net of ignorance and cultivating with wisdom, one will also fully obtain the Dharmas that should be obtained. If one asks what Dharma will be obtained through cultivation with wisdom, it is like this: through cultivation with wisdom, one obtains the cessation of concepts and feelings, one obtains definite expertise in all Dharmas, and by understanding the Buddha's intention, one will follow the nature of Dharma. When Bodhisattva Mahasattvas enter this path, they do not abide in objects and are not obscured by signs, because they know that all Dharmas are equal to space, birth is equal to space, and the nature of birth is equal to the nature of space, so even a small sign will not cause an obstacle. This path is extremely pure, so there is no fear of harm. Because one has donned great armor, one will not be bound by grasping, and because one has mounted the great vehicle, one will not be deluded. Having abandoned obscurations and become like space, one enters here and becomes a great light for sentient beings. This boundless wisdom is the particularly excellent path of Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, and it is not the realm of hearers and solitary realizers. Then, at that time, the Bhagavan spoke in verses: To gather the eightfold noble path, this is the teacher who teaches Dharma practice. Whoever abides on this path is a great diligent one. Having accomplished the path with virtuous Dharma, and at all times, one does not create unwholesome Dharma.
