In order to lead beings correctly into the realm of the Tathagatas, the Dharma is taught. In order to make beings oppressed by anger rejoice in the perfection of patience, the Dharma is taught. In order to completely purify the perfection of diligence for lazy beings, the Dharma is taught. In order to enable beings whose minds are intoxicated to attain the meditative perfection of the Tathagatas, the Dharma is taught. In order to dispel the dimness of vision and the darkness of ignorance for beings whose vision is obscured and who are bewildered in the darkness of ignorance, the Dharma is taught. In order to enable beings with perverse wisdom to attain the perfection of wisdom, the Dharma is taught. In order to liberate beings who are strongly attached to the three realms from samsara, the Dharma is taught. In order to fulfill the aspirations for the enlightenment of the Tathagatas for beings who are devoted to inferior paths, the Dharma is taught. In order to fulfill the aspiration to benefit all beings for beings who strive for their own benefit, the Dharma is taught. In order to purify the perfection of the power of the Bodhisattvas for beings with weak minds, the Dharma is taught. In order to purify the perfection of the wisdom of the Bodhisattvas for beings whose minds are blinded by the darkness of ignorance, the Dharma is taught. In order to purify the form body of the Tathagatas for beings with unsightly forms, the Dharma is taught. In order to purify the unsurpassed Dharmakaya for beings with unattractive body shapes, the Dharma is taught. In order to purify the body of the Tathagatas, whose color is like gold, extremely soft, and whose touch is as comfortable as that of a Kacalindika, for beings with unsightly colors, the Dharma is taught. In order to enable suffering beings to attain the supreme bliss of the Tathagatas, the Dharma is taught. In order to enable happy beings to attain the supreme bliss of omniscience, the Dharma is taught.

To the sick and suffering beings, Dharma is taught so that they may fully accomplish the body and image of a Bodhisattva. To beings diligent in various pleasures, Dharma is taught so that they may attain the great joy of a Bodhisattva's conduct. To impoverished beings, Dharma is taught so that they may attain the treasure and storehouse of the Bodhisattva's Dharma. To beings dwelling in orchards of fruit trees, Dharma is taught so that they may obtain the cause for diligently seeking the Buddha's Dharma. To beings who have entered the path, Dharma is taught so that they may enter the path of omniscience. To beings dwelling in towns, Dharma is taught so that they may emerge from all three realms. To beings dwelling on the outskirts of villages, Dharma is taught so that they may truly transcend the paths of Hearers and Solitary Buddhas, and be firmly established on the ground of the Thus-Gone One. To beings dwelling in cities, Dharma is taught so that they may come to dwell in the palace of the Dharma King. To beings dwelling in border regions, Dharma is taught so that they may fully attain the wisdom of the equality of the three times. To beings dwelling in directions, Dharma is taught so that they may directly realize the wisdom of all Dharmas. To beings who delight solely in attachment, Dharma is taught so that, through the aspect of unattractiveness, the craving for samsara may be completely reversed. To beings who engage in hatred, Dharma is taught so that they may enter the ocean of great love. To beings who engage in delusion, Dharma is taught so that they may directly realize the wisdom that fully opens the ocean of the doors of all Dharmas. To beings who engage in equanimity, Dharma is taught so that the conduct of aspiration prayers of all vehicles may excel through the ocean. To beings with thoughts of delight in the objects of samsara, Dharma is taught so that delight in the objects of samsara may be completely reversed. To beings tormented by all the sufferings of samsara, Dharma is taught so that they may be free from the afflictions of all the sufferings of samsara. Thus

Therefore, the Tathagata teaches the Dharma in order to truly show the place of non-birth to the sentient beings to be tamed. He teaches the Dharma in order to enable sentient beings with thoughts dwelling on the aggregates to truly practice in the realm of action of the groundless Dharma. He teaches the Dharma in order to truly show the distinctions of the continuum of the path to sentient beings with discouraged minds. He teaches the Dharma in order to truly show the patience of the equality of all dharmas to sentient beings with lofty pride. He teaches the Dharma in order to completely purify the mind of enlightenment of sentient beings with thoughts of the realm of deceit. Thus, son of good family, I completely gather all sentient beings with the gift of Dharma, and completely turn away from all the sufferings of the path of evil destinies, and completely show the perfections and happiness of gods and humans, and ascend beyond the three realms, and greatly delight in omniscience itself, and completely ripen them with various methods. Having thus obtained the appearance of the ocean of great joy and strength, I am joyful, happy, and content. Furthermore, son of good family, I am a bodhisattva who observes the ocean of mandalas of the retinues of bodhisattvas in the directions and intermediate directions, and who practices the ocean of aspirations, with various pure bodies, possessing the ornaments of various light mandalas, radiating limitless rays and light mandalas, possessing the appearance of wisdom that enters the various oceans of the nature of omniscience itself. Possessing the realm of various transformations that enter the various oceans of samadhi, possessing the limbs of sound and the sounds of various oceans of language, possessing a body adorned with various ornaments, entering the various modes of the Thus-Gone One, possessing a body that enters the various boundless oceans of fields, entering the various oceans of Buddhas, entering the various oceans of individual perfect knowledge, the liberation of the Thus-Gone One and appearing with various realms of wisdom, obtaining the appearance of various oceans of wisdom,
