Son of the lineage, therefore, I, Bodhi sattva's liberation, possessing the essence of wisdom that is difficult to overcome, should be completely contemplated, separately contemplated, extremely contemplated, truly increased, and extremely expanded, until the end of the Good Kalpa, I will not be separated from seeing the Tathagata. Until then, I have served and honored countless unspeakable, unspeakable, extremely fine dust-like Buddha fields of the Tathagatas, Arhats, and Perfectly Awakened Buddhas. I have also seen the manifestations of all those Tathagatas going to the Bodhi tree. I am the direct witness of all the roots of virtue of all those Tathagatas. Then, the merchant's son Norzang bowed his head to the feet of the earth goddess Firmness, circumambulated the earth goddess Firmness hundreds of thousands of times to the right, and looked at her again and again, and then departed from the earth goddess Firmness. Then, the merchant's son Norzang remembered the teachings of the earth goddess Firmness, remembering the liberation of the Bodhisattva, that essence of wisdom difficult to conquer; diligently practicing the Bodhisattva's samadhi; contemplating the Dharma of the Bodhisattva; analyzing the liberation of the Bodhisattva as a play; observing the extremely subtle wisdom of the Bodhisattva's liberation; entering the ocean of wisdom of the Bodhisattva's liberation; believing in the various wisdoms of the Bodhisattva's liberation; realizing the extremely purified wisdom of the Bodhisattva's liberation; merging into the ocean of wisdom of the Bodhisattva's liberation. Doing this, he went to where the great city of Kapilavastu was, circumambulated the great city of Kapilavastu to the right, and entered through the eastern city gate. Not long after the sun had set, in the middle of a crossroads in the city, he desired to see the night goddess "Endowed with Spring," who was in accordance with the Bodhisattva's teachings. He had the wisdom that if there is a virtuous friend, one will surely attain the wisdom of the Buddha; he had the eye of wisdom and the blessing of the nature of being able to see all realms; he was manifestly inclined in all directions, and with a mind longing for a virtuous friend, he arose with faith and wisdom.
